Description

Water-absorbing composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of sanitary care products, and particularly relates to a water-absorbing composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Water-absorbing materials, also known as super absorbent resins, are synthetic resins having hydrophilic groups, which can absorb a large amount of water and swell while keeping the water from flowing out, such as starch-grafted acrylates, grafted acrylamide, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose with high degree of substitution, crosslinked carboxymethyl cellulose-grafted acrylamide, crosslinked light ethyl cellulose-grafted acrylamide polymers, and the like; has excellent water absorption and water retention performance, and is generally used as medical materials, such as diapers, sanitary towels and the like. The super absorbent resins are classified into starches, celluloses and synthetic resins according to their raw material composition. At present, the high production cost is one of the important factors restricting the wide popularization of the water absorbing material.
Chinese patent document CN1519034A discloses a modified super-strong water absorbent formula, which comprises, by weight, 12-22% of starch, 35-45% of acrylamide, 0.25-0.5% of a cross-linking agent, 15-25% of clay, 6-20% of fibers and 5-10% of an initiator, and is prepared by ① putting acrylamide, the cross-linking agent, the fibers and the clay into a reaction kettle in proportion, adding 2 times of distilled water, stirring uniformly for later use, ② gelatinizing the starch, ③ gelatinizing the starch, adding the initiator into the reaction kettle at a constant temperature of 50-70 ℃ under a nitrogen-introducing condition, stirring to obtain a paste, ④ spraying the paste and a mixed solution into a gelatinizing chamber at a speed of 1.2m/s, spraying the mixed solution of ⑤ into a polymerizer to obtain a polymer, ⑥ extruding the polymer from an extruder, adding sodium hydroxide, mixing and hydrolyzing to obtain a hydrolysate, washing the hydrolysate of ⑦ to remove residual alkali and acrylamide until the pH is 7, dehydrating ⑧ with methanol, washing the methanol in the dehydrated product with anhydrous ethanol, crushing the ⑨ 120 to 80 ℃ and then drying the finished product, thereby being disadvantageous in production and being more complicated and being applied to the production of the water absorbent.
Therefore, the research on the novel water-absorbing material which has simpler raw material composition, lower production cost and simpler and more convenient preparation method has important significance.
