Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜,具有层状的结构:外层是生物贴片膜,内层为顺磁性或铁磁性金属颗粒层,所述磁性金属颗粒层厚度均匀地分布在两层生物贴片膜之间,所述生物贴片膜上开有不同孔径、不同形状、不同数量的小孔。本发明在生物医学上具有重大的应用前景,不仅可以贴在生物体的皮肤表面,还可以缝在心肌、肝脏等复杂器官的表面;且具有制备简单,均匀吸附磁性药物,无毒无污染等优点。

Description

用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜,属于生物材料制备与应用技术领域。
背景技术
磁靶向药物治疗在实现药物的局部聚集方面是一种很有希望的物理方法,与传统的化学疗法相比,其产生的副作用小、治疗效率高。这种方法是指在外加磁场的作用下,引导携带了药物的磁性颗粒聚集到受创的部位以达到治疗的目的。然而外加磁场所产生的磁场梯度随着距离的增加急剧降低,这大大的影响了吸附的效率。为了解决这一难题,引入了植入性辅助磁靶向药物治疗,这种方法的思路是在受创部位植入一个具有磁性的物体(如铁磁性线圈、支架等),在外加磁场的作用下会被磁化,从而再产生一个局部磁场以吸附通过这块区域磁性药物颗粒。本发明就是基于这样的一个理念,设计并制备出了可用于生物治疗的磁性生物贴片膜。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜。将磁性材料与生物材料有效的结合,制成可贴在生物体组织的贴片膜,在外加磁场的作用下,该膜能将磁性药物微粒或磁性细胞均匀吸附到生物体局部组织,从而达到治疗生物体局部组织的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜,具有层状的结构:外层是生物贴片膜,内层为顺磁性或铁磁性金属颗粒层,所述磁性金属颗粒层厚度均匀地分布在两层生物贴片膜之间,所述生物贴片膜上开有不同孔径、不同形状、不同数量的小孔。
进一步地,选用的生物贴片膜是指对生物体无毒无刺激作用的生物相容性薄膜。
进一步地,所述磁性生物贴片膜上小孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
进一步地,所述顺磁性或铁磁性金属颗粒是指铁、钴、铁氧体、钴铁氧体、纳米ɑ-Fe粉及超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒(SPIONs)等。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的突出的实质性特点和显著的优点:
(1)本发明生物贴片膜可以贴在人或者其他动物的组织中,除了能贴在生物体表面皮肤外,还可以贴在心肌、肝脏等复杂的组织器官表面,以实现局部的组织治疗。
(2)可以长时间的停留在生物体内,对生物体正常的新陈代谢没有任何影响。
(3)通过改变外磁场的强度,可以改变磁性生物贴片膜吸附磁性药物微粒的吸附率。
(4)在外磁场的作用下,孔状结构的磁性生物贴片膜能均匀地吸附磁性药物微粒。
(5)本发明操作简单安全,对生物体无毒无污染。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述;实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不是以任何方式来限制本发明。
一种用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜,具有层状的结构:外层是生物贴片膜,内层为顺磁性或铁磁性金属颗粒层,所述磁性金属颗粒层厚度均匀地分布在两层生物贴片膜之间,所述生物贴片膜上开有不同孔径、不同形状、不同数量的小孔。
实施例1
实施过程如下:选用厚度为0.08毫米的膨体聚四氟乙烯材料的生物薄膜,在上面镀上一层厚度为12.7微米的纯铁粉。将镀好的两张生物薄膜粘合,打上不同孔径、不同形状、不同数量的小孔,就制成了磁性生物贴片膜。这种膜主要用于生物上,临床上首先将其缝在小鼠的心肌上。通过外加均匀磁场,该磁性生物贴片膜产生的局域磁场将带有磁性的骨髓间充质干细胞引导集中至心肌梗死部位,改善梗死后心脏功能的恢复。
这种磁性生物贴片膜不仅可以缝在老鼠的心肌表皮上,还可以用在其他的生物体(如猪、牛、羊或人体)组织上,均对生物体的正常新陈代谢无不良影响。

1.一种用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜,其特征在于:所述生物贴片膜具有层状的结构:外层是生物贴片膜,内层为顺磁性或铁磁性金属颗粒层,所述磁性金属颗粒层厚度均匀地分布在两层生物贴片膜之间,所述生物贴片膜上开有不同孔径、不同形状、不同数量的小孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜,其特征在于,选用的生物贴片膜是指对生物体无毒无刺激作用的生物相容性薄膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜制备方法,其特征在于,所述磁性生物贴片膜上小孔的形状为圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于磁靶向治疗的顺磁性或铁磁性生物贴片膜制备方法,其特征在于,所述顺磁性或铁磁性金属颗粒是指铁、钴、铁氧体、钴铁氧体、纳米ɑ-Fe粉及超顺磁性氧化铁纳米颗粒,SPIONs。
