背景技术
疟疾是疟原虫寄生于人体所引起的传染病，经疟蚊叮咬或输入带疟原虫者的血液而感染，不同的疟原虫分别引起间日疟、三日疟、恶性疟及卵圆疟。主要由雌性按蚊叮咬传播，少数病例可因输入带疟原虫的血液或经母婴传播后发病。其临床特点为间歇性发作的寒战、高热，继以大汗而缓解。目前，临床上治疗疟疾通常以氯喹与伯氨喹联合治疗为主。虽见效快，但停药后易复发。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用抗菌素药物治疗疟疾存在药物依赖性强的不足，本发明提供一种配伍科学、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗疟疾的中药组合物。

本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗疟疾的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：槟榔15份，厚朴15份，草果仁10份，知母10份，白芍15份，柴胡15份，黄芩15份，醉鱼草15份，黄柏15份，苍术20份，青皮15份，地骨皮15份，玄参30份，竹茹20份，麦冬30份，花粉15份，半夏15份，生姜6份，大枣10份，甘草10份。
疟疾主要是感受“疟邪”，其发病与正虚抗邪能力下降有关，诱发因素则与外感风寒、暑湿、饮食劳倦有关。感邪之后，邪伏半表半里，出入营卫之间，邪正交争，则疟病发作；疟邪伏藏，则发作休止。发作时，邪入与营阴相争，卫阳一时不能外达，则毛孔收缩。邪出与卫阳相搏，热盛于肌表，转为高热。迨正胜邪却，则疟邪伏藏，不与营卫相搏，汗出热退，症状解除。治则祛邪截疟，和解表里，清热解表，和解祛邪，温阳达邪。本发明的中药组合物中，槟榔辛散湿邪，化痰破结，使邪速溃，为君药。厚朴芳香化浊，理气祛湿；草果辛香化浊，辟秽止呕，宣透伏邪，共为臣药。以上三药气味辛烈，可直达膜原，逐邪外出。凡温热疫毒之邪，最易化火伤阴，故用白芍、知母、黄柏、苍术、地骨皮五味药清热滋阴，并可防诸辛燥药之耗散阴津；黄芩、柴胡二药苦寒，清热燥湿，和解少阳；醉鱼草、半夏、竹茹、青皮四药相使祛痰截疟，散寒燥湿。玄参、麦冬、花粉养阴生津，清热解毒；生姜、大枣调和营卫，兼顾胃气。最后用甘草调和诸药，为使药。纵观全方，诸药合用，共奏开达膜原，辟秽化浊，清热解毒之功，可使秽浊得化，热毒得清，阴津得复，则邪气溃散，速离膜原。
本发明所提供的中药组合物配伍科学，本发明的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率93%，治愈率达83%。

下面结合本发明的中药组合物，进行临床疗效实验如下：
1、临床病例选择：挑选30例疟疾患者，年龄5-60岁。
2、诊断标准：
a)发作时寒战，高热，汗出热退，每日或隔日而作，或三日一次。伴有头痛身楚，恶心呕叶，发作后口唇出现疮疹等症，或者但寒不热，或但热不寒，寒热不清;
b)疫疟重症可出现持续高热，颈项强直，抽搐，昏迷等症，相当于恶性疟;
c)多发于夏秋季节和流行地区，或有输血史。反复发作后可出现贫血和脾脏肿大;
d)寒战时，未稍血液涂片或骨髓片可找到疟原虫。血白细胞总数正常或偏低。病久红细胞及血红蛋白降低。
3、实验方法：将上述患者随机分为中药治疗组及对照治疗组两组，每组15人，其中，中药治疗组采用本发明实施例一提供的中药组合物，其是将本发明提供的中药原料按照传统水煎法煎煮两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，一天一剂，七天一疗程。对照治疗组采用口服氯喹与伯氨喹联合治疗。
4、疗效标准：
a）、治愈：症状消失，血涂片未见疟原虫；
b）、有效：症状控制或减轻，血涂片可见或未见疟原虫；
c）、无效：症状无改善或恶化。
5、实验结果：
中药治疗组：治疗2-9个疗程，治愈10例，有效4例，无效1例。经不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
对照治疗组：治疗一周至三周后，治愈13例，停药后有6例复发。
通过上述统计比较可以看出，中药治疗组治疗疟疾疗效理想，作用可靠，不复发。对照治疗组治愈速度虽快，但易复发。

病例一：白某，女，47岁。患者自述近几日每日发作一次，先是10分钟左右因寒冷而抽搐，后出现高热40℃，汗出烧退后自觉分外虚弱，嗜睡，伴全身关节酸软。诊断为：疟疾。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，服药第一天发作，但症状明显减轻，后继续服用期间未发作；继续服用2个疗程，并未发作，治愈。
病例二：廖某，男，31岁。患者自述自南非出差回来后一个多月，突然出现持续高热，严重时有颈项强直，抽搐，昏迷等症。服本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，烧退，患者自觉身体略有恢复；续服3个疗程后，未再发作，治愈。
中药原料用量十分重要，其关乎药效的发挥及主治。本发明用于临床实验的各中药原料用量是本发明的最佳用量，其适用范围广。其中，醉鱼草15g，半夏15g，竹茹20g，青皮15g，用量大，四药相使祛痰截疟，散寒燥湿,方中主要应用其四药祛痰截疟之功效，因此用量大。生姜6g，大枣10g，量小，调和营卫，兼顾胃气，其主要作用是引药归经，少量应用即可。槟榔15g，厚朴15g，草果仁10g，用量大，三药气味辛烈，可直达膜原，逐邪外出，为主要抗疟之要药，因此用量大。

1.一种治疗疟疾的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：槟榔10-20份，厚朴10-20份，草果仁5-15份，知母5-15份，白芍10-20份，柴胡10-20份，黄芩10-20份，醉鱼草10-20份，黄柏10-20份，苍术10-30份，青皮10-20份，地骨皮10-20份，玄参20-40份，竹茹10-30份，麦冬20-40份，花粉10-20份，半夏10-20份，生姜3-9份，大枣5-15份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗疟疾的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：槟榔15份，厚朴15份，草果仁10份，知母10份，白芍15份，柴胡15份，黄芩15份，醉鱼草15份，黄柏15份，苍术20份，青皮15份，地骨皮15份，玄参30份，竹茹20份，麦冬30份，花粉15份，半夏15份，生姜6份，大枣10份，甘草10份。
