本发明公开了一种治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：萹蓄6‑8、椿白皮2‑4、蚕蛹10‑12、苦楝皮3‑5、乌梅6‑8、枳实8‑10、柴胡2‑4、熟大黄4‑6、木香2‑4、熟附子3‑5、蒲公英8‑12、使君子5‑6、仙鹤草2‑4、羌活5‑10、山茱萸10‑12、大麦芽15‑20、扁竹根3‑5、网肺衣2‑4、米碎木皮4‑5；本发明的中药组合物配伍科学，各药物之间相辅相成，具有驱蛔利胆、行气止痛、疏肝理气、清热利胆的功效，用于治疗胆道蛔虫病，具有确切疗效，通过临床试验证明，本发明的治愈率高达94.5%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，属于中药领域。
背景技术
胆道蛔虫病是肠道蛔虫病中最严重的一种并发症；是由各种原因引起的肠道蛔虫运动活跃，并钻入胆道而出现的急性上腹痛或胆道感染，发作时病人疼痛难以忍受，大哭大叫，十分痛苦，若治疗措施跟不上，晚期病人可出现不同程度的脱水和酸中毒，甚至危及生命；目前，用于治疗蛔虫病的药物品种繁多，其中，西药、针剂类治疗蛔虫病的药物，虽然起效快，当时便可缓解症状，但是很难达到彻底除根，标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：萹蓄6-8、椿白皮2-4、蚕蛹10-12、苦楝皮3-5、乌梅6-8、枳实8-10、柴胡2-4、熟大黄4-6、木香2-4、熟附子3-5、蒲公英8-12、使君子5-6、仙鹤草2-4、羌活5-10、山茱萸10-12、大麦芽15-20、扁竹根3-5、网肺衣2-4、米碎木皮4-5。
治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：萹蓄7、椿白皮3、蚕蛹11、苦楝皮4、乌梅7、枳实9、柴胡3、熟大黄5、木香3、熟附子4、蒲公英10、使君子5、仙鹤草3、羌活8、山茱萸11、大麦芽18、扁竹根4、网肺衣3、米碎木皮4.5。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，加入适量的纯净水煎煮半个小时，过滤取煎煮液，服用煎煮液，每日1剂，分早、晚两次服用，一般8-10剂即可将蛔虫排尽。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的中药组合物配伍科学，各药物之间相辅相成，具有驱蛔利胆、行气止痛、疏肝理气、清热利胆的功效，用于治疗胆道蛔虫病，具有确切疗效，通过临床试验证明，本发明的治愈率高达94.5%。

实施例1：治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：萹蓄7、椿白皮3、蚕蛹11、苦楝皮4、乌梅7、枳实9、柴胡3、熟大黄5、木香3、熟附子4、蒲公英10、使君子5、仙鹤草3、羌活8、山茱萸11、大麦芽18、扁竹根4、网肺衣3、米碎木皮4.5。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，加入适量的纯净水煎煮半个小时，过滤取煎煮液，服用煎煮液，每日1剂，分早、晚两次服用，一般8-10剂即可将蛔虫排尽。
典型病例：
病例1，佘某，女，32岁，突发右上腹部疼痛，呈阵发性痛，且向右后背部放散，同时伴有恶心、呕吐，吐为胃内容物及苦水，时发时止，西医诊断为胆道蛔虫病；苔薄腻，脉弦紧，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，分早、晚两次服用，连服三剂后，症状明显好转，有蛔虫随大便排出，后继续服用一周，诸症全消，疼痛未见复发。
病例2：张某，男，3岁半，近日大便有数条蛔虫排出，伴右上腹阵发性剧烈绞痛，绞痛时伴恶心、呕吐等全身不适症状，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，连服两剂，恶心、呕吐停止，右上腹疼痛明显减轻，后继续服用五剂，症状全消，痊愈。
病例3：郭某，男，46岁，腹痛、呕吐不止数日，大便中见蛔虫，检查确诊胆道蛔虫病，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，分早、晚两次服用，服用三剂后，腹痛、呕吐缓解，继续服用五剂以巩固疗效，，症状完全消失，B超显示胆道中蛔虫完全排出。

1.一种治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：萹蓄6-8、椿白皮2-4、蚕蛹10-12、苦楝皮3-5、乌梅6-8、枳实8-10、柴胡2-4、熟大黄4-6、木香2-4、熟附子3-5、蒲公英8-12、使君子5-6、仙鹤草2-4、羌活5-10、山茱萸10-12、大麦芽15-20、扁竹根3-5、网肺衣2-4、米碎木皮4-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗胆道蛔虫病的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：萹蓄7、椿白皮3、蚕蛹11、苦楝皮4、乌梅7、枳实9、柴胡3、熟大黄5、木香3、熟附子4、蒲公英10、使君子5、仙鹤草3、羌活8、山茱萸11、大麦芽18、扁竹根4、网肺衣3、米碎木皮4.5。
