Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a medicine for treating gastric ulcer and a preparation method thereof.
background
Gastric ulcer or peptic ulcer is a common disease of the digestive tract, and can occur in the esophagus, the stomach or the duodenum, and also in the vicinity of the gastrojejunostomy or in a Meckel diverticulum containing the gastric mucosa, and is generally referred to as gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer because gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer are most common. It is called peptic ulcer because it has been considered that gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer are formed by the self-digestion of mucous membrane by gastric acid and pepsin, and in fact gastric acid and pepsin are only one of the main causes of ulcer formation, and there are other causes that can form peptic ulcer. Since there are many similarities in the etiology and clinical symptoms of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, and thus peptic ulcer, or gastric, duodenal ulcer, is often diagnosed.
The existing medicine for treating gastric ulcer is mainly used for neutralizing gastric acid through calcium-containing raw materials, the method is actually used for relieving the erosion of gastric acid to wounds, but is not a permanent cure method, and for patients, the original condition can be recovered after the medicine is stopped taking the medicine, and particularly for patients with chronic gastric ulcer, the phenomenon is obvious.

Preferably, the medicine for treating gastric ulcer further comprises 5-10 parts of honey. The honey is fructose extracted from honey, the taste of the honey is mild, the honey is used as a sweetening agent, the functions of reducing blood pressure, protecting liver, relieving pain and the like are achieved, the honey can be matched with the medicines to enhance the drug effect, and the function of protecting stomach is achieved.
Preferably, the components of the medicament for treating the gastric ulcer are 200-400-mesh powder.
preferably, the components in the medicine for treating gastric ulcer are 400-mesh powder.
The preparation method of the medicine for treating gastric ulcer comprises the following steps:
A. Preparing the hairyvein agrimony clear paste: decocting herba et Gemma Agrimoniae in water twice for 2-3 hr each time, mixing decoctions, filtering, standing for 24 hr, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain fluid extract with relative density of 80-85 deg.C and relative density of 1.18-1.20;
B. preparing a capsule: mixing chitosan, Concha arcae, ovum gallus domesticus crusta, dried Alumen, radix Rhodiolae, and fructus Polygoni orientalis with the fluid extract, granulating, drying to obtain granules, encapsulating, and adding oleum Caryophylli into the capsule to obtain the final product.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the medicine for treating gastric ulcer, the clove oil in the step B is added into the capsule, and then the honey is added into the capsule to obtain the product.
