本发明公开了一种防牵引秤砣着地自动床,包括床体,所述的床体上设有床板,所述的床体上还配套设有牵引锤,所述的牵引锤的底面设有压力传感器,所述的床体上设有用于使床板倾斜的驱动机构,所述的床板上设有床垫,所述的床垫包括垫层和表层,所述的表层为一环状带体,所述的垫层设置在环状带体中央,所述的环状带体的两端设有转轴,至少一个转轴上设有驱动电机。本发明的目的在于提供一种可自动检测牵引锤状态,自动移动患者至合适的位置的防牵引秤砣着地自动床。

防牵引秤砣着地自动床
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,具体地说是一种防牵引秤砣着地自动床。
背景技术
传统的防牵引床一般是一种采用机械传动实行牵引的一种新颖器械。应用人体生理学与机械物理力学科学结合特点,广泛应用于各种急慢性损伤引起的腰椎间盘突出、腰痛、放射性腿脚麻木、行走无力而引起腿脚肌肉萎缩,以及外伤性颈椎骨折、错位、脱位等症状;也可适用于颈椎性头晕目眩,头痛耳鸣、血压异常等临床症状。
传统的防牵引床的牵引动力大多来自于牵引锤,其牵引力恒定,医生可以较为灵活的调节牵引锤的重量。但是其存在的问题是:牵引锤容易缓慢拉着患者以不容易注意到的速度移动,最后使牵引锤落地,失去牵引作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可自动检测牵引锤状态,自动移动患者至合适的位置的防牵引秤砣着地自动床。
本发明的具体的技术方案为:一种防牵引秤砣着地自动床,包括床体,所述的床体上设有床板,所述的床体上还配套设有牵引锤,所述的牵引锤的底面设有压力传感器,所述的床体上设有用于使床板倾斜的驱动机构,所述的床板上设有床垫,所述的床垫包括垫层和表层,所述的表层为一环状带体,所述的垫层设置在环状带体中央,所述的环状带体的两端设有转轴,至少一个转轴上设有驱动电机,当压力传感器采集到信号时,所述的驱动机构驱动床板倾斜3-7°,所述的驱动电机驱动环状带体带动人体移动。
在上述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床中,所述的驱动机构为一气缸,所述的气缸设置在床板的一端。
在上述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床中,所述的牵引锤上还设有声音报警器,所述的声音报警器与压力传感器联动。
在上述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床中,所述的牵引锤上设有绕线,所述的床体上设有用于支撑所述的绕线的支点。
在上述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床中,所述的表层的下表面为光滑面,所述的表层的下表面设有多根凹槽,所述的凹槽内设有电发热丝。
在上述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床中,所述的凹槽内填充有由以下方法制备得到的中草药组合物:将麝香8-10重量份;土茯苓10-15重量份;骨碎补10-15重量份;马前子2-4重量份;丁香2-4重量份粉碎后,混合并加入3-8重量份麻油和5-10重量份酒精,制成膏状即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本防牵引秤砣着地自动床采用牵引锤触地后通过驱动机构和驱动电机带动床板倾斜,并且表层移动,这样的话患者自重可以带动身体移动,不会对皮肤产生较大的摩擦,移动速度较为缓和。
同时,凹槽内的中草药组合物能够有效的促进神经炎症消退,在牵引过程中,通过热来促进毛孔舒张,并在电热丝的作用下药物中的挥发物等组分会进入皮肤,加速牵引效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1
如图1和2所示,一种防牵引秤砣着地自动床,包括床体1,所述的床体1上设有床板2,所述的床体1上还配套设有牵引锤3,所述的牵引锤3的底面设有压力传感器4,所述的床体1上设有用于使床板2倾斜的驱动机构5,所述的床板2上设有床垫,所述的床垫包括垫层6和表层7,所述的表层7为一环状带体,所述的垫层6设置在环状带体中央,所述的环状带体的两端设有转轴8,至少一个转轴8上设有驱动电机9,所述的压力传感器4用于向驱动机构5和驱动电机9发送停止和启动信号。具体来说,当压力传感器4采集到信号时,所述的驱动机构5驱动床板2倾斜3-7°,所述的驱动电机9驱动环状带体带动人体移动。
具体来说,所述的驱动机构5为一气缸,所述的气缸设置在床板2的一端,所述的牵引锤3上还设有声音报警器10,所述的声音报警器10与压力传感器4联动,所述的牵引锤3上设有绕线11,所述的床体1上设有用于支撑所述的绕线11的支点,所述的表层7的下表面为光滑面,所述的表层7的下表面设有多根凹槽12,所述的凹槽12内设有电发热丝13。
所述的凹槽内填充有由以下方法制备得到的中草药组合物:将麝香9重量份;土茯苓12重量份;骨碎补12重量份;马前子3重量份;丁香3重量份粉碎后,混合并加入5重量份麻油和8重量份酒精,制成膏状即得。
在使用过程中,牵引锤3会牵引人体,比如牵引人的颈椎、腿部等,牵引力考牵引锤3提供,根据牵引力的大小,选择合适规格的牵引锤3。在牵引过程中,人会以非常缓慢的速度向牵引方向移动,当移动时间较长时,牵引锤3就会着地,此时压力传感器4会传递信号给驱动机构5、驱动电机9,驱动机构5使床板2倾斜5°左右,驱动电机9驱动转轴8转动使表层7移动,这样人就可以在床板2表面缓慢移动,直至达到较为合适的位置。在移动过程中,利用了人体自重,因此在移动过程中人不会在床板2上移动擦伤。
在牵引过程中,电发热丝13发热加热皮肤并且促进中草药中的挥发物挥发有利于提升牵引效果,如果是牵引脚部,则启动脚部位置的电热丝即可,如果牵引颈椎则启动颈椎部位的电热丝即可。

1.一种防牵引秤砣着地自动床,包括床体,所述的床体上设有床板,其特征在于,所述的床体上还配套设有牵引锤,所述的牵引锤的底面设有压力传感器,所述的床体上设有用于使床板倾斜的驱动机构,所述的床板上设有床垫,所述的床垫包括垫层和表层,所述的表层为一环状带体,所述的垫层设置在环状带体中央,所述的环状带体的两端设有转轴,至少一个转轴上设有驱动电机,当压力传感器采集到信号时,所述的驱动机构驱动床板倾斜3-7°,所述的驱动电机驱动环状带体带动人体移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床,其特征在于,所述的驱动机构为一气缸,所述的气缸设置在床板的一端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防牵引秤砣着地自动床,其特征在于,所述的牵引锤上还设有声音报警器,所述的声音报警器与压力传感器联动。
