Abstract

目的是提供一种由机架、支撑轮、除草齿、除草铲构成的设计合理,结构简单,上产值造快,安装使用灵活方便,可松土、施肥、播种,对地表面的平整度要求不严,轻度高凹不平的土地可做到不漏地不漏草不伤苗的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机。

匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机
技术领域:匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机的生产制造技术涉及到机械制造技术领域。
背景技术:我国是农业大国,又是产粮大国,也是农残打过,也是食品不安全大国,随着各类科技进步,庄稼从种到收几乎全程使用各种科学技术,化肥农药除草剂连年使用,农残超标导致一部分农产品无法出口,尤其是除草剂的功能就有较强的残留作用才得以消除杂草,无疑它给食品带了极大的不安全性。针对这一情况我们经多年的研发出一款匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机。
发明内容:目的是提供一种由机架、支撑轮、除草齿、除草铲构成的设计合理,结构简单,上产值造快,安装使用灵活方便,可松土、施肥、播种,对地表面的平整度要求不严,轻度高凹不平的土地可做到不漏地不漏草不伤苗的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:牵引支架(1)焊接在框架(3)前中部,牵吊耳(2)焊接在牵引支架(1)两侧,调整拉杆(17)装接在框架(3)后部中间、牵引支架(1)顶部之间,斜向弹簧(16)连接在框架(3)后部中间、牵引支架(1)顶部之间、并套装在调整拉杆(17)外部,竖向弹簧(4)装在轮腿(5)外部,支撑轮(6)装在轮腿(5)下端,除草器安装架(7)焊接在框架(3)端,铲腿(8)装在除草器安装架(7)两侧,除草铲(9)焊接在铲腿(8)下端,除草齿(10)装在除草轮(11)上,除草轮(11)装在除草轮轴(12)两侧,除草轮轴(12)装在除草器安装架(7)下端,被动轮(13)装在除草轮轴(12)中间,主动轮(15)装在支撑轮轴(18)中间,传动链条(14)套装在被动轮(13)、主动轮(15)上。调整拉杆(17)是由管套管构成的,是可以斜向伸缩的。轮腿(5)是由管套管构成的,可以上下伸缩的。除草齿(10)顶端(19)是半菱形弧面构成。铲腿(8)为管状,在除草的同时可以用来播种或者施肥。框架(3)上面可加装施肥、播种箱。框架(3)自重达不到效果时可在其上部加装配种材料。牵引支架(1)两侧下部均为活动轴连接。支撑轮(6)外部设置横向扁形除草刀状齿。除草铲(9)上面为瓦凸形状,凸面保持45度弧。

具体实施方式:牵引支架(1)焊接在框架(3)前中部,牵吊耳(2)焊接在牵引支架(1)两侧,调整拉杆(17)装接在框架(3)后部中间、牵引支架(1)顶部之间,斜向弹簧(16)连接在框架(3)后部中间、牵引支架(1)顶部之间、并套装在调整拉杆(17)外部,竖向弹簧(4)装在轮腿(5)外部,支撑轮(6)装在轮腿(5)下端,除草器安装架(7)焊接在框架(3)端,铲腿(8)装在除草器安装架(7)两侧,除草铲(9)焊接在铲腿(8)下端,除草齿(10)装在除草轮(11)上,除草轮(11)装在除草轮轴(12)两侧,除草轮轴(12)装在除草器安装架(7)下端,被动轮(13)装在除草轮轴(12)中间,主动轮(15)装在支撑轮轴(18)中间,传动链条(14)套装在被动轮(13)、主动轮(15)上,上述结构构成了匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机。调整拉杆(17)是由管套管构成的,是可以斜向伸缩的,随着地面的高低而伸缩,可及时调整松土的深度。轮腿(5)是由管套管构成的,可以上下伸缩的,调整除草铲及除草器的深浅,使高凹地面的草都能得到清除。除草齿(10)顶端(19)是半菱形弧面构成,可以不构成对庄家的伤害。铲腿(8)为管状,在除草的同时可以用来播种或者施肥,种子、肥料可通过该管进入土壤。框架(3)上面可加装施肥、播种箱,施肥、播种箱可装在铲腿(8)上部。框架(3)自重达不到效果时可在其上部加装配种材料,直到实现除草铲(9)、除草齿(10)匍匐状态。牵引支架(1)两侧下部均为活动轴连接,以利实现除草铲(9)、除草齿(10)匍匐状态。支撑轮(6)外部设置横向扁形除草刀状齿,在行走的同时实现除草。除草铲(9)上面为瓦凸形状,凸面保持45度弧。

1.匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:牵引支架(1)焊接在框架(3)前中部,牵吊耳(2)焊接在牵引支架(1)两侧,调整拉杆(17)装接在框架(3)后部中间、牵引支架(1)顶部之间,斜向弹簧(16)连接在框架(3)后部中间、牵引支架(1)顶部之间、并套装在调整拉杆(17)外部,竖向弹簧(4)装在轮腿(5)外部,支撑轮(6)装在轮腿(5)下端,除草器安装架(7)焊接在框架(3)端,铲腿(8)装在除草器安装架(7)两侧,除草铲(9)焊接在铲腿(8)下端,除草齿(10)装在除草轮(11)上,除草轮(11)装在除草轮轴(12)两侧,除草轮轴(12)装在除草器安装架(7)下端,被动轮(13)装在除草轮轴(12)中间,主动轮(15)装在支撑轮轴(18)中间,传动链条(14)套装在被动轮(13)、主动轮(15)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:调整拉杆(17)是由管套管构成的,是可以斜向伸缩的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:轮腿(5)是由管套管构成的,可以上下伸缩的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:除草齿(10)顶端(19)是半菱形弧面构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:铲腿(8)为管状,在除草的同时可以用来播种或者施肥。
6.根据权利要求1所述的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:框架(3)上面可加装施肥、播种箱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的匍匐式保墒松土不伤苗除草机,其特征在于:框架(3)自重达不到效果时可在其上部加装配种材料。
