一种花生覆膜播种一体机,包括机架(1)、犁齿(2)、肥料箱(3)、下肥料管(4)、种子箱(5)、弹簧(6)、播种器(7)、覆膜器(8)、开膜器(9)、打孔装置(10)和压实轮(11)。其中机架(1)为焊接而成的横向和竖向铁架,机架顶端为内空心式挂扣。机架下方底端通过螺母固定有犁齿(2),机架上方焊接有肥料箱(3),肥料箱底端设有穿过机架的下肥料管(4)。机架上方肥料箱后侧焊接有种子箱(5),种子箱通过弹簧(6)焊接有播种器(7)。机架下方安装有覆膜器(8),覆膜器后方、机架下端安装有开膜器(9)。开膜器底端焊接打孔装置(10),开膜器后端安装有压实轮(11),压实轮通过滚动轴与机架下方连接。该花生覆膜播种一体机能一次完成花生的播种、施肥、覆膜,提高了播种效率。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种花生覆膜播种一体机,属于农用机械设备领域。
随着社会的发展,农业生产力由落后的纯手工劳动发展到现在的机械化作业,农业发展发生了翻天覆地的变化,从小麦到玉米大豆联合收割机,农民从繁忙的人工农业收耕中解脱出来,农业机械化工具中存在许多的不足,需要人们在使用中不断提高及优化,目前花生丰收及耕种,由于花生果的特殊性,花生在播种时需要覆盖一层薄膜,提高发芽及成活率,所以没有一款系统的花生旋耕、播种、覆膜一体机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对目前花生丰收及耕种,由于花生果的特殊性,花生在播种时需要覆盖一层薄膜,提高发芽及成活率,所以没有一款系统的花生旋耕、播种、覆膜一体机的问题,设计了一种花生覆膜播种一体机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:

所述肥料箱与种子箱均为竖直设置在机架上端,所述肥料箱与种子箱在机架上方平行设置。
所述覆膜器为圆柱形滚筒状,所述覆膜器通过转轴铰接在机架下方。
所述打孔装置为十字型设置。
所述犁齿、下肥料管、播种器、覆膜器、开膜器、压实轮在机架下方竖直设置,所述犁齿、下肥料管、播种器、覆膜器、开膜器、压实轮为在机架下方平行设置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.本实用新型集花生播种、施肥、覆膜一体设计,使花生播种一步到位,弹簧设置可以根据土壤情况保证平稳作业,使种子能够均匀的滑落,设有覆膜器和开膜器使花生覆膜更加平整,并且一步到位,省时省力,提高播种效率。
2.本实用新型结构简单,功能齐全,设计紧凑。

本实施例所描述的一种花生覆膜播种一体机,使用时,机架与拖拉机后尾部连接,在发动机的带动下前进,肥料箱中的肥料顺下肥料管顺滑到田地中,种子箱中的种子,随播种器播入田地中,弹簧设置可避免高低不平的土地对播种的影响,使播种更加均匀,地膜通过覆膜器平铺地表,覆膜器安装有驱动装置防止地膜拖拽拉伸,十字型打孔装置回转式打孔,尾部两侧边安装有压实轮,犁起一部分土压在地膜边缘固定地膜,本实用新型集花生播种、施肥、覆膜一
体设计,使花生播种一步到位,弹簧设置可以根据土壤情况保证平稳作业,使种子能够均匀的滑落,设有覆膜器和开膜器使花生覆膜更加平整,并且一步到位,省时省力,提高播种效率,本实用新型结构简单,功能齐全,设计紧凑。
