随着社会的发展,农业生产力由落后的纯手工劳动发展到现在的机械化作业,农业发展发生了翻天覆地的变化,从小麦到玉米大豆联合收割机,农民从繁忙的人工农业收耕中解脱出来,农业机械化工具中存在许多的不足,需要人们在使用中不断提高及优化,目前花生丰收及耕种,由于花生果的特殊性,花生在播种时需要覆盖一层薄膜,提高发芽及成活率,所以没有一款系统的花生旋耕、播种、覆膜一体机。

本实用新型针对目前花生丰收及耕种,由于花生果的特殊性,花生在播种时需要覆盖一层薄膜,提高发芽及成活率,所以没有一款系统的花生旋耕、播种、覆膜一体机的问题,设计了一种花生覆膜播种一体机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.本实用新型集花生播种、施肥、覆膜一体设计,使花生播种一步到位,弹簧设置可以根据土壤情况保证平稳作业,使种子能够均匀的滑落,设有覆膜器和开膜器使花生覆膜更加平整,并且一步到位,省时省力,提高播种效率。
2.本实用新型结构简单,功能齐全,设计紧凑。

本实施例所描述的一种花生覆膜播种一体机,使用时,机架与拖拉机后尾部连接,在发动机的带动下前进,肥料箱中的肥料顺下肥料管顺滑到田地中,种子箱中的种子,随播种器播入田地中,弹簧设置可避免高低不平的土地对播种的影响,使播种更加均匀,地膜通过覆膜器平铺地表,覆膜器安装有驱动装置防止地膜拖拽拉伸,十字型打孔装置回转式打孔,尾部两侧边安装有压实轮,犁起一部分土压在地膜边缘固定地膜,本实用新型集花生播种、施肥、覆膜一 体设计,使花生播种一步到位,弹簧设置可以根据土壤情况保证平稳作业,使种子能够均匀的滑落,设有覆膜器和开膜器使花生覆膜更加平整,并且一步到位,省时省力,提高播种效率,本实用新型结构简单,功能齐全,设计紧凑。
