本发明涉及一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构,具体的说是在有多层叠套外壳的室内内燃机发电机内部将分别单独制造的发电机仓和消音仓通过隔热材料串联起来并全部布置在室内发电机外壳内部;发电机仓内包容了冷却风扇、发电机、内燃机及排气管、冷却风道及相关部件总成,通过与曲轴直连的冷却风扇从发电机仓外吸入的冷却风先后沿冷却风道冷却发电机、内燃机、排气管后通过散热风道排入消音仓中;消音仓中布置有消声器,消声器的进气端通过排气管与内燃机连接,排气端指向消音仓出气孔,消音仓外部全部用隔热吸音材料包裹且与发电机仓、室内发电机内部结构通过隔热材料连接起来,属于发电机技术领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构,具体的说是在有多层叠套外壳的室内内燃机发电机内部将分别单独制造的发电机仓和消音仓通过隔热材料串联起来并全部布置在室内发电机外壳内部;发电机仓内包容了冷却风扇、发电机、内燃机及排气管、冷却风道及相关部件总成,通过与曲轴直连的冷却风扇从发电机仓外吸入的冷却风先后沿冷却风道冷却发电机、内燃机、排气管后通过散热风道排入消音仓中;消音仓中布置有消音器,消音器的进气端通过排气管与内燃机连接,排气端指向消音仓出气孔,为了避免各种散热对发电机仓和室内发电机内部结构温升的影响,消音仓外部全部用隔热吸音材料包裹且与发电机仓、室内发电机内部结构通过隔热材料连接起来,特别适用于对有不间断电源要求、又需要安放在室内自动工作的室内发电机结构中,属于发电机技术领域。
背景技术
以往,在使用内燃机发电机作为电源时,由于内燃机工作时一定会产生大量的有毒废气、无线电干扰和噪音并带有燃油,出于满足安全和保证人员设备持续可靠工作的相关要求,要么把内燃机发电机布置在室外,要么布置在一个通风的专门发电机室内且远离对无线电干扰有要求的电器设备,无法直接布置在经常有人工作和对无线电干扰、安全有要求的室内设备的同室旁边。
现有的室内内燃机发电机,主要是针对发电机内部的多层结构和布置的专利,这种多层结构有例如中国专利号201620329039.2所记载的《一种多层叠套外壳带强排风系统的室内内燃机发电机》,与本专利不属于一个范围。
但是,这样已有的室内内燃机发电机存在的问题是:当室内内燃机发电机长期发电时,由于各种部件均会在使用中散发出大量的热量,造成室内内燃机发电机壳体内部温度升高,当温升超过一定温度时就容易造成发电能力下降、零件早期损坏和发电机停止工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,针对现有室内发电机存在的容易过热问题,在有多层叠套外壳的室内内燃机发电机内部提供一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的且消音仓外部全部用隔热吸音材料包裹且与发电机仓、室内发电机内部结构通过隔热材料连接起来的室内发电机内部布置结构。
为了达到这样的目的,本一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构采用这样的布置方案:
一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构,在有多层叠套外壳的室内内燃机发电机内部单独制造的发电机仓和消音仓通过隔热材料串联起来并全部布置在室内发电机外壳内部,发电机仓内包容了冷却风扇、发电机、内燃机及排气管、冷却风道及相关部件总成,通过与曲轴直连的冷却风扇从发电机仓外吸入的冷却风先后沿冷却风道冷却发电机、内燃机、排气管后通过散热风道排入消音仓中,整个内燃机发电机布置在发电机仓内,发电机仓内的发电机、内燃机和排气管被冷却风道包容,冷却风扇和排气管通过冷却风道把所有的废气、已逐步升温的冷却风强制排入发电机仓旁的消音仓内;消音仓中布置有消音器,消音器的进气端通过排气管与内燃机连接,排气端指向消音仓出气孔,为了避免各种散热对发电机仓和室内发电机内部结构温升的影响,作为容纳部件温度最高的消音器和冷却风的消音仓外部全部用隔热吸音材料包裹且与发电机仓、室内发电机内部结构通过隔热材料连接起来,消音仓出气孔通过排气烟道将废气和散热排出到室外,从而实现将室内发电机壳体内部温度降低的目的。
在结构布置中,按冷却风的流向还可以根据需要把内燃机冷却风扇和发电机布置在内燃机的后面;发电机总成的进气也可以通过管道从室外引入到进气口处,当使用水冷内燃机时还需要增加散热器。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方案:
如附图1到附图4的实施方式说明图所示,一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构,在有多层叠套外壳的室内发电机总成32内部,整个室内发电机总成32的工作是通过内燃机17的旋转带动发电机27旋转产生磁力线的切割从而发出交流电,交流电通过控制器14转换为用电设备需要的直流或者交流电输出供应给需要的设备来实现的;室内发电机总成32有一个外壳总成3,外壳总成3内有被消音仓外隔热吸音棉24隔开但串连在一起的发电机仓11和消音室仓7,发电机仓11内有内燃机冷却风扇15、发电机27、内燃机17、排气管10和冷却风道18,冷却风道18包容内燃机冷却风扇15、发电机27、内燃机17、排气管10且排风口31直通消音室仓7,与发电机27、内燃机17同步旋转的内燃机冷却风扇15通过冷却风道18在逐步冷却控制器14、发电机27、内燃机17后把所有的废气、冷却风通过排风口31、排气管10强制排入发电机仓11旁的消音仓7内,在包容发电机仓11和消音仓7的外面还有一层除了进气口16外其余均密封的外壳总成3,在发电机仓11和消音仓7和外壳总成3之间另外还有油箱6、内吸音棉9和外壳强排风机23等部件,外壳强排风机23将外壳总成3和发电机仓11和消音仓7之间可能漏出的废气、发电机仓强排风机20和内壳强排风机导流罩22将发电机仓11在冷却风道18外可能漏出的废气都强制抽排到消音仓7中;消音仓7是一种除了强制排风入口外仅有一个消音仓出气孔28的密封结构,消音仓7内还固定有消音器19,消音器19的消声器进气端29通过排气管10与内燃机17连接,消音器排气端30指向消音仓出气孔28,消音仓出气孔28在接收从所有各处强排入的废气后通过一个穿过外壳总成3并直通室外的密闭排气烟道5排出废气到室外33,从而实现将所有的废气强制排出到室外33的目的;发电机仓11通过发电机仓减震脚8、消音仓7通过消音仓减震脚26与外壳总成3连接,外壳总成3内还安装有内吸音棉9、蓄电池13等部件来保证室内发电机总成32的正常工作;为了尽量隔绝消音仓7的内部散热对室内发动机总成32的影响,消音仓7的密闭外壳外还全部包裹有消音仓外隔热吸音棉24,内部贴有消音仓内吸音棉25;另外为了保证室内发电机总成32的正常工作和使用维护方便,发电机仓11上有可拆卸的发电机仓维修门12,外壳总成3上有可以打开锁闭的外壳上盖2、外壳维修门1、外壳上盖锁21和提高室内发电机总成32减震性能的外壳减震脚4。
在上述实施例外,按冷却风的流向还可以根据布置需要把内燃机冷却风扇15、发电机27布置在内燃机17的后面;室内发电机总成32的进气也可以通过管道从室外引入到进气口16部位,当使用水冷内燃机时还需要增加散热器。

Claims (2)

1.一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构,其特征是在有多层叠套外壳的室内内燃机发电机内部,单独制造的发电机仓和消音仓通过隔热材料串联起来并全部布置在室内发电机外壳内部,发电机仓内包容了冷却风扇、发电机、内燃机及排气管、冷却风道及相关部件总成,通过与曲轴直连的冷却风扇从发电机仓外吸入的冷却风先后沿冷却风道冷却发电机、内燃机、排气管后通过散热风道排入消音仓中,整个内燃机发电机布置在发电机仓内,发电机仓内的发电机、内燃机和排气管被冷却风道包容,冷却风扇和排气管通过冷却风道把所有的废气、已逐步升温的冷却风强制排入发电机仓旁的消音仓内;消音仓中布置有消声器,消声器的进气端通过排气管与内燃机连接,排气端指向消音仓出气孔,消音仓外部全部用隔热吸音材料包裹且与发电机仓、室内发电机内部结构通过隔热材料连接起来,消音仓出气孔通过排气烟道将废气和散热排出到室外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发电机仓和消音仓分体的室内发电机内部结构,其特征是按冷却风的流向还可以根据需要把内燃机冷却风扇和发电机布置在内燃机的后面;发电机总成的进气也可以通过管道从室外引入到进气口处,当使用水冷内燃机时还需要增加散热器。
