本发明公开了一种PG头密封的接线块组件,包括PG头密封组件及接线块组件,所述PG头密封组件由左PG头、右PG头构成;所述接线块组件由接线块、电源线导体、盖板及接地线导体构成;所述接线块组件设于PG头密封组件的左PG头及右PG头的筒状体内,且右PG头的内螺纹与左PG头的外螺纹啮合。本发明采用PG头密封组件及接线块组件的结构,线缆直接对接到接线块组件上,PG头密封组件包裹在接线块组件外侧,在完成接线的基础上还满足了防水的要求,具有结构简单、密封性好、成本低的优点。

一种PG头密封的接线块组件
技术领域
本发明涉及电连接技术领域的线缆直接对接组件,尤其是一种PG头密封的接线块组件。
背景技术
现有技术线缆的对接与分离通常是采用两个公母连接器来完成的,每个线缆单独接一个连接器,连接器由内导体、绝缘基座、外壳组成,线缆可以根据产品的使用要求焊接或者压接在连接器的内导体上,此种方法的优点是结构成熟稳定,存在的问题是,两个连接器分别由独立的内导体、绝缘基座及外壳组成,导致产品的结构复杂、密封性差、成本无法有效降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种PG头密封的接线块组件,本发明采用PG头密封组件及接线块组件的结构,线缆直接对接到接线块组件上,PG头密封组件包裹在接线块组件外侧,在完成接线的基础上还满足了防水的要求,具有结构简单、密封性好、成本低的优点。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种PG头密封的接线块组件,其特点包括PG头密封组件及接线块组件,所述PG头密封组件由左PG头、右PG头构成,所述左PG头及右PG头均为一端设有端盖的筒状体,其左PG头的另一端设有外螺纹,右PG头的另一端设有内螺纹,右PG头的内壁上设有止口;
所述接线块组件由接线块、电源线导体、盖板及接地线导体构成,接线块为一侧设有两个电源导槽、另一侧设有接地导槽的柱状体,两个电源导槽之间设有凸筋,柱状体的一端在凸筋上设有豁口,另一端设有卡槽,柱状体的两端分别设有数个与电源导槽及接地导槽贯通的导线孔,电源线导体及接地线导体均为空心的条块件,其侧壁上设有数个锁线螺钉,盖板为轴向设有凹槽、一端设有卡扣、另一端设有锁钩且板面上设有数个螺钉孔的板状件;
所述电源线导体为两件,分别设于接线块的两个电源导槽内,盖板覆盖在接线块的两个电源导槽外侧并经锁钩与卡槽锁合、卡扣与豁口卡接;接地线导体设于接地导槽内;
所述接线块组件设于PG头密封组件的左PG头及右PG头的筒状体内,接线块组件的一端头与右PG头的止口触及,且右PG头的内螺纹与左PG头的外螺纹啮合。
本发明采用PG头密封组件及接线块组件的结构,线缆直接对接到接线块组件上,PG头密封组件包裹在接线块组件外侧,在完成接线的基础上还满足了防水的要求,具有结构简单、密封性好、成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2,本发明包括PG头密封组件1及接线块组件2,所述PG头密封组件1由左PG头11、右PG头12构成,所述左PG头11及右PG头12均为一端设有端盖的筒状体,其左PG头11的另一端设有外螺纹111,右PG头12的另一端设有内螺纹121,右PG头12的内壁上设有止口122;
所述接线块组件2由接线块21、电源线导体22、盖板23及接地线导体24构成,接线块21为一侧设有两个电源导槽211、另一侧设有接地导槽212的柱状体,两个电源导槽211之间设有凸筋215,柱状体的一端在凸筋215上设有豁口216,另一端设有卡槽214,柱状体的两端分别设有数个与电源导槽211及接地导槽212贯通的导线孔213,电源线导体22及接地线导体24均为空心的条块件,其侧壁上设有数个锁线螺钉,盖板23为轴向设有凹槽231、一端设有卡扣232、另一端设有锁钩233且板面上设有数个螺钉孔的板状件;
所述电源线导体22为两件,分别设于接线块21的两个电源导槽211内,盖板23覆盖在接线块21的两个电源导槽211外侧并经锁钩233与卡槽214锁合、卡扣232与豁口216卡接;接地线导体24设于接地导槽212内;
所述接线块组件2设于PG头密封组件1的左PG头11及右PG头12的筒状体内,接线块组件2的一端头与右PG头12的止口122触及,且右PG头12的内螺纹121与左PG头11的外螺纹111啮合。

本发明实施例:
参阅图1、图2、图3,下面通过PG头密封组件1、接线块组件2与线缆3的连接,结合附图对本发明的应用进一步说明如下:
准备两束欲对接的分别设有两根导线与一根地线的线缆3,剥开绝缘层,将两束线缆3分别从左PG头11及右PG头12的端盖穿过筒状体,将其中一束线缆3的两根导线再由接线块21的导线孔213穿过,并分别穿入电源线导体22的空心内用锁线螺钉锁紧,将一根地线再由接线块21的导线孔213穿过,并穿入接地线导体24的空心内用锁线螺钉锁紧;用同样的方法,在电源线导体22及接地线导体24的林一端连接另一束线缆3;将连接好线缆3的接地线导体24置入接线块21的接地导槽212内,将连接好线缆3的两件电源线导体22分别设于接线块21的两个电源导槽211内,盖板23覆盖在的接线块21的两个电源导槽211外侧,盖板23上轴向设置的凹槽231与接线块21的凸筋215扣合、并锁钩233与卡槽214锁合、卡扣232与豁口216卡接;最后将接线块组件2装入右PG头12的筒状体内,接线块组件2的一端头与右PG头12内的止口122触及,将左PG头11与右PG头12的筒状体扣合,并将右PG头12的内螺纹121与左PG头11的外螺纹111啮合。
本发明将线缆3直接对接到接线块组件2上,PG头密封组件1包裹在接线块组件2外侧,穿过左PG头11及右PG头12端盖的两束线缆3分别被两端盖密封,本发明在完成接线的基础上还满足了防水的要求。

1.一种PG头密封的接线块组件,其特征在于它包括PG头密封组件(1)及接线块组件(2),所述PG头密封组件(1)由左PG头(11)、右PG头(12)构成,所述左PG头(11)及右PG头(12)均为一端设有端盖的筒状体,其左PG头(11)的另一端设有外螺纹(111),右PG头(12)的另一端设有内螺纹(121),右PG头(12)的内壁上设有止口(122);
所述接线块组件(2)由接线块(21)、电源线导体(22)、盖板(23)及接地线导体(24)构成,接线块(21)为一侧设有两个电源导槽(211)、另一侧设有接地导槽(212)的柱状体,两个电源导槽(211)之间设有凸筋(215),柱状体的一端在凸筋(215)上设有豁口(216),另一端设有卡槽(214),柱状体的两端分别设有数个与电源导槽(211)及接地导槽(212)贯通的导线孔(213),电源线导体(22)及接地线导体(24)均为空心的条块件,其侧壁上设有数个锁线螺钉,盖板(23)为轴向设有凹槽(231)、一端设有卡扣(232)、另一端设有锁钩(233)且板面上设有数个螺钉孔的板状件;
所述电源线导体(22)为两件,分别设于接线块(21)的两个电源导槽(211)内,盖板(23)覆盖在接线块(21)的两个电源导槽(211)外侧并经锁钩(233)与卡槽(214)锁合、卡扣(232)与豁口(216)卡接;接地线导体(24)设于接地导槽(212)内;
所述接线块组件(2)设于PG头密封组件(1)的左PG头(11)及右PG头(12)的筒状体内,接线块组件(2)的一端头与右PG头(12)的止口(122)触及,且右PG头(12)的内螺纹(121)与左PG头(11)的外螺纹(111)啮合。
