Abstract

本发明公开了一种等量配置正负极的狭长型铅蓄电池,它包括壳体、正极板、负极板、盖板、安全阀、极群和隔膜。所述壳体至少设有三只一顺排列的矩形单格,每个蓄有电解液的单格中错位排列一组数量相等的正极板和负极板,等间距排列的正极板或负极板上端分别与极群连接,所述隔膜介于正极板与负极板之间,位于两侧的边极板与壳体内壁之间也用隔膜相隔。本发明中因每个单格中减少一片负极板,除减少耗铅量外,更重要的是空下的位置增加隔膜酸空间,促成电池化成酸密度相对较低,其结果有利于提高高温加速浮充寿命。本发明特别适合中小规格的狭长型铅蓄电池配套。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电化学技术领域一项技术方案,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种狭长型铅蓄电池,特别是一种等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池。
背景技术
铅蓄电池是一种传统的储能装备,它具有容量大,使用安全、可靠,价格低廉,回收利用率高等优点,更可贵的是制造铅蓄电池的原材料来源十分丰富,制造工艺成熟,应用领域广泛,所以在二次能源装备领域中铅蓄电池占有很重要的位置。随着公众环保意识加强和政府限污政策的落实,对铅蓄电池制造业提出了更高的质量要求,特别是限铅和减铅已成为本行业当今重要的研究课题,需要投入很大精力、财力加以研究。常规铅蓄电池的极群和正、负极板为铅质制品,结构中采用极群分别直联一族正极板或负极板,正、负极板交替排列。由于位于两侧的边极板是负极板,最终形成n片正极板和n+1片负极板的排列结构。由于结构中多一块负极板,因此相连接的极群长度相应长些,如果不从结构上作改进,仍应用现有技术制成的铅蓄电池很难达到铅减量的目的。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有技术结构中错位排列的负极板比正极板多一块的现实问题,提出一种结构合理,减铅明显,性能不降低的等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,它包括壳体、正极板、负极板、盖板、安全阀、极群和隔膜。所述正极板和负极板表面涂有铅膏,所述壳体为卧姿狭长的矩形敞口容器,配有安全阀的盖板用于封盖壳体。其改进之处在于:所述壳体至少设有三只一顺排列的矩形单格,蓄有电解液的每个单格中错位排列一组数量相等的正极板和负极板,该排列顺序自然形成一侧边极板为正极板,另一侧边极板为负极板,等间距排列的正极板或负极板上端分别与极群连接。所述隔膜介于正极板与负极板之间,位于两侧的边极板与壳体内壁之间也由隔膜相隔。
作为进一步改进方案,所述壳体内置的每个单格尺寸相等。
作为进一步改进方案,所述壳体内置的每个单格中错位排列的正极板和负极板数量相等,具体数量根据配套容量Ah按3~10片择一选取。
作为进一步改进方案,所述正极板单格涂铅膏量比常规量多0.30~0.40g/Ah,负极板单格涂铅膏量比常规量少1.10~1.20g/Ah。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、等量配置正负极板的结构简单,制作容易;
2、因每个单格中减少一片负极板,再加上相连接的极群总长度随之减短,双重原因使得耗铅量显著减少,生产成本也相应降低;
3、由于每个单格中减少一片负极板,空下的位置增加隔膜酸空间,促成电池化成后酸密度相对较低,其结果有利于提高高温加速浮充寿命。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,它包括壳体1、正极板2、负极板3、盖板4、安全阀5、极群6和隔膜7。所述正极板2和负极板3为铅制品,它们交替排列在壳体1内腔,其表面上都涂有铅膏。所述壳体1为卧姿狭长的矩形敞口容器,配有安全阀5的盖板4用于封盖壳体1。本实施例中壳体1设有三只一顺排列且尺寸相同的矩形单格,蓄有电解液的每个单格中错位排列一组数量相等的正极板2和负极板3,具体排列顺序是正极板2之后相间一段距离平行置放一片负极板3,按此排列顺序自然形成一侧边极板为正极板2,另一侧边极板为负极板3。所述极群6也是铅制品,它用于汇集安插在单格中的正极板2或负极板3,其连接结构是等间距排列的正极板2或负极板3上端分别与极群6连接。所述隔膜7介于正极板2与负极板3之间,位于两侧的边极板与壳体1内壁之间也由隔膜7相隔。本实施例是容量100Ah等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,按照上述技术方案本实施例配置的正极板2和负极板3各四片。本实施例与现有技术相比,每个单格中安插的正极板2数量相同,而负极板3则少一片。由于负极板3减少后,相连接的极群总长度随之减短,在上述双重作用下使得制造的铅蓄电池耗铅量显著减少,生产成本也相应降低。本发明由于每个单格中负极板3减少一片,为了不降低容量,对正极板2和负极板3表面上涂的铅膏量进行必要调整,即正极板2涂铅膏量稍微提高,负极板3涂铅膏量则稍微减少,本实施例中正极板2单格涂铅膏量比常规量多0.35g/Ah,负极板3单格涂铅膏量比常规量少1.15g/Ah。通过对铅膏量涂覆量的调整,使得负极板3的利用率大大提高,从而实现容量不降低的目的。本发明因每个单格中减少一片负极板,空下的位置增加隔膜酸空间,促成电池化成后酸密度相对较低,其结果有利于提高高温加速浮充寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,它包括壳体(1)、正极板(2)、负极板(3)、盖板(4)、安全阀(5)、极群(6)和隔膜(7);所述正极板(2)和负极板(3)表面涂有铅膏,所述壳体(1)为卧姿狭长的矩形敞口容器,配有安全阀(5)的盖板(4)用于封盖壳体(1);其特征在于:所述壳体(1)至少设有三只一顺排列的矩形单格,蓄有电解液的每个单格中错位排列一组数量相等的正极板(2)和负极板(3),该排列顺序自然形成一侧边极板为正极板(2),另一侧边极板为负极板(3),等间距排列的正极板(2)或负极板(3)上端分别与极群(6)连接;所述隔膜(7)介于正极板(2)与负极板(3)之间,位于两侧的边极板与壳体(1)内壁之间也由隔膜(7)相隔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内置的每个单格尺寸相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内置的每个单格中错位排列的正极板(2)和负极板(3)数量相等,具体数量根据配套容量Ah按3~10片择一选取。
4.根据权利要求1所述的等量配置正负极板的狭长型铅蓄电池,其特征在于:所述正极板(2)单格涂铅膏量比常规量多0.30~0.40g/Ah,负极板(3)单格涂铅膏量比常规量少1.10~1.20g/Ah。
