1. A connecting device, comprising a flat rotating shaft and a base rotating shaft, wherein:
the flat rotating shaft is provided with a jack;
the base rotating shaft is provided with a rotating shaft matched with the jack;
the flat rotating shaft and the base rotating shaft are connected into a whole when the rotating shaft is inserted into the jack and are separated when the rotating shaft is separated from the jack;
the flat plate rotating shaft comprises a bottom connecting bracket, a torsion arm and a torsion shaft, the torsion shaft is fixedly arranged on the side part of the main body of the bottom connecting bracket, the torsion arm is sleeved on the torsion shaft so as to be connected with the bottom connecting bracket into a whole, and the torsion arm is used for rotating by taking the torsion shaft as a rotating shaft so as to change an included angle between the main body plane of the torsion arm and the main body plane of the bracket of the bottom connecting bracket;
the jack is arranged on the bracket main body of the bottom connecting bracket;
the bottom connecting support of the flat rotating shaft further comprises a sliding lock matched with the jack, and the rotating shaft of the base rotating shaft further comprises a bayonet matched with the sliding lock;
when the rotating shaft is inserted into the insertion hole, the sliding lock is locked on the bayonet, so that the rotating shaft is fixed along the axial direction of the rotating shaft; after the rotating shaft is fixed along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, when external rotation driving force is applied, the flat rotating shaft rotates along the base rotating shaft;

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the number of the torsion arms and the number of the torsion shafts are two, the two torsion shafts are respectively disposed on both sides of the main body of the bottom bracket, and the two torsion arms are respectively sleeved on the torsion shafts on both sides of the main body of the bottom bracket.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the base shaft comprises a base fixing support and a rotary sleeve pad, the rotary shaft is disposed on a support body plane of the base fixing support, and the rotary sleeve pad is coupled to the rotary shaft and attached to the support body plane of the base fixing support.
4. The device of claim 1, wherein the top side of the rotating shaft has a chamfered corner for guiding the rotating shaft into engagement with the receptacle.
5. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the base shaft further comprises a rotary magnet, the rotary magnet is sleeved on the rotary shaft, and the rotary sleeve pad is attached to the rotary sleeve pad at an upper portion of the rotary sleeve pad.
6. The device of claim 1, wherein the receptacle is circular and the axis of rotation is cylindrical.
7. An electronic device, wherein the electronic device employs the connecting device according to any one of claims 1-6, the electronic device comprising a tablet and a base, wherein:
the flat plate is provided with a flat plate rotating shaft included in the connecting device;
a base rotating shaft included in the connecting device is arranged in the base;
the flat plate and the base are connected when the flat plate rotating shaft is connected with the base rotating shaft, and are separated when the flat plate rotating shaft is separated from the base rotating shaft.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the panel hinge is disposed at a bottom of the panel, and the base hinge is disposed at a top of an upper surface of the base.
9. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the tablet includes a display screen thereon and the base includes an input device thereon.
