The present application provides an angle limiting device, wherein the angle limiting device of the present invention is used for limiting a first object and a second object to be connected to a preset angle, the angle limiting device comprising: a link connected to the first object; the angle limiting piece is arranged on the connecting rod, and when the second object rotates to the preset angle relative to the first object, the angle limiting piece extends into the second object to limit the rotation of the second object relative to the first object.

Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of mobile devices, in particular to an angle limiting device and a mobile terminal.
Background
In the existing multi-screen display scheme, one scheme is that multiple screens are transversely arranged, the screens are connected through a rotating shaft, and multi-window transverse expansion display can be performed on the application. The other type is that two non-standard display screen vertical rotating shafts are connected in a superposed mode, and vertical expanding display can be carried out on the application.

The first solution has the drawback that the damping spindle on the market currently cannot provide a large torque force within a small size. If the weight of the screen unit is too large, the connection between the screen and the host is difficult to be carried out by applying a damping rotating shaft scheme. The second scheme has the defect that the screen is limited by using a structural interference mode, and the screen unit cannot rotate in the limited direction, so that further deformation of the display screen unit and development and use of more expansion functions are limited.
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, it is necessary to provide a new angle limiting device to replace or replace the prior art.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Before describing a specific embodiment of the angle limiting device of the present invention, the following technical terms are explained accordingly.
Angle stop device: a device for unlocking and limiting a screen opening and closing angle is applied to a notebook computer.
The opening and closing angle of the screen: in the process of unfolding the screen of the notebook computer, the screen unit and the host unit form an included angle.
The unlocking and limiting are carried out: when the opening and closing angle of the screen reaches a certain angle, the screen unit is automatically locked and cannot rotate continuously, self-locking is released after the control button is pressed, and the screen unit continues to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an angle limiting device, wherein the angle limiting device of the present invention is used for limiting a first object and a second object to be connected to each other to a preset angle, and the angle limiting device includes: a link 5 connected to a first object (e.g., a host unit); the angle limiting member is disposed on the connecting rod 5, wherein when the second object (e.g., the first display screen unit) rotates to a predetermined angle relative to the first object, the angle limiting member extends into the second object to limit the rotation of the second object relative to the first object.
Specifically, the angle limiting member includes at least one angle limiting unit provided on the connecting rod 5. In a specific embodiment, the angle limiting member includes a plurality of angle limiting units arranged along the extending direction of the connecting rod 5, for example, three angle limiting units are arranged along the extending direction of the connecting rod 5, but other number of angle limiting units, for example, one, two or more angle limiting units may be arranged, and the number of angle limiting units is not limited herein.
Specifically, the angle limiting unit comprises: a limiting block 4, which is arranged on the connecting rod 5 and is provided with an opening along the horizontal direction (i.e. the left-right direction in fig. 1); and a positioning pin 2 disposed in the opening (not shown), connected to the connecting rod 5, and capable of moving in the opening in a horizontal direction, wherein when the first display screen unit rotates to a predetermined angle with respect to the host unit, the positioning pin extends into the housing of the first display screen unit to limit the rotation of the first display screen unit with respect to the host unit.
Further, a spring 1 is arranged in the opening, and the spring 1 is arranged between the inner wall of the opening and the positioning pin 2. In a specific embodiment, the positioning pin 2 includes a positioning pin body 21, wherein a groove 22 is formed in the positioning pin body 21, a spring 1 is disposed in the groove 22, one end of the spring 1 is connected to the limiting block 4, and the other end of the spring 1 is connected to the positioning pin body 21. In the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the limiting block 4 is provided with a groove (not shown in the figure) communicated with the opening, the bottom of the positioning pin 2 is provided with a slot (not shown in the figure), and the protruding portion 51 of the connecting rod 5 passes through the groove and extends into the slot to match with the slot, so as to realize the connection between the connecting rod 5 and the positioning pin 2, wherein the number of the protruding portions 51 is the same as that of the positioning pins 2, i.e., the protruding portions 51 and the positioning pins 2 correspond to each other one by one.
Further, one end of the link 5 is provided with a button 3, wherein the button 3 is pressed to move the positioning pin 2 in the opening in the horizontal direction.
The angle limiting device of the utility model is to solve the problems that: the screen unit is large in mass and large in torsion when rotating, the damping rotating shaft cannot be used for limiting the opening and closing angle of the screen, and the technical scheme is designed for limiting the opening and closing angle of the screen in an unlocking mode.
The scheme can be applied to conventional display screen units or display screen units with larger mass, and provides support for further deformation of the display screen units and development and use of more expanded functions.
The angle limiting device (which may also be referred to as an angle limiting auto-locking device) of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to make the present invention clearer, which is not intended to limit the present invention.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the angle limiting device includes a spring 1, a positioning pin 2, a button 3, a limiting block 4, and a connecting rod 5. Stopper 4 is fixed on the host computer unit, installs spring 1 and locating pin 2 in stopper 5, and the spring 1 of compressed provides the power to a direction for locating pin 2. The connecting rod 5 connects the plurality of limiting blocks 4 and the positioning pins 2 together, so that the plurality of groups of limiting blocks 4, the positioning pins 2 and the springs 1 move synchronously, and more uniform supporting force is provided. The button 3 is connected to a linkage 5 to effect unlocking of the device when required. For example, the bottom of the limiting block 4 is provided with a groove (not shown in the figure) communicated with the opening, the bottom of the positioning pin 2 is provided with a clamping groove (not shown in the figure), and the protrusion 51 of the connecting rod 5 penetrates through the groove and extends into the clamping groove to be matched with the clamping groove, so that the connecting rod 5 and the positioning pin 2 are connected.
The working process of the angle limiting automatic locking device is as follows:
1. after the display screen unit is unfolded, when the display screen unit is not rotated to a preset angle, since the display screen unit blocks the opening (also referred to as a hole position) of the limiting block 4, although the positioning pin 2 is pushed outwards by the spring 1 (in the rightward direction in fig. 1), the positioning pin 2 cannot be completely extended, and the display screen unit can continue to rotate.
2. When rotating to the preset angle around the rotating shaft on the host unit, the opening of the limiting block 4 is matched with the position of the inner prefabricated hole of the display screen unit, the positioning pin 2 is ejected outwards (in the rightward direction in fig. 1) by the spring 1, the positioning pin 2 can be clamped in the inner prefabricated hole of the display screen unit to drive the connecting rod 5 to move outwards, and the button 3 also moves outwards along with the connecting rod 5. The locking of the display screen unit is now achieved.
3. Inwards (the left direction in figure 1) press button 3, drive connecting rod 5 inwardly movable (the left direction in figure 1 removes), connecting rod 5 drives locating pin 2 inwardly movable, locating pin 2 is deviate from with the inside prefabricated hole of display screen unit, the display screen unit can continue to clockwise or anticlockwise rotation, during arbitrary rotatory certain angle, the display screen unit blocks the hole site of stopper 4, locating pin 2 can not stretch out completely, the display screen unit can continue to rotate. The unlocking of the display screen unit is now achieved.
The angle limiting device has the advantages that the unlocking limiting of the opening and closing angle of the screen is realized, and the angle limiting device can be applied to conventional display screen units or display screen units with larger mass. Simple structure and convenient operation.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal includes a first display screen, a host connected to the first display screen, and an angle limiting device for limiting the connected first display screen and the host to a preset angle, where the angle limiting device is the same as the angle limiting device described above, and is not repeated here.
