Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of engines for vehicles or aviation, and particularly relates to an engine oil collector which is compact in structure, light in weight and easy to arrange.
Background
The engine oil collector is an important part in an engine lubricating system, has the main functions of coarsely filtering larger impurity particles in engine oil of an engine, has smaller pressure loss, provides cleaner engine oil for all moving parts of the engine and reduces friction loss.
The current engine oil collector is mainly of a steel structure. The engine oil collector with the steel structure has more welding parts and more complex process. The shape and the structure are single under the influence of the tube type manufacturing process, and the arrangement requirement in a smaller design space cannot be met. Meanwhile, the engine oil collector assembly with a steel structure has heavier parts, so that the cost is higher.

the machine oil collector comprises a plastic upper shell and a plastic lower shell connected with the plastic upper shell; a plastic support frame extending into the plastic lower shell is arranged at the end part of one end of the plastic upper shell connected with the plastic lower shell; the plastic lower shell is internally provided with one end and a metal filter screen, wherein the plastic support frame is connected with the other end and the metal filter screen is connected with the plastic lower shell.

The plastic upper shell is characterized in that a sealing ring is arranged at the end part of the other end of the plastic upper shell, and a sealing ring mounting groove for mounting the sealing ring is formed in the end part of the end of the plastic upper shell.

The whole engine oil collector is of a plastic structure, so that the weight of parts can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the cost of the parts is reduced. The metal filter screen 4 is of a metal structure, avoids the risk of deformation of the filter screen made of plastic, and can realize a large through-flow cross section in a small design space.
The plastic upper shell 2 and the plastic lower shell 5 are welded, and the structural reliability is further improved.
The end part of the other end of the plastic upper shell 2 is provided with a sealing ring 1, and the end part of the end of the plastic upper shell 2 is provided with a sealing ring mounting groove 21 for mounting the sealing ring 1. The plastic support frame 3 is provided with a mounting groove 31 for mounting the metal filter screen 4, and one end of the metal filter screen 4 is clamped into the mounting groove 31; the plastic lower shell 5 is provided with a mounting boss 51 for mounting the metal filter screen 4, and the other end of the metal filter screen 4 is clamped into the mounting boss 51.
