本发明公开一种连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具,旋风式双管为同心连续油管,包括外、内管;冲洗工具包括:铆钉接头、旋转连接杆、旋转接头、定位C环、roll‑on接头、承压帽、上部连接杆、外壳、控制弹簧、上部定位环、控制喷嘴、固定控制环、转动控制环、压紧弹簧、弹簧定位环、换向器、换向器销钉、紧定销钉、下部连接杆、下部转动杆、十字板固定环、十字板、喷射头、螺杆和喷嘴;油管外管与铆钉接头上部连接,铆钉接头下部与旋转连接杆上端连接,旋转连接杆下端套在旋转接头内;旋转接头与外壳连接,定位C环安装在旋转接头与外壳内部之间;油管内管与Roll‑on接头上部连接,Roll‑on接头下部与上部定位环连接。本发明连接简便,大大节省了作业时间和成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油气田同心连续油管所需的冲洗工具,尤其涉及一种连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具。
背景技术
油气田井底出砂会严重阻碍油的流动,为油气生产带来严重问题。若砂悬浮在生产管线中,会给泵带来毁灭性的损伤。现有除砂技术多为直接向井筒内泵送液体,低压力地层、薄弱地层除砂多采用氮气举升,作业成本很高。
同心连续油管为在一层连续油管内有一层小尺寸连续油管。利用同心连续油管和连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具进行冲洗作业时,液体从内管泵入,从内外管环空返回地面,减小了液体上返面积。因而与常规冲洗作业相比,在同等上返速度下,同心连续油管作业将会大幅降低作业排量,减小作业压力,降低冲洗作业对地层的伤害。
发明内容
为了解决低压水平井冲砂困难,对地层伤害大的问题,本发明提供一种连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具,可多种模式转换,实现一趟管柱解决多种常规问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具,所述连续油管旋风式双管为同心连续油管,包括外管和内管;所述冲洗工具包括:铆钉接头、旋转连接杆、旋转接头、定位C环、roll-on接头(卷筒接头或回转接头)、承压帽、上部连接杆、外壳、控制弹簧、上部定位环、控制喷嘴、固定控制环、转动控制环、压紧弹簧、弹簧定位环、换向器、换向器销钉、紧定销钉、下部连接杆、下部转动杆、十字板固定环、十字板、喷射头、螺杆以及喷嘴,其中,
所述铆钉接头上部与同心连续油管外管连接,下部与所述旋转连接杆的上端连接,所述旋转连接杆的下端套在所述旋转接头内;
所述旋转接头与所述外壳连接,所述定位C环安装在所述旋转接头与所述外壳内部之间;
所述Roll-on接头上部与同心连续油管内管连接,下部与所述上部定位环连接;
所述承压帽安装在所述roll-on接头内部,其下部与所述上部连接杆连接,所述控制弹簧安装在所述roll-on接头、所述承压帽、所述上部连接杆以及所述上部定位环这四者形成的环空内;所述上部定位环固定在所述外壳上;
所述控制喷嘴安装在所述固定控制环上,所述固定控制环固定在所述外壳上,所述转动控制环安装在所述外壳内部,紧贴所述固定控制环;

在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
优选地,在所述冲洗工具上绕丝形成对外部携砂液进行过滤、去除过大颗粒的绕丝过滤网;所述绕丝的截面为梯形,梯形平行边的短边贴紧所述冲洗工具、长边向外。
优选地,所述换向器的外圆上设计有锯齿形沟槽,外壳上安装的紧定销钉前端深入沟槽内,使得换向器在一次向下运动和向上运动后会发生一定角度的偏转;所述换向器内部设计有通向外壳内部环空的孔道。
优选地,所述十字板的结构为圆环内部添加多个筋条。
优选地,所述固定控制环和所述转动控制环上对应开有多个通孔,当两者通孔转动到同一角度范围上时,通路打开;当两者通孔不在同一角度范围上时,通路关闭;依靠所述固定控制环和所述转动控制环之间通路的打开和关闭来控制液体是否向上或向下流动。
优选地,所述上部连接杆和所述下部连接杆的外圆上设有多齿,所述转动控制环的内圆上设有多个通槽,多齿与多个通槽相配合,使得上部连接杆和下部连接杆转动时能带动转动控制环转动。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明可实现使用同心连续油管进行无氮气的低压、负压井内冲洗作业,节省作业成本;
(2)本发明上部与同心连续油管连接简便,连接方式紧固可靠;
(3)本发明通过排量变化驱动换向机构换向,从而实现三种工作模式的转换;三种模式可以满足常规冲洗工具的全部作业需求,实现一趟管柱解决冲洗作业;节省作业时间和作业成本。

以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
请先参照图1所示,其为本发明的连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具的结构示意图。所述连续油管旋风式双管为同心连续油管,其包括外管和内管;所述冲洗工具包括:铆钉接头1、旋转连接杆2、旋转接头3、定位C环4、roll-on接头5、承压帽6、上部连接杆7、外壳8、控制弹簧9、上部定位环10、控制喷嘴11、固定控制环12、转动控制环13、压紧弹簧14、弹簧定位环15、换向器16、换向器销钉17、紧定销钉18、下部连接杆19、下部转动杆20、十字板固定环21、十字板22、喷射头23、螺杆24以及喷嘴25,其中,
所述铆钉接头1上部与同心连续油管外管(图未示)连接,下部与所述旋转连接杆2的上端连接,所述旋转连接杆2的下端套在所述旋转接头3内;
所述旋转接头3与所述外壳8连接,所述定位C环4安装在所述旋转接头3与所述外壳8内部之间;
所述Roll-on接头5上部与同心连续油管内管(图未示)连接,下部与所述上部定位环10连接;
所述承压帽6安装在所述roll-on接头5内部,其下部与所述上部连接杆7连接,所述控制弹簧9安装在所述roll-on接头5、所述承压帽6、所述上部连接杆7以及所述上部定位环10这四者形成的环空内;

另一组固定控制环、转动控制环和压紧弹簧(图未示)依次安装在所述下部转动杆20外部,此固定控制环通过所述紧定销钉18与所述外壳8固定;
所述螺杆24安装在所述喷射头23内部,所述十字板22压在所述螺杆24上部,所述十字板固定环21安装在所述喷射头23的上部内螺纹上,所述喷射头23的上部外螺纹与所述外壳8下端相连;所述喷嘴25设于所述喷射头23的最前端。请参照图2和图3所示,图2为本发明的十字板固定环的结构示意图,图3为本发明的十字板的结构示意图。
使用本发明时,将冲洗工具连接在同心连续油管最前端,将连续油管内管伸出外管一部分,使用压制工具在外管上压上凹坑;将所述铆钉接头1安装到同心连续油管外管上,用销钉固定;先将所述旋转接头3与所述外壳8之间螺纹卸开,将所述roll-on接头5上端小径套入同心连续油管内管,用滚压工具将二者固定;将所述定位C环4安装到所述旋转连接杆2下端,连接所述旋转接头3与所述外壳8。进行作业时,液体从内管泵入,从所述换向器16处流出然后进行上下分流;上端通过所述roll-on接头5上的孔喷出,对环空液体形成真空抽吸;下端液体通过螺旋机构螺旋加速后从所述喷嘴25处射出,对下端井筒进行冲洗。转换模式时,提高内管排量,内部部件受压增大,向前运动,在所述换向器16导向下进行转动,所述固定控制环12和所述转动控制环13之间会发生相对转动,从而产生打开或堵塞的效果,控制液体是否向上或向下流动。停止泵入液体后,内部部件在弹簧作用下恢复原位。
本发明采用铆钉接头方式与同心连续油管外管相连,采用roll-on方式与同心连续油管内管相连;roll-on接头外部设置的旋转接头在安装过程中可以向上滑动露出内部滚压空间,便于使用工具滚压roll-on接头。
本发明采用直接在工具上绕丝形成绕丝过滤网对外部携砂液进行过滤,去除过大颗粒;所采用绕丝截面为梯形,梯形平行边的短边贴紧工具,长边向外。请参照图4所示,其为本发明的绕丝截面图。
其换向方式为提高排量压力驱动内部换向器轴向移动,换向器在轴向运动中会发生角度偏转,带动上部连接杆、下部转动杆转动,两者进而带动转动控制环转动,使得固定控制环和转动控制环之间产生相对旋转,从而控制液体是否向上和向下流动。
换向器外圆上设计有类锯齿形沟槽,外壳上安装的紧定销钉前端深入沟槽内,使得换向器在一次向下运动和向上运动后会发生一定角度的偏转;其内部设计有通向外壳内部环空的孔道。
前端依靠十字板及十字板固定环对内部螺杆进行固定,十字板结构上为圆环内部添加一定数量筋条;十字板固定环通过与喷射头上端内螺纹连接将十字板固定在十字板固定环与喷射头形成的环空内,这样液体从筋条缝隙间流入螺杆的旋转环空,既能固定住螺杆又不影响液体旋转加速。
固定控制环和转动控制环上开有一定数量通孔,当两者通孔转动到同一角度范围上时,通路打开;当两者通孔不在同一角度范围上时,通路关闭。依靠固定控制环和转动控制环之间通路的打开和关闭来控制液体是否向上或向下流动。
上部连接杆和下部连接杆外圆上设计有多齿,与转动控制环内圆上的多个通槽配合,使得上部连接杆和下部连接杆转动时能带动转动控制环转动。

1.一种连续油管旋风式双管冲洗工具,所述连续油管旋风式双管为同心连续油管,包括外管和内管;其特征在于,所述冲洗工具包括:铆钉接头(1)、旋转连接杆(2)、旋转接头(3)、定位C环(4)、roll-on接头(5)、承压帽(6)、上部连接杆(7)、外壳(8)、控制弹簧(9)、上部定位环(10)、控制喷嘴(11)、固定控制环(12)、转动控制环(13)、压紧弹簧(14)、弹簧定位环(15)、换向器(16)、换向器销钉(17)、紧定销钉(18)、下部连接杆(19)、下部转动杆(20)、十字板固定环(21)、十字板(22)、喷射头(23)、螺杆(24)以及喷嘴(25),其中,
所述铆钉接头(1)上部与同心连续油管外管连接,下部与所述旋转连接杆(2)的上端连接,所述旋转连接杆(2)的下端套在所述旋转接头(3)内;
所述旋转接头(3)与所述外壳(8)连接,所述定位C环(4)安装在所述旋转接头(3)与所述外壳(8)内部之间;
所述Roll-on接头(5)上部与同心连续油管内管连接,下部与所述上部定位环(10)连接;
所述承压帽(6)安装在所述roll-on接头(5)内部,其下部与所述上部连接杆(7)连接,所述控制弹簧(9)安装在所述roll-on接头(5)、所述承压帽(6)、所述上部连接杆(7)以及所述上部定位环(10)这四者形成的环空内;

另一组固定控制环、转动控制环和压紧弹簧依次安装在所述下部转动杆(20)外部,此固定控制环通过所述紧定销钉(18)与所述外壳(8)固定;
所述螺杆(24)安装在所述喷射头(23)内部,所述十字板(22)压在所述螺杆(24)上部,所述十字板固定环(21)安装在所述喷射头(23)的上部内螺纹上,所述喷射头(23)的上部外螺纹与所述外壳(8)下端相连;所述喷嘴(25)设于所述喷射头(23)的最前端。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的冲洗工具,其特征在于,所述固定控制环(12)和所述转动控制环(13)上对应开有多个通孔,当两者通孔转动到同一角度范围上时,通路打开;当两者通孔不在同一角度范围上时,通路关闭;依靠所述固定控制环(12)和所述转动控制环(13)之间通路的打开和关闭来控制液体是否向上或向下流动。
