本发明公开了一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材‑芯木组合楼板结构体系,包括复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材、芯木、连接体系和支撑钢梁;所述复合材料面板由上面板和下面板构成,所述复合材料拉挤型材铺设于上面板和下面板之间,所述芯木填充于上面板、下面板以及相邻复合材料拉挤型材之间;所述复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材和芯木之间通过连接体系连接成多个组合楼板单元,相邻组合楼板单元之间通过共有的复合材料拉挤型材与复合材料面板连接,组合楼板单元下面安装有支撑钢梁。本发明实现了建筑工业化,有效缩短了建筑结构的建造周期,同时因采用可再生材料木材,具有绿色环保等优点。

Description

一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑结构技术领域,具体的说是一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系。
背景技术
复合材料-芯木组合结构已在桥梁工程,道路工程,海洋工程等诸多领域得到广泛应用。复合材料-芯木组合结构基本制造方法为真空导入成型或拉挤成型。然而,组合结构界面剪力连接问题并未解决,构件界面剥离破坏时有发生;同时,现有的复合材料空心截面组合楼板剪切刚度不足,剪力完全由FRP肋板抵抗;并且,为了满足承载力需求,往往设计成复合材料-混凝土组合楼板,但其施工周期长,厚度较大,影响了建筑层高,降低了舒适性;另外,复合材料-芯木组合结构在建筑工程方面的应用却不为多见。因此,这一些列技术难题为复合材料-芯木组合结构在土木工程领域大范围推广应用设置了极大的阻碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种承载力高、施工便捷、耐腐性好、绿色环保、质量稳定的楼面结构体系,通过在GFRP(玻璃纤维增强塑料)面板之间增设轻质木芯和胶合木,可以有效解决传统楼板的高能耗、低施工效率、截面尺寸大、耐腐蚀能力弱等特点,实现了建筑工业化,有效缩短了建筑结构的建造周期,同时因采用可再生材料木材,具有绿色环保等优点。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,包括复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材、芯木、连接体系和支撑钢梁;
所述复合材料面板和复合材料拉挤型材为GFRP面板和GFRP拉挤型材;
所述复合材料面板由上面板和下面板构成,所述复合材料拉挤型材铺设于上面板和下面板之间,所述芯木填充于上面板、下面板以及相邻复合材料拉挤型材之间;
所述复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材和芯木之间通过连接体系连接成多个组合楼板单元,相邻组合楼板单元之间通过共有的复合材料拉挤型材与复合材料面板连接,组合楼板单元下面安装有支撑钢梁。
作为优选,所述的复合材料面板由玻璃纤维布、玄武岩纤维布、碳纤维布中的一种与树脂基体固化而成,纤维布为双轴向布、多轴向布或纤维无纺布的至少一种,树脂为环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯、酚醛树脂或乙烯基酯的至少一种。
作为优选,所述的复合材料拉挤型材的截面形式包括箱型、工字型和槽型等截面的至少一种,复合材料拉挤材料由玻璃纤维和树脂组成,树脂为不饱和聚酯,环氧树脂和乙烯基酯中的一种。
作为优选,所述的芯木为轻木或胶合木,轻木包含泡桐木,balsa木或杉木中的至少一种,胶合木包括普通胶合木或交叉层积材(CLT)中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述的连接体系为螺栓连接或胶接,所述的螺栓为金属螺栓或复合材料螺栓,所述的胶为环氧树脂双组份AB胶。
所述的复合材料面板单元具有预留孔洞,用以与拉挤型材、芯木连接。所述的拉挤型材应具有预留孔洞,用以与芯木、复合材料面板相连。所述的芯木应具有预留孔道,用以与拉挤型材、复合材料面板相连。所述的复合材料面板、芯木和拉挤型材连接面应予以打磨处理。
有益效果:本发明的一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系是一种新型材料结构组合体系,主要由复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材、芯木和连接体系构成,所有构件均可在工厂完成预制,然后运至施工地点进行快速拼装,其施工效率高,质量稳定;同时由于采用大量木材作为芯材,楼板的抗剪切能力得到大幅提升;整个材料的制造、构件的拼装过程中碳排放量较低,绿色环保;采用螺栓和胶接混合连接方式,大大提高了楼板的组合效应。同时,由于本发明采用全复合材料结构体系作为楼板,在恶劣环境下(如海洋环境)中具有良好的耐久性;另外,可调整芯木来建造不同需求的建筑楼面。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1-4所示,一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,包括GFRP面板2、GFRP拉挤型材5、泡桐木3、螺栓6、环氧树脂7和支撑钢梁1;
所述GFRP面板2由上面板和下面板构成,所述GFRP拉挤型材5铺设于上面板和下面板之间,所述泡桐木3填充于上面板、下面板以及相邻GFRP拉挤型材5之间;
所述GFRP面板2、GFRP拉挤型材5和泡桐木3之间通过螺栓6连接成多个组合楼板单元,GFRP面板2和泡桐木3之间通过环氧树脂7相连,相邻组合楼板单元之间通过共有的GFRP拉挤型材5与GFRP面板2连接。
端部组合楼板单元(图1)的GFRP拉挤型材5采用C型截面形式,中间组合楼板单元(图2)的GFRP拉挤型材5为工字型截面。整个楼板通过螺栓连接于支撑钢梁1上,形成楼面板体系。尤其适用于多层轻质可拆卸建筑楼面的建造。
实施例2:
如图5所示,一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,包括GFRP面板2、GFRP拉挤型材5、交叉层积材4、螺栓6、环氧树脂7和支撑钢梁1;
所述GFRP面板2由上面板和下面板构成,所述GFRP拉挤型材5铺设于上面板和下面板之间,所述交叉层积材4填充于上面板、下面板以及相邻GFRP拉挤型材5之间;
所述GFRP面板2、GFRP拉挤型材5和交叉层积材4之间通过螺栓6连接成多个组合楼板单元,GFRP面板2和交叉层积材4之间通过环氧树脂7相连,相邻组合楼板单元之间通过共有的GFRP拉挤型材5与GFRP面板2连接。
端部组合楼板单元和中间组合楼板单元的GFRP拉挤型材5均设为箱型截面形式。整个楼板通过螺栓连接于支撑钢梁1上,形成楼面板体系。尤其适用于中高层建筑楼面的建造。

1.一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,其特征在于:包括复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材、芯木、连接体系和支撑钢梁;
所述复合材料面板和复合材料拉挤型材为GFRP面板和GFRP拉挤型材;
所述复合材料面板由上面板和下面板构成,所述复合材料拉挤型材铺设于上面板和下面板之间,所述芯木填充于上面板、下面板以及相邻复合材料拉挤型材之间;
所述复合材料面板、复合材料拉挤型材和芯木之间通过连接体系连接成多个组合楼板单元,相邻组合楼板单元之间通过共有的复合材料拉挤型材与复合材料面板连接,组合楼板单元下面安装有支撑钢梁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,其特征在于:所述的复合材料面板由玻璃纤维布、玄武岩纤维布、碳纤维布中的一种与树脂基体固化而成,纤维布为双轴向布、多轴向布或纤维无纺布的至少一种,树脂为环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯、酚醛树脂或乙烯基酯的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,其特征在于:所述的复合材料拉挤型材的截面形式包括箱型、工字型和槽型等截面的至少一种,复合材料拉挤材料由玻璃纤维和树脂组成,树脂为不饱和聚酯,环氧树脂和乙烯基酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,其特征在于:所述的芯木为轻木或胶合木,轻木包含泡桐木,balsa木或杉木中的至少一种,胶合木包括普通胶合木或交叉层积材中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式GFRP拉挤型材-芯木组合楼板结构体系,其特征在于:所述的连接体系为螺栓连接或胶接,所述的螺栓为金属螺栓或复合材料螺栓,所述的胶为环氧树脂双组份AB胶。
