Abstract

本发明涉及一种粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂,由下述重量份的组物复配组成:F18~35份,S 65~82份;所述组物F由油酸聚氧乙烯酯、十四醇油酸脂、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、液体石蜡和乙醇组成,所述组物S由脂肪醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和水组分组成,本发明提供的粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂,可有效调整纤维纺纱加工中的动静摩擦系数,改善纤维的摩擦性能,提高纤维之间的抱合力,赋予纤维良好的平滑性和柔软性,消除或减少丝束松散、起毛、断裂、静电等不良现象,满足纺纱加工的生产所需。

技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,具体涉及一种粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂。
背景技术
粘胶纤维是一种取自植物的天然纤维,因其服用的舒适性和原料的环保性,应用日渐广泛,粘胶纤维生产也在日新月异快速发展。粘胶纤维在使用中,摩擦系数是一项重要的性能指标,摩擦系数的大小,对纤维的后续加工有影响较大,会直接影响到纤维的抱合力、静电性等性能。
在粘胶纤维的生产过程中,油剂的应用必不可少,主要作用于调整纤维的摩擦系数,在纺织加工过程中,提供给纤维适宜的抱合性和抗静电性。纤维的抱合力,可保证半制品如纤维卷、纤维条、粗纱以及纱线等具有一定的强力,是织物保持良好尺寸稳定性的必要条件。静电性能如控制不当,则会造成纤维缠绕针布、缠罗拉、断头率增加等一系列问题,严重影响加工过程的顺利进行。油剂对生产稳定性、产品质量起着至关重要的作用。
油剂配方可由多种组分组成,主要有平滑剂、抗静电剂、乳化剂以及其它少量助剂。通过不同组分的协同作用,调节纤维的摩擦性,防止或消除静电积聚,赋予纤维平滑、柔软等特性,使纤维顺利通过纺纱、织造等工序,提高纤维的可纺性,同时改善制成品的手感、起毛起球、耐磨等服用性能。
目前国内粘胶纤维生产厂家仍以国外进口油剂居多,应用成本高,技术约束性强,极大制约了国内外粘胶纤维工业的发展。粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂的自主研发有利于克服约束,降低成本,提高粘胶纤维的应用性能,推动粘胶纤维产品的升级换代。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂,可有效改善粘胶短纤维纺纱的平滑性和抱合性,调整纤维加工中的动静摩擦系数,保证在有效范围内降低动摩擦系数、提高静摩擦系数,消除加工过程中丝束松散、起毛、断裂、静电等不良现象,保证生产过程和产品质量的稳定性。
本发明提供的粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂,由组物F和组物S复配组成,其中组物F由非离子型平滑剂、乳化剂、消泡剂等组成,主要用于赋予纤维良好的平滑性和柔软性,纤维经过平滑剂后,使摩擦发生在相互滑动的憎水基之间,获得柔软效果,提高纤维的可纺性;组物S由阴离子型抗静电剂和非离子型乳化剂等组成,通过提高摩擦体间隙中介质的介电常数,降低纤维表面的电阻,以利于电荷的导出,达到消除静电的目的,主要用于提高纤维之间的抱合力。

本发明中的粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂生产成本低,配制过程简单,以水为溶剂,绿色环保。应用于粘胶纤维生产中,可有效克服纤维在加工过程中摩擦产生的影响,提高纤维之间的抱合力,赋予纤维良好的平滑性和柔软性,消除或减少丝束松散、起毛、断裂、静电等不良现象,满足后加工的生产所需,达到稳定的生产过程和产品质量。

根据以上指标,本发明的粘胶短纤维纺纱用油剂,应用后纤维比电阻值低,可有效调整动静摩擦系数,满足纤维生产所需的平滑性和抱合性。上油后的粘胶短纤维用于纺纱,条干均匀度好,具有较低的变异指数和较少的常发性纱疵个数,毛羽指数小,捻度及断裂强度均达到了加工要求。
