本发明公开一种桂花精油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将清洗干净的桂花冷冻干燥,粉碎过150目筛;(2)步骤(1)的粉末加水,用超声波处理35~50min;(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中蒸馏得到桂花精油。与传统水蒸汽蒸馏法相比,本发明的提取方法可显著提高桂花精油的出油率。

技术领域
本发明属于植物提取领域,具体涉及一种桂花精油的提取方法。
背景技术
桂花精油对头痛、疲劳都有减缓的作用,同时也是极佳的情绪振奋剂。还可以治疗风湿、关节疼痛。 桂花精油也是最好的空气清新剂,不论是熏蒸还是混入水中喷洒在室内,都是调节空气的很好的选择。 此外,在泡脚的热水中滴入几滴桂花精油,可以达到活血经络的目的,还能达到去除脚气脚臭的效果。桂花精油常见的提取方法有水蒸汽蒸馏法和有机溶剂浸提法,由于水蒸汽蒸馏法设备成本低、操作简单而被广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对现有桂花精油的水蒸汽蒸馏法进行改进,提供了一种桂花精油出油率更高的提取方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种桂花精油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将清洗干净的桂花冷冻干燥,粉碎过150目筛;
(2)步骤(1)的粉末加水,用超声波处理35~50min;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中蒸馏得到桂花精油。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种桂花精油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将桂花清洗干净,再经冷冻干燥后,粉碎过150目筛,得到的粉末备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加入超声波细胞破碎机中,再加入适量的水(料液比一般为1:2~3 g/g),超声波(功率1500~1800w,超声波频率20~25KHz)处理35~50min,处理时温度应控制不超过30℃;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中进行蒸馏,蒸汽冷凝后,液液分离得到桂花精油。
与传统未经超声波处理的水蒸汽蒸馏法相比,在蒸馏条件与传统水蒸汽蒸馏工艺相同的情况下,本发明提取方法的出油率可相对提高40~60%,蒸馏时间可缩短1/3。
