Abstract

本发明公开了一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按照100:1:20的质量比例向全氟乙丙烯共聚物粉末中加入硅烷类偶联剂KH550以及无机纳米物质,通入氮气保护,边升温边以150~300 转/min 的转速慢速搅拌,当升温至 160℃左右,以800~1200转/min保温快速搅拌,直至全熔变成透明、均匀的粘稠液体为止;(2)使用挤压机挤出棒状物,压延、两边拉伸、烧结定型,形成定型膜,即得到导电耐热型胶带。本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:该发明是用胶带涂覆的方式,将热熔胶带加热涂压到滤袋针孔处,该热熔胶层具有沾附效果好,导电、耐温、透气、耐腐蚀等优良性能。

一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带的制备方法,尤其涉及一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,属于工业除尘技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着环境污染的日益严重,国家对环保行业越来越重视,对大气颗粒物排放标准也日益严格,走超净排放、近零排放的道路是整个袋式除尘行业所要追求的趋势。常规的三针六线拉制袋身方式,势必会产生约为0.5mm左右的针孔,含尘气流中的颗粒物能够穿过这些孔眼,从而造成排放浓度超标的现象。
传统的涂胶方式,因涂覆效果不均匀,易粘连等缺点,已经渐渐被放弃使用;上海市凌桥环保设备厂有限公司使用外国的具有微孔结构的耐高温密封带,能够解决透气性的影响下防止细微颗粒物的透入;但是此种密封带价格过高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,使用该方法制备的导电耐热型胶带具有沾附效果好,导电、耐温、透气、耐腐蚀等优良性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照100:1:20的质量比例向全氟乙丙烯共聚物粉末中加入硅烷类偶联剂KH550以及无机纳米物质,通入氮气保护,边升温边以150~300 转/min 的转速慢速搅拌,当升温至160℃左右,以800~1200转/min保温快速搅拌,直至全熔变成透明、均匀的粘稠液体为止;
(2)使用挤压机挤出棒状物,压延、两边拉伸、烧结定型,形成定型膜,即得到导电耐热型胶带。
优选地,所述无机纳米物质为纳米级银、铜、镍、铝等金属粉体或者是纳米级炭黑、石墨中的一种或几种混合物。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
该发明是用胶带涂覆的方式,将热熔胶带加热涂压到滤袋针孔处,该热熔胶层具有沾附效果好,导电、耐温、透气、耐腐蚀等优良性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步补充,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1:
一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照100:1:20的质量比例向全氟乙丙烯共聚物粉末中加入硅烷类偶联剂KH550以及纳米级银,通入氮气保护,边升温边以150转/min 的转速慢速搅拌,当升温至 160℃左右,以1200转/min保温快速搅拌,直至全熔变成透明、均匀的粘稠液体为止;
(2)使用挤压机挤出棒状物,压延、两边拉伸、烧结定型,形成定型膜,即得到导电耐热型胶带。
(3)将该导电耐热型胶带剪切成20mm宽,卷装后以500℃,8m/min的条件热压涂覆到PTFE复合滤袋表面针孔处。
实施例2:
一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照100:1:20的质量比例向全氟乙丙烯共聚物粉末中加入硅烷类偶联剂KH550以及纳米级炭黑,通入氮气保护,边升温边以300 转/min 的转速慢速搅拌,当升温至 160℃左右,以1200转/min保温快速搅拌,直至全熔变成透明、均匀的粘稠液体为止;
(2)使用挤压机挤出棒状物,压延、两边拉伸、烧结定型,形成定型膜,即得到导电耐热型胶带。
(3)将该导电耐热型胶带剪切成20mm宽,卷装后以300℃,8m/min的条件热压涂覆到PTFE复合滤袋表面针孔处。

1.一种导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照100:1:20的质量比例向全氟乙丙烯共聚物粉末中加入硅烷类偶联剂KH550以及无机纳米物质,通入氮气保护,边升温边以150~300 转/min 的转速慢速搅拌,当升温至160℃左右,以800~1200转/min保温快速搅拌,直至全熔变成透明、均匀的粘稠液体为止;
(2)使用挤压机挤出棒状物,压延、两边拉伸、烧结定型,形成定型膜,即得到导电耐热型胶带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电耐热型胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无机纳米物质为纳米级银、铜、镍、铝等金属粉体或者是纳米级炭黑、石墨中的一种或几种混合物。
