Abstract

本发明提出一种具有耐火性能的金属防腐胶的制备方法,其是将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加温至40~50℃,然后加入助溶剂、耐久剂、粘接剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至80~90℃,搅拌30分钟;保持温度在80~90℃加入聚合物,即得。本发明还提出所述制备方法制得的金属防腐胶及其应用。本发明提出的金属防腐胶制备方法,用有机高分子合成涂料胶,得到的产品具有不燃的性能,可在恶劣的环境条件下使用,有较好的耐久性、耐候性,能在海洋、地下恶劣条件下使用15年以上,在酸碱盐和溶液介质里,在一定温度条件下正常使用15年以上。

一种具有耐火性能的金属防腐胶的制备和应用
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种用于金属表面涂装的防腐胶。
背景技术
防止金属腐蚀的途径很多,包括采用耐蚀性能好的金属或合金材料,或者涂、镀非金属和金属保护层。在金属表面上制成保护层,借以隔开金属与腐蚀介质的接触,从而减少腐蚀。非金属保护层把有机和无机化合物涂覆在金属表面,如油漆、塑料、玻璃钢、橡胶、沥青、搪瓷、混凝土、珐琅、防锈油等。目前市场上用的涂料胶中,或者是有机材料制成,或者无机材料制成。现有的有机材料涂料胶易燃,而无机的涂料胶造价高,而且涂料胶的亮度、柔性差。
发明内容
针对本领域的不足之处,本发明提出一种聚苯乙烯A级不燃微泡天花板。
为实现本发明的目的,具体技术方案为:
一种具有耐火性能的金属防腐胶的制备方法,是将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)加温至40~50℃,然后加入助溶剂、耐久剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至80~90℃,搅拌30分钟;保持温度在80~90℃加入聚合物,即得。
其中,加入的反应原料的质量份分别为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂50份,助溶剂15~25份,耐久剂8~15份、阻燃剂15~25份,消泡剂0.5~1.5份,聚合物4~8份。乙醇20~40份。
其中,所述助溶剂为氟硅酸钠或硅酸钠,所述耐久剂为季茂四醇、双酚A、丙酮-二苯胺高温缩合物、对苯二酚二苄醚或季戊四醇中的一种;所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵(APP)。
聚磷酸铵在聚氨酯硬泡中有很高的阻燃性、尺寸稳定性、耐水解性和耐热性,适用于金属材料的涂装。对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的有毒和腐蚀性气体生成量极低,一氧化碳及氯化氢的生成量也比含卤聚氨酯泡沫塑料低得多。
其中,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油、聚乙二醇、聚硅氧烷或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种。
具体地,可采用市售的BYK系列消泡剂。例如BYK-028,BYK-025,BXK-024,根据消泡剂溶剂量和固含量的不同,调整其用量。
优选地,所述聚合物为聚乙酸乙烯酯。
本发明所述的制备方法制得的金属防腐胶。
所述金属防腐胶在金属制品的涂装中的应用,所述金属制品为航空器、车船、化工设备、输油管道、桥梁、建筑物。
所述金属防腐胶在金属制品表面的涂装方法,其是采用喷涂的方式,涂布的厚度为0.1~3mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提出的金属防腐胶制备方法,用有机高分子合成涂料胶,得到的产品具有不燃的性能,可在恶劣的环境条件下使用,有较好的耐久性、耐候性,能在海洋、地下恶劣条件下使用15年以上,在酸碱盐和溶液介质里,在一定温度条件下正常使用15年以上。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不应用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例中,如无特别说明,所用手段均为本领域常规技术手段。
实施例1:
原料按质量份为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)50份,助溶剂氟硅酸钠20份,耐久剂季戊四醇10份、粘接剂聚磷酸铵20份,消泡剂BYK-280.5份,聚合物聚乙酸乙烯酯5份。乙醇(工业乙醇)30份。
将MF加温45℃加入助溶剂、耐久剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至85℃,保持该温度搅拌30分钟。温度在85℃下加入聚合物聚乙酸乙烯酯,物料的粘度逐渐降低,即得适于喷涂的产品。
所得产物的粘度为涂4杯25秒(25℃)。用喷涂的方法涂在J55金属管上,涂层约1mm厚。得到的涂层光亮、耐火、耐腐蚀、抗酸碱,耐久性强。高、低温不易脱落。
涂布后的J55金属管,在10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中进行浸渍,用电化学工作站(郑州世瑞思仪器科技有限公司)进行动电位极化试验,求得腐蚀速度为0.012mm/yr。
实施例2:
原料按质量份为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)50份,助溶剂氟硅酸钠20份,耐久剂季戊四醇10份、阻燃剂聚磷酸铵20份,消泡剂二甲基硅油0.5份,聚合物聚乙酸乙烯酯5份,工业乙醇30份。
将MF加温45℃加入助溶剂、耐久剂、粘接剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至85℃,保持该温度搅拌30分钟。温度在85℃下加入聚合物,产品即得。
所得产物的粘度为涂4杯25秒(25℃)。用喷涂的方法涂在J55金属管上,涂层约1mm厚。得到的涂层光亮、耐火、耐腐蚀、抗酸碱,耐久性强。高、低温不易脱落。
实施例3:
原料按质量份为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)50份,助溶剂氟硅酸钠20份,耐久剂季戊四醇10份、阻燃剂聚磷酸铵18份,消泡剂BYK-251份,聚合物聚乙酸乙烯酯5份。工业乙醇30份
将MF加温45℃加入助溶剂、耐久剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至85℃,保持该温度搅拌40分钟。温度在85℃下加入聚合物,产品即得。
所得产物的粘度为涂4杯22秒(25℃)。用喷涂的方法涂在J55金属管上,涂层约1mm厚。得到的涂层光亮、耐火、耐腐蚀、抗酸碱,耐久性强。高、低温不易脱落。
涂布后的J55金属管,在10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中进行浸渍,用电化学工作站(郑州世瑞思仪器科技有限公司)进行动电位极化试验,求得腐蚀速度为0.015mm/yr。
实施例4:
原料按质量份为:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)50份,助溶剂氟硅酸钠20份,耐久剂季戊四醇10份、阻燃剂聚磷酸铵22份,消泡剂BYK-241.5份,聚合物聚乙酸乙烯酯5份。工业乙醇30份
将MF加温45℃加入助溶剂、耐久剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至85℃,保持该温度搅拌40分钟。温度在85℃下加入聚合物,产品即得。
所得产物的粘度为涂4杯23秒(25℃)。用喷涂的方法涂在J55金属管上,涂层约1mm厚。得到的涂层光亮、耐火、耐腐蚀、抗酸碱,耐久性强。高、低温不易脱落。涂布后的J55金属管,在10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中进行浸渍,用电化学工作站(郑州世瑞思仪器科技有限公司)进行动电位极化试验,求得腐蚀速度为0.016mm/yr。
耐火性能试验
仪器:万能试验机(名称:电子万能试验机,型号:WDW-100),JCB-2建材不燃性试验炉,试件背火面温度测量为热电偶温度传感器。依据《钢结构防火涂料通用技术条件》GB14907-2002标准,GBT9978-1999《建筑构件耐火试验方法》进行检测。
试样为302钢,试件大小为150×70×6mm,试件一面喷涂本申请实施例1-3的防腐胶的厚度均为3mm,测试耐火极限。实施例1耐火极限为15mi粘结强度大于0.2MPa

Claims (4)

1.一种具有耐火性能的金属防腐胶的制备方法,其特征在于,是将三聚氰胺甲醛树脂加温至40~50℃,然后加入助溶剂、耐久剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、乙醇,继续升温至80~90℃,搅拌30分钟;保持温度在80~90℃加入聚合物,即得;
其中,加入的反应原料的质量份分别为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂50份,助溶剂15~25份,耐久剂8~15份、阻燃剂15~25份,消泡剂0.5~1.5份,聚合物4~8份,乙醇20~40份,
所述助溶剂为氟硅酸钠,所述耐久剂为双酚A、丙酮-二苯胺高温缩合物、对苯二酚二苄醚或季戊四醇中的一种;所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵膨胀防火剂;所述聚合物为聚乙酸乙烯酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷或聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
3.权利要求1或2所述的制备方法制得的金属防腐胶。
4.权利要求3所述金属防腐胶在金属制品表面的涂装方法,其特征在于,采用喷涂的方式,涂布的厚度为0.1~3mm。
