本发明涉及地板领域,特别是涉及一种聚氯乙烯防水地板。
背景技术
在装修领域中,室内地面铺装材料一般为各种木质地板或复合木地板。木质地板的触感比较舒适,但容易吸水膨胀或干燥变形,在使用过程中常出现收缩、膨胀变形、起翘、开裂等问题,并且需要耗费大量木材,生产周期较长,成本较高,并且大量使用会破坏森林,不可持续。复合地板主要是利用木屑和粘合剂及其它添加剂经混合挤压而形成的一种地板,其表面色彩丰富,成本低,但存在易吸水变形等问题,并且这种地板的主要问题是释放甲醛,严重危害人体健康、不环保。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚氯乙烯防水地板,能有效防水防潮,增加了地板的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种聚氯乙烯防水地板,该地板的主要成分的重量配比为 :聚氯乙烯树脂3-15份、干性油33-54份、渗透剂13-22份、氯氟乙烯4-15份、己二酸二异壬酯3-15份、催干剂7-21份、增塑剂13-23 份、癸二酸二癸酯5-15 份、增塑改性剂5-15 份、抗老化剂10-18份、着色剂10-18份、防潮剂5-18份、非干性密封胶5-15份和丙烯酸甲酯10-25份。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述地板的主要成分的重量配比为:聚氯乙烯树脂12份、干性油48份、渗透剂20份、氯氟乙烯11份、己二酸二异壬酯11份、催干剂18份、增塑剂21 份、癸二酸二癸酯12 份、增塑改性剂13 份、抗老化剂16份、着色剂16份、防潮剂14份、非干性密封胶13份和丙烯酸甲酯20份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种聚氯乙烯防水地板,能有效防水防潮,增加了地板的使用寿命。
