本发明涉及体育用品技术领域，尤其是一种用于压腿的装置。
背景技术
从事体操、武术等活动的人群在训练前往往需要对肢体进行拉伸，防止训练过程拉伤肢体；一些从小进行舞蹈训练的小孩为保持肢体的柔软性更是每天都需要进行肢体拉伸，压腿是肢体拉伸重要的步骤之一，目前常见的压腿器械就是固定在地面的龙门形状的弯管，其高度一般是固定的，无法调节，不同身高的人进行压腿可能产生两种情况：一、压腿器高度过高，进行压腿的人会很吃力；二、压腿器高度过低，进行压腿的人压腿效果大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种体育锻炼用压腿器，它可以解决目前压腿器高度不可调整的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种体育锻炼用压腿器，包括上管，所述上管套在下管内，所述下管的上部设有外螺纹，所述上管和所述下管之间设有调整块，所述调整块上部设有调整螺母，所述调整螺母与所述下管的外螺纹配合；所述上管与横梁连接，所述横梁上设有压腿板；所述下管的底部设有底座。
以上技术方案中，进一步的方案可以是：所述上管外壁设有刻度。
进一步的：所述底座设有通孔。
进一步的：所述调整块由橡胶材料制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明通过两个套在一起的管子进行高度调整，使得与小管连接的横梁可以上下任意调整，也使得与横梁连接的压腿板可以上下调整；
2、本发明在小管上设有刻度，可以保持左右两根小管调整到同一高度；
3、本发明通过在大管小管之间设置调整块和调整螺母，使高度调整简单容易。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述：
如图1~图2所示的体育锻炼用压腿器，包括上管1，上管1为空心管，共有二根，其外壁设有刻度，以方便左、右侧的上管1保持同样的调整高度；上管1套在下管6内，下管6的上部设有外螺纹，上管1和下管6之间设有调整块5，调整块5由软材料制成，本实施例中，调整块5由橡胶材料制成；调整块5的上部设有调整螺母4，调整螺母4为圆锥加圆柱的形状，与下管6的外螺纹配合；上管1与横梁2连接，横梁2上设有压腿板3，压腿板3呈圆弧形，其弧面与人腿形状相吻合；下管的底部设有底座7，底座7设有通孔8。
使用时，先将底座7通过螺钉固定在体育锻炼场地，松开调整螺母4，将上管1调高或调低同样的高度，使横梁2处于水平位置，拧紧调整螺母4，即可进行锻炼。

1.一种体育锻炼用压腿器，其特征在于：包括上管，所述上管套在下管内，所述下管的上部设有外螺纹，所述上管和所述下管之间设有调整块，所述调整块上部设有调整螺母，所述调整螺母与所述下管的外螺纹配合；所述上管与横梁连接，所述横梁上设有压腿板；所述下管的底部设有底座。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的体育锻炼用压腿器，其特征在于：所述底座设有通孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的体育锻炼用压腿器，其特征在于：所述调整块由橡胶材料制成。
