2）取党参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、怀山药、芡实、莲子肉、黄精、炙甘草粗粉，加入药材总量5-10倍量的水浸泡1-3小时，然后煎煮1-4次，每次1-2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得水提浓缩液；
3）往步骤2）中的滤渣中加入药材总量5-10倍量体积分数为60-80%的乙醇，回流提取2-3次，过滤，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得醇提浓缩液；
4）合并步骤2）和3)浓缩液，干燥，将浸膏粉碎，制剂。

2、治疗方法 服用本发明实施例1制备的中药颗粒剂，每日3次，一次一袋，7天一个疗程，共2个疗程。 3、治疗结果 根据临床观察，经2个疗程治疗后，痊愈58人，明显好转29人，有效6人，无效7人，总有效率93%。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种调理脾虚的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物重量份数计为党参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、怀山药、芡实、莲子肉、黄精、炙甘草各5-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种调理脾虚的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物重量份数计为党参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、怀山药、芡实、莲子肉、黄精、炙甘草各10-20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种调理脾虚的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物重量份数计为党参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、怀山药、芡实、莲子肉、黄精、炙甘草各18份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述一种调理脾虚的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药制剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
1）按中药组方分别称取各味药材，洗去杂质，干燥后分别粉碎，过60-80目筛，备用；
2）取党参、黄芪、白术、茯苓、怀山药、芡实、莲子肉、黄精、炙甘草粗粉，加入药材总量5-10倍量的水浸泡1-3小时，然后煎煮1-4次，每次1-2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得水提浓缩液；
3）往步骤2）中的滤渣中加入药材总量5-10倍量体积分数为60-80%的乙醇，回流提取2-3次，过滤，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得醇提浓缩液；
4）合并步骤2）和3)浓缩液，干燥，将浸膏粉碎，制剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种调理脾虚的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物可以制成颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种调理脾虚的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药制剂及各组成成分在调理脾虚中的应用。
