Abstract
本发明属于骨长入假体技术领域,具体涉及一种带有隔离层的骨长入假体,所述假体具有表层和骨水泥结合层,假体上设有螺钉孔,所述假体的内部与骨水泥结合层临近的位置处设有骨水泥实体隔离层,表层处设有暴露面实体隔离层。本发明的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,不但增强了镙钉的把持力,而且阻挡了关节液对骨长入面的侵蚀。

技术领域
本发明属于骨长入假体技术领域,具体涉及一种带有隔离层的骨长入假体。
背景技术
多孔生物材料包括生物兼容金属材料如钛或钛合金等具有细胞组织特别是骨细胞长入的特点。同时也兼有其他的功能,如与骨水泥结合起黏和作用,同时也可与骨镙钉结合,加强假体的固定。但是目前的骨科多孔金属垫块多为整体多孔材料,尤其对起黏和作用的骨水泥无加压作用,而且渗入的深度不易控制相对挤压了骨长入的多孔空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有隔离层的骨长入假体,不但增强了镙钉的把持力,而且阻挡了关节液对骨长入面的侵蚀。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:所述假体具有表层和骨水泥结合层,假体上设有螺钉孔,所述假体的内部与骨水泥结合层临近的位置处设有骨水泥实体隔离层,表层处设有暴露面实体隔离层。
优选的,所述骨水泥实体隔离层的厚度小于1mm。
优选的,所述骨水泥结合层的厚度为1-3mm。
优选的,所述暴露面实体隔离层的厚度为1-3mm。
优选的,所述骨水泥实体隔离层、暴露面实体隔离层和假体的材质为生物兼容金属材料。
优选的,所述生物兼容金属材料为钛或钛合金。
优选的,所述骨水泥实体隔离层、暴露面实体隔离层与所述假体采用3D打印技术一体成型。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极效果:
(1)本发明中的假体设有骨水泥实体隔离层,对起黏和作用的骨水泥起到加压作用,暴露面实体隔离层不但增强了镙钉的把持力,而且阻挡了关节液对骨长入面的侵蚀;
(2)本发明中的假体采用3D打印技术一体成型,对于复杂结构的假体采用简单的方法制备;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应作广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示,为本发明的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,所述假体具有表层1和骨水泥结合层2,表层1为骨长入面,骨水泥结合层2为与骨水泥的粘合层。由表层1至骨水泥结合层2贯穿有螺钉孔3。
假体1的内部与骨水泥结合层2临近的位置处设有骨水泥实体隔离层4,骨水泥结合层2与骨水泥实体隔离层4紧密连接。骨水泥实体隔离层4的厚度小于1mm,骨水泥结合层2的厚度为1-3mm,优选的,该距离为2mm,还可以为1mm或3mm或其他距离。通过骨水泥实体隔离层4的设置,可以对起黏和作用的骨水泥起到加压作用。
表层1的表面设有暴露面实体隔离层5,暴露面实体隔离层5的厚度为1-3mm,即暴露面实体隔离层5的厚度可以为1mm、2mm、3mm或其他厚度。通过暴露面实体隔离层5的设置,可以增强镙钉的把持力,而且阻挡了关节液对骨长入面的侵蚀。
骨水泥实体隔离层4、暴露面实体隔离层5与所述假体采用3D打印技术一体成型,其材质为生物兼容金属材料,该生物兼容金属材料可以为钛或钛合金,还可以为钴铬钼合金、钽、铌、金、银、钯、铂等。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:所述假体具有表层(1)和骨水泥结合层(2),假体上设有螺钉孔(3),所述假体(1)的内部与骨水泥结合层(2)临近的位置处设有骨水泥实体隔离层(4),表层(1)处设有暴露面实体隔离层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:骨水泥实体隔离层(4)的厚度小于1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:骨水泥结合层(2)的厚度为1-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:暴露面实体隔离层(5)的厚度为1-3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:骨水泥实体隔离层(4)、暴露面实体隔离层(5)和假体的材质为生物兼容金属材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:所述生物兼容金属材料为钛或钛合金。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带有隔离层的骨长入假体,其特征在于:骨水泥实体隔离层(4)、暴露面实体隔离层(5)与所述假体采用3D打印技术一体成型。
