Abstract
本发明公开了一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,包括切口牵开固定器和切口分隔固定卡档。切口分隔固定卡档通过卡扣与切口牵开固定器外卡环相连接。切口牵开固定器包括:弹性内卡环、弹性外卡环及连接管道体,所述的包括弹性内卡环、弹性外卡环及连接管道体为一体结构。切口分隔固定卡档与切口牵开固定器外卡环连接,将切口空间分为2个操作孔道。本发明的有益效果为:通过设置的切口牵开固定器和切口分隔固定卡档进而使得本发明具有单孔胸腔镜手术操作平台的效果。此外本发明还具有方便实用等效果,能够实现单孔胸腔镜操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,更确切的说是一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器。
背景技术
微创化是外科发展的方向,其目的是减少患者手术痛苦和提高患者的生活质量。传统3切口电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)应用于胸部疾病的治疗效果已达成共识,且已成为胸外科医师的必备技术。单孔胸腔镜手术胸外科手术更“微创化”的探索,是微创胸外科新的方向。单孔胸腔镜手术,指的是仅采用一个约2.0-4.0cm的切口进行胸腔镜手术,观察镜及手术器械均通过同一个手术切口。单孔胸腔镜手术的临床效果与传统3 切口胸腔镜微创手术相当,但是减少了两个切口,手术更加微创化,从几何学角度上更有利于手术操作。在减轻术后切口疼痛和胸壁感觉异常、加快术后康复等方面有明显优势,特别是对于心肺功能相对差的患者,更降低了手术风险。同时在患者术后心理安慰、切口美容及手术满意度等方面,均有有明显改善。
单孔胸腔镜手术自身也存在一定缺点,现有胸腔镜相关设备不适合于单孔胸腔镜操作:一个操作孔,所有操作器械均由此口进出,存在器械之间的相互干扰,经常存在一个器械进去之后,另外的器械无法进入或无法运动的情况;扶镜手难以固定胸腔镜光源,准确度差、易疲劳;电刀或电凝产生的烟雾无法顺利排出(因为操作时无法再放入吸引器,而只能暂停手术,排出烟雾);另外,胸腔镜手术器械自身比较硬,器械直径大,操作过程中反复从肋间进出,加重了对肋间神经损伤,导致术后患者不适感加重且持续时间长。
针对单孔胸腔镜手术操作的相关技术问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于单孔胸腔镜手术的切口分隔固定器,能够实现单孔条件下的胸腔镜操作,能够在胸部手术操作口形成2个独立的操作通道,其中一个用来进胸腔镜光源,另外的进操作器械,以克服目前现有技术存在的上述不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器由切口牵开固定器和切口分隔固定卡档构成。切口分隔固定卡档通过卡扣与切口牵开固定器外卡环相连接。切口牵开固定器包括:弹性内卡环、弹性外卡环及连接管道体,所述的包括弹性内卡环、弹性外卡环及连接管道体为一体结构,所用材料为具有弹性及张力的软质地材料。切口分隔固定卡档通过卡扣与切口牵开固定器外卡环相连接,将手术切口空间分为2个操作孔道。切口牵开固定器的外卡环与内卡环为圆形形状。切口分隔固定卡档为两侧带有卡扣的直线型或长方形形状。
本发明的优点是:在单孔胸腔镜手术操作中,通过设置的切口牵开固定器和切口分隔固定卡档进而使得本发明具有手术操作平台的效果。
1)便于固定胸腔镜镜头,形成稳定的胸腔镜光源;2)在狭小空间内方便使用胸腔镜器械进行手术操作,避免相互干扰。胸腔镜光源和操作器械可以灵活互换通道,便于手术中取得最佳的角度和操作位置;3)大幅减轻扶镜手疲劳程度;4)顺利排出电刀或电凝产生的烟雾,保持手术视野清晰;5)不需要戳卡和肋骨开张器,保护胸部操作口,避免损伤肋骨、肋间神经和肋间血管;6)避免肿瘤在操作口种植转移;7)有利于操作口止血。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,根据本发明的实施例所述的一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,包括切口牵开固定器3和切口分隔固定卡档1。所述切口牵开固定器3经胸部切口放入,因所述牵开固定器3的弹性使切口牵开,将所述切口分隔固定卡档1通过卡扣2与切口牵开固定器3外环相连接,形成适合单孔胸腔镜手术的切口分隔固定器,将手术切口内空间分为2个操作孔道,其中一个用来进胸腔镜光源,另外的进手术操作器械。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过设置的切口牵开固定器和切口分隔固定卡档进而使得本发明具有单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器的效果,方便实施单孔胸腔镜手术。

Claims (5)
1.一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,其特征在于:包括切口牵开固定器(3)和切口分隔固定卡档(1),切口分隔固定卡档(1)两端有卡扣(2),通过卡扣(2)与切口牵开固定器外环(4)相连接,切口分隔固定卡档(1)将切口空间分为2个操作孔道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,其特征在于:切口牵开固定器由切口牵开固定器外环(4)、切口牵开固定器内环(6)和牵开固定器通道为一体结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,其特征在于:切口牵开固定器外环(4)和切口牵开固定器内环(6)为圆形形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,其特征在于:切口分隔固定卡档(1)为两侧带有卡扣的直线型或长方形形状的结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器,其特征在于:所述的单孔胸腔镜切口分隔固定器的通道内壁涂有油性物质。
