Abstract
本发明提供一种上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法,通过pH电极探头动态连续测量24小时胃内pH值,通过pH电极探头动态连续测量48小时食管内pH值,并由微处理器分别将所测量的胃内pH值和食管内pH值的数据予以存储,再将微处理器所存储的胃内pH值和食管内pH值的数据传输至计算机系统进行处理分析,打印出胃及食管内pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告。本发明的上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法,可以检测胃内pH值、食管内pH值和相对pH值,并将检测的检测胃内pH值、食管内pH值和相对pH值经过存储、处理分析后打印出胃及食管内pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告,可以清除的直观的展示监测结果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及消化道动力检测设备领域,尤其涉及一种上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法。
背景技术
目前,在临床上消化内科对胃食管反流的监测通常会应用上消化道pH值动态监测仪,对病人的上消化道酸碱度进行监测。即通过pH电极探头与不同酸碱度的消化液发生电化学反应产生相应的电压信号,通过这个电压信号来反映上消化道的酸碱度信息。现有技术中pH电极探头检测精度低,使pH的检测值失准,不能实时准确地反映病人的真实情况。现有的上消化道pH值动态监测仪,输出的检测数据,需要专业的人员才能读懂,对数据的处理不够完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法,其特征在于:
通过pH电极探头动态连续测量24小时胃内pH值,通过pH电极探头动态连续测量48小时食管内pH值,并由微处理器分别将所测量的胃内pH值和食管内pH值的数据予以存储,再将微处理器所存储的胃内pH值和食管内pH值的数据传输至计算机系统进行处理分析,打印出胃及食管内pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告。
作为优选,所述食管内pH值包括pH1和pH2,所述pH1与pH2分别为pH电极探头在食管内不同位置的监测数据,pH1对应的位置与pH2对应的位置相距12cm,将pH2与pH1的差值作为相对pH值,相对pH值的数据由微处理器予以存储,再将微处理器所存储的相对pH值的数据传输至计算机系统进行处理分析,打印出相对pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告。
作为优选,所述微处理器为数据存储器。
上消化道pH值动态监测仪为胃食管反流性疾病的临床诊断及病理、机理研究提供了一种医学检测手段。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法,可以检测胃内pH值、食管内pH值和相对pH值,并将检测的检测胃内pH值、食管内pH值和相对pH值经过存储、处理分析后打印出胃及食管内pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告,可以清除的直观的展示监测结果。

通过pH电极探头动态连续测量24小时胃内pH值,通过pH电极探头动态连续测量48小时食管内pH值,并由微处理器分别将所测量的胃内pH值和食管内pH值的数据予以存储,再将微处理器所存储的胃内pH值和食管内pH值的数据传输至计算机系统进行处理分析,打印出胃及食管内pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上消化道pH值动态监测数据的处理方法,其特征在于:所述食管内pH值包括pH1和pH2,所述pH1与pH2分别为pH电极探头在食管内不同位置的监测数据,pH1对应的位置与pH2对应的位置相距12cm,将pH2与pH1的差值作为相对pH值,相对pH值的数据由微处理器予以存储,再将微处理器所存储的相对pH值的数据传输至计算机系统进行处理分析,打印出相对pH值的医学统计表、pH曲线图及相关临床pH值监测报告。
