本发明公开了一种阻燃牛津包，所述牛津包是采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成的，所述双面复合阻燃牛津布包括：外层阻燃牛津布和内层阻燃牛津布，所述外层阻燃牛津布按等距离做成褶子，然后再缝合在所述内层牛津布上，所述褶子呈向外凸出的半圆形，所述褶子与内层阻燃牛津布之间形成的空腔内填充有聚丙烯泡沫，并且所述外层阻燃牛津布的外表面上还压合有防水PVC薄膜。通过上述方式，本发明包体立体感强，并具有良好的阻燃性能。

一种阻燃牛津包
技术领域
本发明涉及箱包领域，特别是涉及一种阻燃牛津包。
背景技术
箱包是对袋子的统称，是用来装东西的各种包包的统称，包括一般的购物袋、手提包、手拿包、钱包、背包、单肩包、挎包、腰包和多种拉杆箱等。随着时代的发展，人们对箱包的要求，尤其是对其面料的要求越来越高。牛津布是制造箱包的常用面料之一。现有技术中，牛津布一般采用涤纶丝织造而成，且一般都为平纹组织，因此牛津布做出的箱包外观度立体感差，同时由于涤纶丝遇火易燃，因此由其制得的牛津布的阻燃性能也较差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃牛津包，包体立体感强，并具有良好的阻燃性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种阻燃牛津包，所述牛津包是采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成的，所述双面复合阻燃牛津布包括：外层阻燃牛津布和内层阻燃牛津布，所述外层阻燃牛津布按等距离做成褶子，然后再缝合在所述内层牛津布上，所述褶子呈向外凸出的半圆形，所述褶子与内层阻燃牛津布之间形成的空腔内填充有聚丙烯泡沫，并且所述外层阻燃牛津布的外表面上还压合有防水PVC薄膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述内层阻燃牛津布和外层阻燃牛津布均是采用阻燃聚酯纤维织造而成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述阻燃聚酯纤维是采用85-90重量份的聚酯切片与10-15重量份的阻燃剂混合后，再经熔融纺丝法制得的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述防水PVC薄膜的厚度为8-15μm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明牛津包采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成，包体立体感强，并具有良好的阻燃性能。

实施例一：
一种阻燃牛津包，所述牛津包是采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成的，所述双面复合阻燃牛津布包括：外层阻燃牛津布和内层阻燃牛津布，所述外层阻燃牛津布按等距离做成褶子，然后再缝合在所述内层牛津布上，所述褶子呈向外凸出的半圆形，所述褶子与内层阻燃牛津布之间形成的空腔内填充有聚丙烯泡沫，并且所述外层阻燃牛津布的外表面上还压合有防水PVC薄膜。
其中，所述内层阻燃牛津布和外层阻燃牛津布均是采用阻燃聚酯纤维织造而成的，所述阻燃聚酯纤维是采用85重量份的聚酯切片与15重量份的阻燃剂混合后，再经熔融纺丝法制得的。
所述防水PVC薄膜的厚度为8μm。
实施例二：
一种阻燃牛津包，所述牛津包是采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成的，所述双面复合阻燃牛津布包括：外层阻燃牛津布和内层阻燃牛津布，所述外层阻燃牛津布按等距离做成褶子，然后再缝合在所述内层牛津布上，所述褶子呈向外凸出的半圆形，所述褶子与内层阻燃牛津布之间形成的空腔内填充有聚丙烯泡沫，并且所述外层阻燃牛津布的外表面上还压合有防水PVC薄膜。
其中，所述内层阻燃牛津布和外层阻燃牛津布均是采用阻燃聚酯纤维织造而成的，所述阻燃聚酯纤维是采用90重量份的聚酯切片与10重量份的阻燃剂混合后，再经熔融纺丝法制得的。
所述防水PVC薄膜的厚度为15μm。
本发明揭示了一种阻燃牛津包，采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成，包体立体感强，并具有良好的阻燃性能。

1.一种阻燃牛津包，其特征在于，所述牛津包是采用双面复合阻燃牛津布制成的，所述双面复合阻燃牛津布包括：外层阻燃牛津布和内层阻燃牛津布，所述外层阻燃牛津布按等距离做成褶子，然后再缝合在所述内层牛津布上，所述褶子呈向外凸出的半圆形，所述褶子与内层阻燃牛津布之间形成的空腔内填充有聚丙烯泡沫，并且所述外层阻燃牛津布的外表面上还压合有防水PVC薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃牛津包，其特征在于，所述 内层阻燃牛津布和外层阻燃牛津布均是采用阻燃聚酯纤维织造而成的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃牛津包，其特征在于，所述 阻燃聚酯纤维是采用85-90重量份的聚酯切片与10-15重量份的阻燃剂混合后，再经熔融纺丝法制得的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃牛津包，其特征在于，所述防水PVC薄膜的厚度为8-15μm。
