Abstract
The invention discloses a mobile terminal, which comprises: a housing; the battery is arranged in the shell and is provided with a flexible circuit board through hole; the flexible circuit board is arranged in the shell, and at least one part of the flexible circuit board is matched in the through hole of the flexible circuit board. The mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high safety, strong reliability and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile communication, in particular to a mobile terminal.
Background
In the mobile terminal in the related art, the flexible circuit board is arranged between the battery and the rear shell, and the wiring on the flexible circuit board is insulated from the rear shell through ink, but in the installation and use process of the mobile terminal, the ink on the flexible circuit board is easy to rub with the shell to cause breakage, so that the wiring on the flexible circuit board is directly short-circuited with the shell, and potential safety hazards are generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a mobile terminal which has the advantages of high safety, strong reliability and the like.
To achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile terminal is provided, which includes: a housing; the battery is arranged in the shell and is provided with a flexible circuit board through hole; the flexible circuit board is arranged in the shell, and at least one part of the flexible circuit board is matched in the through hole of the flexible circuit board.
The mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high safety, strong reliability and the like.

The battery 100 is disposed within the housing and the battery 100 is provided with a flexible circuit board via 110. A flexible circuit board 200 is disposed within the housing and at least a portion of the flexible circuit board 200 fits within the flexible circuit board vias 110.
According to the mobile terminal 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the flexible circuit board 200 can be fitted in the flexible circuit board via hole 110 by disposing the flexible circuit board via hole 110 on the battery 100, so that the flexible circuit board 200 can be positioned by using the battery 100, and the flexible circuit board 200 is prevented from rubbing in the housing due to the vibration of the mobile terminal 1, so as to prevent the insulating layer from being damaged due to the rubbing of the flexible circuit board 200, thereby improving the reliability and safety of the flexible circuit board 200.
And, since at least a portion of the flexible circuit board 200 is fitted in the flexible circuit board via hole 110, the flexible circuit board 200 can be protected by the battery 100, even if the flexible circuit board 200 rubs against the battery 100 to cause the insulating layer to be damaged, the flexible circuit board 200 is not easily contacted to the case under the positioning and protection of the battery 100, thereby further improving the reliability and safety of the mobile terminal 1.
In addition, since the flexible circuit board 200 is not easily worn, it may be convenient to increase the voltage applied on the flexible circuit board 200, for example, when the battery 100 is charged by using the flexible circuit board 200, increasing the voltage applied on the flexible circuit board 200 may increase the charging speed of the battery 100, thereby saving the charging time of the mobile terminal 1.
Therefore, the mobile terminal 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of high security, high reliability, and the like.
A mobile terminal 1 according to a specific embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a mobile terminal 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (not shown in the drawings), a battery 100, and a flexible circuit board 200.
The flexible circuit board via 110 extends along the length of the battery 100. This can improve the protection and positioning effect of the battery 100 on the flexible circuit board 200, further facilitating to improve the stability of the flexible circuit board 200, thereby improving the reliability of the flexible circuit board 200.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the flexible circuit board vias 110 are adapted to the shape of the flexible circuit board 200. This can prevent the flexible circuit board 200 from shaking in the battery 100, so that the flexible circuit board 200 is not easily damaged due to friction with the battery 100, and the reliability of the flexible circuit board 200 is further improved.
Specifically, the flexible circuit board 200 has a power transmission line thereon and the power transmission line is electrically connected to the battery 100. Thus, the flexible circuit board 200 can be used to charge the battery 100, and since the flexible circuit board 200 is not easily damaged, a larger voltage can be applied to the flexible circuit board 200, so as to increase the charging speed of the battery 100.
More specifically, the flexible circuit board 200 has a signal line, and a plurality of ground vias are disposed between the signal line and the power transmission line. In this way, the signal line can be used for transmitting signals while the flexible circuit board 200 is used for charging the battery 100, and the signal line and the power transmission line can be shielded by the ground vias, so that the influence of the high-voltage power transmission line on the low-voltage signal line is reduced, and the reliability of the mobile terminal 1 is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible circuit board 200 is provided with positioning holes, and the battery 100 is provided with positioning protrusions, which are fitted in the positioning holes. Thus, the positioning hole and the positioning protrusion can be used for positioning the flexible circuit board 200, the stability of the flexible circuit board 200 is further improved, and the flexible circuit board 200 is prevented from being abraded.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the flexible circuit board 200 is provided with a positioning hole, and the housing is provided with a positioning protrusion, and the positioning protrusion is fitted in the positioning hole. Thus, the positioning hole and the positioning protrusion can be used for positioning the flexible circuit board 200, the stability of the flexible circuit board 200 is further improved, and the flexible circuit board 200 is prevented from being abraded.
Specifically, the housing includes a front case and a rear case, and the battery 100 is disposed adjacent to the rear case. This may facilitate the arrangement of the battery 100 and other components within the mobile terminal 1.
Advantageously, the housing is a metal housing. Therefore, the structural strength of the shell can be improved, and the appearance of the shell is more attractive.
Specifically, the mobile terminal 1 may be a mobile phone or a tablet computer. Therefore, the reliability of the mobile phone or the tablet computer can be improved.

the flexible circuit board is arranged in the shell, at least one part of the flexible circuit board is matched in the flexible circuit board through hole, and the flexible circuit board extends out of two ends of the flexible circuit board through hole.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the flexible circuit board via extends along a length of the battery.
3. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the flexible circuit board via is adapted to a shape of the flexible circuit board.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the flexible circuit board has a power line thereon and the power line is electrically connected to the battery.
5. The mobile terminal of claim 4, wherein the flexible circuit board has a signal line thereon, and a plurality of ground vias are disposed between the signal line and the power transmission line.
6. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the flexible circuit board is provided with a positioning hole, and the battery is provided with a positioning protrusion, wherein the positioning protrusion is fitted in the positioning hole.
7. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the flexible circuit board is provided with a positioning hole, and the housing is provided with a positioning protrusion, wherein the positioning protrusion is fitted in the positioning hole.
8. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a front case and a rear case, the battery being disposed adjacent to the rear case.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the housing is a metal housing.
10. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
