Abstract

本发明提供了一种监视型海底中压电缆,包括缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的绕包层、第一内护层、金属带铠装层、第二内护层和钢丝铠装层,钢丝铠装层外挤包外护层;所述缆芯主线芯由导体、挤包导体屏蔽层、挤包绝缘层、挤包绝缘屏蔽层和绕包金属屏蔽层由里到外依次组成,其特征在于:所述的第二内护层中镶嵌有可监视型导体,均匀成60度角分布在内护层中。本发明可监视型导体分别与内层金属铠装层、外层钢丝使用可报警装置连接,未报警,则使用安全,如因内外界作用力导致电缆损坏而发生报警,当班人员可及时查找问题所在,保证电缆使用不带病工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,具体是一种监视型海底中压电缆。
背景技术
目前我国投入巨资开发海洋资源,针对我国广阔的海洋拥有众多的岛屿,那么相对近海来讲,为了减少投入,不可能每个岛屿均配置一个发、变电站,那么岛屿之间的链接需通过海底电缆传输电能,以满足祖国对海洋的控制权,海底电缆要求非常苛刻,主要为:暗流、乱石、鱼类以及航行的船舶电缆被损坏,那么需有众多的防护措施以解决可能出现的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种监视型海底中压电缆,具有防水、抗压、抗拉以及监视功能。
本发明包括缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的绕包层、第一内护层、金属带铠装层、第二内护层和钢丝铠装层,钢丝铠装层外挤包外护层;所述缆芯主线芯由导体、挤包导体屏蔽层、挤包绝缘层、挤包绝缘屏蔽层和绕包金属屏蔽层由里到外依次组成,其特征在于:所述的第二内护层中镶嵌有可监视型导体,均匀成60度角分布在内护层中。
进一步改进,所述的第二内护层中镶嵌有六根可监视型导体,可监视型导体均匀成60度角分布在第二内护层中。
进一步改进,所述的金属铠装层分为钢带铠装层和钢丝铠装层,可监视型导体通过报警装置分别于钢带铠装层和钢丝铠装层连接。
进一步改进,所述的缆芯空隙中填充非吸湿性材料。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层使用的绝缘材料为交联聚乙烯绝缘,导体屏蔽层为交联型半导电内屏蔽料,绝缘屏蔽层为交联型半导电外屏蔽料,金属屏蔽层为紫铜带,第一内护层和第二内护层均使用防水材料,可监视性导体采用软铜导体,外护层使用防水材料挤包而成。
本发明有益效果在于:可监视型导体分别与内层金属铠装层、外层钢丝使用可报警装置连接,未报警,则使用安全,如因内外界作用力导致电缆损坏而发生报警,当班人员可及时查找问题所在,保证电缆使用不带病工作。

本发明结构如图1所示,包括缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的绕包层8、第一内护层9、金属带铠装层10、第二内护层12和钢丝铠装层13,钢丝铠装层13外挤包外护层7;所述缆芯主线芯由导体1、挤包导体屏蔽层2、挤包绝缘层3、挤包绝缘屏蔽层4和绕包金属屏蔽层5由里到外依次组成,其特征在于:所述的第二内护层9中镶嵌有可监视型导体11,均匀成60度角分布在内护层2中
进一步改进,所述的第二内护层9中镶嵌有六根可监视型导体11,可监视型导体11均匀成60度角分布在第二内护层9中。
进一步改进,所述的金属铠装层10分为钢带铠装层和钢丝铠装层,可监视型导体11通过报警装置分别于钢带铠装层和钢丝铠装层连接。
进一步改进,所述的缆芯空隙中填充非吸湿性材料。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层3使用的绝缘材料为交联聚乙烯绝缘,导体屏蔽层2为交联型半导电内屏蔽料,绝缘屏蔽层4为交联型半导电外屏蔽料,金属屏蔽层5为紫铜带,第一内护层9和第二内护层12均使用防水材料,可监视性导体11采用软铜导体,外护层7使用防水材料挤包而成。

1.一种监视型海底中压电缆,包括缆芯,以及依次包覆在缆芯外的绕包层(8)、第一内护层(9)、金属带铠装层(10)、第二内护层(12)和钢丝铠装层(13),钢丝铠装层(13)外挤包外护层(7);所述缆芯主线芯由导体(1)、挤包导体屏蔽层(2)、挤包绝缘层(3)、挤包绝缘屏蔽层(4)和绕包金属屏蔽层(5)由里到外依次组成,其特征在于:所述的第二内护层(9)中镶嵌有可监视型导体(11),均匀成60度角分布在内护层(2)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的监视型海底中压电缆,其特征在于:所述的第二内护层(9)中镶嵌有六根可监视型导体(11),可监视型导体(11)均匀成60度角分布在第二内护层(9)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的监视型海底中压电缆,其特征在于:所述的可监视型导体(11)通过报警装置与金属带铠装层(10)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的监视型海底中压电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属铠装层(10)分为钢带铠装层和钢丝铠装层,可监视型导体(11)通过报警装置分别于钢带铠装层和钢丝铠装层连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的监视型海底中压电缆,其特征在于:所述的缆芯空隙中填充非吸湿性材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的监视型海底中压电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层(3)使用的绝缘材料为交联聚乙烯绝缘,导体屏蔽层(2)为交联型半导电内屏蔽料,绝缘屏蔽层(4)为交联型半导电外屏蔽料,金属屏蔽层(5)为紫铜带,第一内护层(9)和第二内护层(12)均使用防水材料,可监视性导体(11)采用软铜导体,外护层(7)使用防水材料挤包而成。
