一种精小型抗震热电阻
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种精小型抗震热电阻,广泛适用于石油化工、钢铁冶炼、加工制造、空气分离、造纸化工等多个领域的恶劣环境,属于抗振动设备及环境测温传感技术领域。
背景技术
深冷分离工艺空分装置中的氧压机等转动设备是空分装置的关键设备,生产中起着压缩产品氧气,对装置外用气客户输送合格压力氧气的作用。氧压机压缩的氧气介质纯度高达90%以上,具有强烈的助燃氧化性,遇高温明火及油污,容易产生燃烧爆炸,造成机毁人亡重大事故,给安全生产及人身安全带来不可预测的巨大损失,这种事故,可以说屡见不鲜,有着沉痛的教训。因此,氧压机设备及管道的可靠温度检测就显得极为重要,而氧压机的运行环境是一种高震动的环境,给温度测量带来极大的困难,国内一直没有很好的测温传感器,能够稳定可靠的测量氧压机及周围管道的温度,经常发生测量温度传感器损坏,无法温度测量,氧压机及周围管道的温度得不到测量监控,给生产设备造成巨大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供了一种结构简单、安全可靠、合理高效、经济实用,能有效防止因震动造成温度热电阻传感器损坏的精小型抗震热电阻。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:一种精小型抗震热电阻,它主要由通用型铠装传感器、延伸电缆及拔插接头组成,所述通用型铠装传感器的外面加装有抗震保护弹簧并构成软保护套管,所述通用型铠装传感器的测温端部设置有与管内安装的热电阻测温元件相连的热电阻测量探头,所述通用型铠装传感器的连接端部内侧设置有用于安装管道或设备热电阻测量底座上的安装组件,在该通用型铠装传感器的连接端部、延伸电缆出通用型铠装传感器部位采用卡套固定密封,并配置有固定延伸电缆的固定螺帽,在所述延伸电缆的外端部设置有可直接将热电阻测量信号延伸电缆末端接线和仪控电缆用专用插头连接起来的拔插接头。
作为优选:所述的抗震保护弹簧的长度不大于铠装传感器的管状长度,所述通用型铠装传感器的测温端部设置的热电阻测量探头为精密性一体化双只测量探头。
作为优选:所述抗震保护弹簧的长度为300mm,所述的延伸电缆长度为1500mm。
本发明具有结构简单,成本低廉,可靠耐用,抗震效果极佳,在压缩机温度测量保护等领域得到了广泛的应用,应用技术达到了国内同行业先进水平。

下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:图1所示,一种精小型抗震热电阻,它主要由通用型铠装传感器1、延伸电缆2及拔插接头3组成,所述通用型铠装传感器1的外面加装有抗震保护弹簧4并构成软保护套管,所述通用型铠装传感器1的测温端部设置有与管内安装的热电阻测温元件相连的热电阻测量探头5,所述通用型铠装传感器1的连接端部内侧设置有用于安装管道或设备热电阻测量底座上的安装组件6,在该通用型铠装传感器1的连接端部、延伸电缆2出通用型铠装传感器部位采用卡套7固定密封,并配置有固定延伸电缆的固定螺帽8,在所述延伸电缆2的外端部设置有可直接将热电阻延伸电缆末端接线和仪控电缆用专用插头连接起来的拔插接头9。
本发明所述的抗震保护弹簧4的长度不大于通用型铠装传感器1的管状长度,所述通用型铠装传感器1的测温端部设置的热电阻测量探头5为精密性一体化双只测量探头。
具体的实施例是:所述抗震保护弹簧的长度可根据使用需要改变,如选择为300mm,所述的延伸电缆长度也可根据需要改变,这里设计长度1500毫米,将热电阻测量信号接线端延伸到远离震动的场所,避免震动对接线的损害。
本发明是在现有技术上进行的改良,它改变了现有热电阻的安装方式,取消了硬质保护套管,取消了现有热电阻接线柱及接线端子,取消了接线盒,将接线与信号线的接线端延伸到远离震动的场所,避免震动对接线的损害,避免了接线柱及接线端子松动造成的接线断线。

1.一种精小型抗震热电阻,它主要由通用型铠装传感器、延伸电缆及拔插接头组成,其特征在于所述通用型铠装传感器的外面加装有抗震保护弹簧并构成软保护套管,所述通用型铠装传感器的测温端部设置有与管内安装的热电阻测温元件相连的热电阻测量探头,所述通用型铠装传感器的连接端部内侧设置有用于安装管道或设备热电阻测量底座上的安装组件,在该通用型铠装传感器的连接端部、延伸电缆出通用型铠装传感器部位采用卡套固定密封,并配置有固定延伸电缆的固定螺帽,在所述延伸电缆的外端部设置有可直接将热电阻测量信号延伸电缆末端接线和仪控电缆用专用插头连接起来的拔插接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精小型抗震热电阻,其特征在于所述的抗震保护弹簧的长度不大于铠装传感器的管状长度,所述通用型铠装传感器的测温端部设置的热电阻测量探头为精密性一体化双只测量探头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精小型抗震热电阻,其特征在于所述抗震保护弹簧的长度为300mm,所述的延伸电缆长度为1500mm。
