本发明公开了一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构,包括机构本体,所述机构本体包括底座和顶座,且顶座位于底座的正上方,所述底座与顶座的规格相同,且底座和顶座之间设有卡块,所述卡块的两侧分别与底座和顶座的相邻一侧连接,且机构本体与卡块构成L形结构,且底座和顶座之间与卡块构成卡槽,所述卡槽的两端为开口,且卡槽与卡块相配合;收集塑料瓶、塑料袋和橡胶轮胎,然后将塑料瓶和塑料袋粉碎融化成浆状物。本发明在使用时能够进行拼接组装,既提高了工作效率,节省了大量的时间和精力,且能够利用简易材料制成,节省成本,不会对环境造成污染,具有较强的硬度和防火性能,结构简单,使用方便,成本低。

本发明涉及建筑机构技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构。
背景技术
建筑机构是指在建筑物中,由建筑材料做成用来承受各种荷载或者作用,以构成建筑结构的机构,随着科技的进步,人们对建筑机构有了更高的要求。
普通的建筑机构,需要选择合适的泥土,长时间的烧制,有一定的生产成本,在使用过程中,需要添加水泥辅助使用,对于使用条件有所限制,且不能够进行拼装,导致工作效率较低,浪费了大量的时间和精力。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构。
本发明提出的一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构,包括机构本体,所述机构本体包括底座和顶座,且顶座位于底座的正上方,所述底座与顶座的规格相同,且底座和顶座之间设有卡块,所述卡块的两侧分别与底座和顶座的相邻一侧连接,且机构本体与卡块构成L形结构,且底座和顶座之间与卡块构成卡槽,所述卡槽的两端为开口,且卡槽与卡块相配合;
收集塑料瓶、塑料袋和橡胶轮胎,然后将塑料瓶和塑料袋粉碎融化成浆状物,接着将橡胶轮胎融化融入到浆状物中,再加入防火涂料,搅拌均匀后,倒入带凹槽和凸块的模具中,凝固后形成建筑机构。
优选地,所述卡块的宽度与机构本体的宽度相同。
本发明中,所述一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构通过卡槽和卡块的相配合能够方便进行拼接,本发明在使用时能够进行拼接组装,既提高了工作效率,节省了大量的时间和精力,且能够利用简易材料制成,节省成本,不会对环境造成污染,具有较强的硬度和防火性能,结构简单,使用方便,成本低。

参考图1,本实施例提出了一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构,包括机构本体1,机构本体1包括底座和顶座,且顶座位于底座的正上方,底座与顶座的规格相同,且底座和顶座之间设有卡块3,卡块3的两侧分别与底座和顶座的相邻一侧连接,且机构本体1与卡块3构成L形结构,且底座和顶座之间与卡块3构成卡槽2,卡槽2的两端为开口,且卡槽2与卡块3相配合;
收集塑料瓶、塑料袋和橡胶轮胎,然后将塑料瓶和塑料袋粉碎融化成浆状物,接着将橡胶轮胎融化融入到浆状物中,再加入防火涂料,搅拌均匀后,倒入带凹槽和凸块的模具中,凝固后形成建筑机构。
本实施例中,卡块3的宽度与机构本体1的宽度相同,一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构通过卡槽2和卡块3的相配合能够方便进行拼接,本发明在使用时能够进行拼接组装,既提高了工作效率,节省了大量的时间和精力,且能够利用简易材料制成,节省成本,不会对环境造成污染,具有较强的硬度和防火性能,结构简单,使用方便,成本低。
本实施例中,在使用时,将卡块3卡入卡槽2内,完成拼接组装。

1.一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构,包括机构本体(1),其特征在于,所述机构本体(1)包括底座和顶座,且顶座位于底座的正上方,所述底座与顶座的规格相同,且底座和顶座之间设有卡块(3),所述卡块(3)的两侧分别与底座和顶座的相邻一侧连接,且机构本体(1)与卡块(3)构成L形结构,且底座和顶座之间与卡块(3)构成卡槽(2),所述卡槽(2)的两端为开口,且卡槽(2)与卡块(3)相配合;
收集塑料瓶、塑料袋和橡胶轮胎,然后将塑料瓶和塑料袋粉碎融化成浆状物,接着将橡胶轮胎融化融入到浆状物中,再加入防火涂料,搅拌均匀后,倒入带凹槽和凸块的模具中,凝固后形成建筑机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装使用的新型建筑机构,其特征在于,所述卡块(3)的宽度与机构本体(1)的宽度相同。
