本发明是一种海洋缆绳用丝,配方以重量份计为:锦纶6切片100份,抗老化剂0.05~0.1份,紫外线吸收剂0.08~0.12份,锦纶6高速纺油剂1.0~1.4份,耐海水腐蚀油剂1.3~1.7份。本发明的优点:配方简单有效,制造简便,实现海洋缆绳用丝防海水腐蚀,且抗老化剂、抗紫外线,油剂可以循环使用,节能环保,成本低廉,易于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种海洋缆绳用丝,具体涉及一种海洋缆绳用锦纶6工业长丝。
背景技术
锦纶6(尼龙6)的化学物理特性和锦纶66很相似,但是它的熔点较低,而且工艺温度范围很宽。它的抗冲击性和抗溶解性比锦纶66塑料要好。
近年来随着海洋经济的飞速发展,市场对于海洋纺织品的应用快速增加,使得海洋缆绳用工业丝市场前景越来越广阔。一般普通的锦纶6工业丝,虽然在生产时满足牵伸的需,但在海水环境中由于受光照,盐份,细菌等因素的影响,极易老化和被腐蚀,使用寿命较短。因此,开发既具有锦纶6工业长丝特有的抗冲击性、抗溶解的性能,又同时具备低吸水性、耐光照、耐海水腐蚀等性能的海洋缆绳用丝,已成为锦纶工业丝生产企业的紧迫任务。
发明内容
本发明提出的是一种海洋缆绳用丝,其目的旨在填补现有技术的空白,实现海洋缆绳用丝防海水腐蚀。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种海洋缆绳用丝,配方以重量份计为:
锦纶6切片100份,
抗老化剂0.05~0.1份,
紫外线吸收剂0.08~0.12份,
锦纶6高速纺油剂1.0~1.4份,
耐海水腐蚀油剂1.3~1.7份。
优选的,所述的锦纶6切片为强力龙BE3340锦纶6切片。
优选的,所述的抗老化剂为防老剂DNP,以重量份计为0.08份。
优选的,所述的紫外线吸收剂为巴斯夫uv328紫外线吸收剂,以重量份计为0.1份。
优选的,所述的锦纶6高速纺油剂为竹本HQ699锦纶6高速纺油剂,以重量份计为1.2份。
优选的,所述的耐海水腐蚀油剂为高尔斯顿12351耐海水腐蚀油剂,以重量份计为1.5份。
一种海洋缆绳用丝的制造方法,上油步骤为:在锦纶6工业长丝基础上,向丝束进行上油,采用3~4道喷嘴上油,油剂为高尔斯顿12351耐海水腐蚀油剂;经过喷嘴留下的油剂回到回流槽,经循环泵循环使用;上油完成后卷绕成型。
本发明的优点:配方简单有效,制造简便,实现海洋缆绳用丝防海水腐蚀,且抗老化剂、抗紫外线,油剂可以循环使用,节能环保,成本低廉,易于推广。

锦纶6切片100份,
抗老化剂0.05~0.1份,
紫外线吸收剂0.08~0.12份,
锦纶6高速纺油剂1.0~1.4份,
耐海水腐蚀油剂1.3~1.7份。
所述的锦纶6切片为强力龙BE3340锦纶6切片。
所述的抗老化剂为防老剂DNP,以重量份计为0.08份。
所述的紫外线吸收剂为巴斯夫uv328紫外线吸收剂,以重量份计为0.1份。
所述的锦纶6高速纺油剂为竹本HQ699锦纶6高速纺油剂,以重量份计为1.2份。
所述的耐海水腐蚀油剂为高尔斯顿12351耐海水腐蚀油剂,以重量份计为1.5份。
一种海洋缆绳用丝的制造方法,上油步骤为:在锦纶6工业长丝基础上,向丝束进行上油,采用3~4道喷嘴上油,油剂为高尔斯顿12351耐海水腐蚀油剂;经过喷嘴留下的油剂回到回流槽,经循环泵循环使用;上油完成后卷绕成型。

耐海水腐蚀油剂1.3~1.7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种海洋缆绳用丝,其特征是所述的锦纶6切片为强力龙BE3340锦纶6切片。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种海洋缆绳用丝,其特征是所述的抗老化剂为防老剂DNP,以重量份计为0.08份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种海洋缆绳用丝,其特征是所述的紫外线吸收剂为巴斯夫uv328紫外线吸收剂,以重量份计为0.1份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种海洋缆绳用丝,其特征是所述的锦纶6高速纺油剂为竹本HQ699锦纶6高速纺油剂,以重量份计为1.2份。
