本发明涉及石油化工领域,具体的说是一种基于石油废料的润滑提炼油。
背景技术
高温润滑油以合成基础油配以高性能添加剂,调制而成的无灰合成酯型高温链条润滑剂,不含能够形成固体残留物的物质。用于环境温度经常达260℃的轴承、链条、滑轨及齿轮等的润滑。优异的高温稳定性和极低的蒸发损失:高温下积碳及结焦倾向极低并保持液体膜润滑,润滑油消耗低,极少烟雾,不产生有害气体;优异的清净性:是无灰润滑剂,可以消除因固体积累而导致的清理问题和减少停工时间,有助于清洁被其它较差的链条润滑剂污染的链条;节能:是清洁的流体膜润滑剂,具有优异的润滑性能,可以明显降低能耗;对设备提供更好的保护:含有特种润滑添加剂组合,具有优异的抗磨、防锈和抗氧抗腐性能,可以大大延长设备寿命并降低维护费用;理想的粘度:具有较高的粘度指数,在高温下粘附性较好,提供良好的润滑。

为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于石油废料的润滑提炼油,本发明的润滑油耐高温效果好,具有很好的防锈、清洁效果,无有害气体,具有良好的润滑效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种基于石油废料的润滑提炼油,包括如下重量份数的原料:丙烯晴5~10份、石油醚2~6份、苯乙烯1~5份、异丁烯3~9份、滑石粉1~5份、1,3-丙二醇2~6份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯1~5份、硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐1~5份、苯基-萘胺5~10份;硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐5~10份、三元乙丙橡胶3~9份和季戊四醇3~9份。
