本发明涉及猪粪处理系统技术领域,具体涉及猪粪收集再利用系统。
背景技术
随着我国养猪业的快速发展和猪群规模的不断扩大,猪粪尿的排放量也在急剧增加,通常的养猪场都是先将猪的粪水先集中排放在猪场周围的粪坑里,然后等积压一定时间之后有专人拉走变卖,但是这样就造成了在积压这段时间里周围的空气臭气熏天,不但影响了周围人们的生活,而且对养的猪本身也非常不利,极其容易造成传染病的发生;大量的猪粪尿废水若处理不当,一是影响水质,由于猪粪尿中含有大量的有机物、生物,分解时分消耗水中溶氧,进而破坏生态平衡,如自来水的水源遭受猪粪尿废水的污染时,水中会夹带有臭味,影响人们的饮用;二是会妨害环境卫生,由于猪粪尿会发出刺鼻的臭味,并且容易滋生蚊蝇,严重影响了邻近社区的居住环境品质,有害健康;三是易造成疾病传播,由于猪粪尿中往往夹带有大量的致病菌,若未处理而直接引用于农作物灌溉或径直排入河流,则存在着极大的疾病传播隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供猪粪收集再利用系统,它节能环保、变废为宝,且具有结构简单、设计合理、制作成本低等优点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含猪粪发酵池、沼气收集利用装置、发酵后残留物收集池;沼气收集利用装置和发酵后残留物收集池设置于猪粪发酵池的后面,沼气收集利用装置里包含沼液储存池、沼气收集系统、沼气发电系统。
所述的发酵后残留物收集池,收集储存猪粪发酵成沼液后留下的其他物质。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:它节能环保、变废为宝,且具有结构简单、设计合理、制作成本低等优点。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含猪粪发酵池1、沼气收集利用装置2、发酵后残留物收集池3;沼气收集利用装置2和发酵后残留物收集池3设置于猪粪发酵池1的后面,沼气收集利用装置2里包含沼液储存池4、沼气收集系统5、沼气发电系统6。
所述的发酵后残留物收集池3,收集储存猪粪发酵成沼液后留下的其他物质。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:猪粪经猪粪发酵池1发酵后,大部分会发酵为沼液,沼液下面还会残留一部分物质,沼液进沼液储存池4通过沼气收集系统5和沼气发电系统6,可以给房屋内任何需要电的设备供电,沼液下面的残留物质通过发酵后残留物收集池3给种植地施肥。

2.根据权利要求1所述的猪粪收集再利用系统,其特征在于所述的发酵后残留物收集池,收集储存猪粪发酵成沼液后留下的其他物质。
