Background
The furniture embedded part is one of three-in-one connecting parts for connecting furniture boards, and has the holes drilled in the furniture boards and screwed into the embedded part for connecting screws. In the traditional furniture production process, the embedded parts are manually driven, the efficiency is low, compared with automatic blanking and edge sealing, drilling and polishing of electric or pneumatic tools and the like, the installation mode of the embedded parts is relatively lagged behind, and the embedded parts are bottleneck procedures which restrict the furniture production efficiency.

In the invention, a handle is arranged below the cylinder, the air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the handle, and the switch is arranged outside the handle.

In the present invention, for ease of description, the description of the relative positional relationship of the components in the furniture embedment mounting device is described in terms of the layout of fig. 1-8, as follows: the positional relationship of up, down, left, right, etc. is determined in accordance with the layout direction of fig. 1.
The first embodiment is as follows:

Example five:
when the air is driven: an air inlet (12) is connected with an air pump, air inlet and air outlet of the pneumatic driving component (1) are controlled through a pneumatic switch (11), air pushes a piston (13) in a cylinder (14) to drive a firing pin (4) to reciprocate in a barrel (5), and when the firing pin (4) is driven out, an embedded part entering the barrel (5) is driven into a furniture board (8).
When the tool is held by a pneumatic hand, a worker holds the handle (16) by hand to align the opening of the gun barrel (5) with a drilled hole on the furniture plate (8), and presses the manual switch (15) to drive the embedded part.
Example six:
when the electromagnetic drive is performed: the electromagnetic driving component (2) is powered, current passes through the electromagnetic cathode (21) and the electromagnetic anode (24), the magnetic piston (22) is pushed to move by the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil (23), and the moving direction of the magnetic piston (22) is changed by changing the current method. The magnetic piston (22) is connected to the striker (4). When the firing pin (4) is driven out, the embedded parts entering the gun barrel (5) are driven into the furniture board (8).
Example seven:
when the electric drive is performed: by controlling a bidirectional output motor (31) in the electric driving part (3), the output of the lower end of the motor drives a gear (33) to drive a triangular cam (37) to push a swinging lever (36), the swinging lever (36) drives a small hammer on the firing pin (4), and two springs (35) connected with the firing pin (4) are compressed. Meanwhile, a small hammer knob (34) at one end of the small hammer is buckled with a bucket plate (32) arranged at the upper end of the bidirectional output motor (31). The motor continues to rotate, driving the triangular cam (37) to release the swing lever (36). The hopper plate (32) drives the small hammer knob (34) to continuously compress the spring (35) to the highest point, the hopper plate (32) releases the small hammer knob (34), and the striker (4) is pushed out by the compressed spring (35); the embedded parts entering the gun barrel (5) are driven into the furniture board (8).
Example eight:
the continuous feeding box (61) is mainly applied to an automatic machine tool, and internally provided with embedded parts (71) in a row, and feeding is driven by pneumatic power. The single-row material box (62) and the disc material box (63) can be filled with single-grain embedded parts (72) or continuous-row embedded parts (71), and the spring in the material box pushes the material to be fed.
