技术领域
本发明涉及一种多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于朱砂工艺品的加工,尤其是圆柱形朱砂石打磨的情况,一般是由人工转动着朱砂石在单砂轮上进行打磨,效率极低而且形状不规则。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,该多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置通过底座、夹具工装、磨砂轮的设置,能确保朱砂石加工过程中的打磨高效并且打磨均匀,有效避免形状不规则的情况出现。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,包括底座、夹具工装、磨砂轮、传动轴;所述底座为圆盘状水平可转动、可升降安装,底座上安装有夹具工装;所述底座上方安装有多个水平的磨砂轮,多个磨砂轮在垂直投影上呈圆周均匀分布,且磨砂轮的圆周分布的圆心位置在垂直投影上位于底座内,多个磨砂轮的高度为等差数列;所述磨砂轮套装在垂直设置的传动轴上并由传动轴带动转动。
还包括中空圆筒状的隔尘筒,隔尘筒固定在底座上方,且隔尘筒内径和底座直径相当,所述磨砂轮穿过隔尘筒侧壁。
所述磨砂轮数量为六个。
所述磨砂轮在隔尘筒内部部分的深度径长小于砂轮半径的1/2。
所述隔尘筒为透明材料。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过底座、夹具工装、磨砂轮的设置,能确保朱砂石加工过程中的打磨高效并且打磨均匀,有效避免形状不规则的情况出现。

具体实施方式
下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1、图2所示的一种多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,包括底座11、夹具工装12、磨砂轮21、传动轴22;所述底座11为圆盘状水平可转动、可升降安装,底座11上安装有夹具工装12;所述底座11上方安装有多个水平的磨砂轮21,多个磨砂轮21在垂直投影上呈圆周均匀分布,且磨砂轮21的圆周分布的圆心位置在垂直投影上位于底座11内,多个磨砂轮21的高度为等差数列;所述磨砂轮21套装在垂直设置的传动轴22上并由传动轴22带动转动。
还包括中空圆筒状的隔尘筒13,隔尘筒13固定在底座11上方,且隔尘筒13内径和底座11直径相当,所述磨砂轮21穿过隔尘筒13侧壁。
所述磨砂轮21数量为六个。
所述磨砂轮21在隔尘筒13内部部分的深度径长小于砂轮半径的1/2。
所述隔尘筒13为透明材料。
由此,通过调整隔尘筒13大小以及磨砂轮21的位置,即可轻易完成圆柱体的朱砂石工艺品打磨加工过程,操作时将朱砂石用夹具工装12夹紧,然后操作底座11匀速转动并匀速上升,磨砂轮21保持转动,当底座11上升到预定位置时,即完成圆柱体的朱砂石工艺品打磨加工。
本发明主要适用于细磨,由于细磨时一般扬尘较小,但对打磨精度要求较高,上述设置可使磨砂轮21更易于完成全覆盖的重复打磨,而磨砂轮21的高度差可便于直接通过调整底座11的高度而调整工作磨砂轮21的数量。

1.一种多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,包括底座(11)、夹具工装(12)、磨砂轮(21)、传动轴(22),其特征在于:所述底座(11)为圆盘状水平可转动、可升降安装,底座(11)上安装有夹具工装(12);所述底座(11)上方安装有多个水平的磨砂轮(21),多个磨砂轮(21)在垂直投影上呈圆周均匀分布,且磨砂轮(21)的圆周分布的圆心位置在垂直投影上位于底座(11)内,多个磨砂轮(21)的高度为等差数列;所述磨砂轮(21)套装在垂直设置的传动轴(22)上并由传动轴(22)带动转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,其特征在于:还包括中空圆筒状的隔尘筒(13),隔尘筒(13)固定在底座(11)上方,且隔尘筒(13)内径和底座(11)直径相当,所述磨砂轮(21)穿过隔尘筒(13)侧壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,其特征在于:所述磨砂轮(21)数量为六个。
4.如权利要求2所述的多磨砂轮阶梯横排的朱砂工艺品加工装置,其特征在于:所述磨砂轮(21)在隔尘筒(13)内部部分的深度径长小于砂轮半径的1/2。
