本发明涉及一种液压车床上的门型检测头,该检测头具有上下两个门型检测部位,且两个门型检测部位组成封闭式的检测空间并位于本体中间,安装孔与门型检测部位及其检测空间相并列且平行。采取本发明,当检测产品时,由上下两个门型检测部位组成的空间形成面接触,能确保产品符合标准,从而防止漏加工产品流出,造成客户投诉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压车床上的门型检测头。
背景技术
目前,液压车床上的门型检测头其结构是:其一个门型检测部位位于本体的底部,底部为完全敞开,其安装孔是横向穿过本体上部并与门型检测部位相垂直,安装时门型检测部位由高至低倾斜。这种结构的门型检测头,当检测加工的产品时,由于其检测的产品会与门型检测部位的最低处即尾部发生接触,使尾部产生磨损,使用一段时间后会使检测标准发生偏差,导致漏加工产品混入合格品中,流向市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供能保证检测标准不发生偏差,从而提高产品检测合格率的一种液压车床上的门型检测头。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种液压车床上的门型检测头,其特征在于其具有上下两个门型检测部位,且两个门型检测部位组成封闭式的检测空间并位于本体中间,安装孔与门型检测部位及其检测空间相并列且平行。
采取本发明,当检测产品时,由上下两个门型检测部位组成的空间形成面接触,能确保产品符合标准,从而防止漏加工产品流出,造成客户投诉。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参照图1,该液压车床上的门型检测头具有上下两个门型检测部位2,且两个门型检测部位2组成封闭式的检测空间4并位于本体1中间,安装孔3与门型检测部位2及其检测空间4相并列且平行。当检测产品时,产品经过检测空间4时,通常只会在进入部位会发生一些接触磨损,而其它部位不会受影响,可以保证产品符合标准, 从而防止漏加工产品流出,造成客户投诉。
