本发明属于机械铸造领域,尤其涉及一种模具铸造机。
背景技术
铸造是人类掌握比较早的一种金属热加工工艺,已有约6000年的历史。铸造是将液体金属浇铸到与零件形状相适应的铸造空腔中,待其冷却凝固后,以获得零件或毛坯的方法,现在,铸造技术以及设备都在不断的更新改进,以提高工作效率,节约成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种冷却效果好,速度快,铸造模具效率高的模具铸造机。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种模具铸造机,它包括支撑杆、浆液输进管、浆液分流器、拖链、模具槽以及干冰室,所述模具槽外形设置为正方体,所述模具槽两边壁上各安装有一根隔热瓷块,所述隔热瓷块与支撑杆之间连接有一条拖链,所述浆液输进管安装于支撑杆内部,所述浆液输进管上安装有电磁换向阀,所述浆液输进管中段安装有浆液分流器,所述浆液分流器下端安装有三根直管,每根直管的横截面直径相同,每根直管的另一端连接在模具槽上,所述模具槽上部安装有两根通气管,通气管与模具槽内部空间相通。
所述模具槽下端安置有一干冰室。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明是一种冷却效果好,速度快,铸造模具效率高的模具铸造装置,节约劳动力,节约成本。

如图1所示,一种模具铸造机,它包括支撑杆1、浆液输进管2、浆液分流器3、拖链4、模具槽5以及干冰室6,所述模具槽5外形设置为正方体,所述模具槽5两边壁上各安装有一根隔热瓷块41,所述隔热瓷块41与支撑杆1之间连接有一条拖链4,所述浆液输进管2安装于支撑杆1内部,所述浆液输进管2上安装有电磁换向阀21,所述浆液输进管2中段安装有浆液分流器3。
具体实施:所述浆液分流器3下端安装有三根直管31,每根直管31的横截面直径相同,每根直管31的另一端连接在模具槽5上,所述模具槽5上部安装有两根通气管7,通气管7与模具槽5内部空间相通。
所述模具槽5下端安置有一干冰室6。
