本发明公开了一种喷涂车间用自清洁式过滤装置，包括定位板，所述定位板的左、右两部对称安装有定位管，定位管的前端均安装有旋转架，旋转架的外壁上均设有驱动齿，定位板的上部安装有电机，电机的轴上安装有齿轮，旋转架的前侧均设有清洁滚轮，清洁滚轮均安装在定位管上，旋转架的前端均匀安装有过滤网。本发明具有结构设计简单、维护方便等优点，通过旋转架与清洁滚轮的配合，实现了过滤网的自动清洁，代替了人工清洁，自动化程度高，降低了操作人员的维护强度，节省了人力物力。

本发明涉及喷涂车间净化技术领域，具体的说是一种喷涂车间用自清洁式过滤装置。
背景技术
随着时代的发展，金属表面修复技术得到了前所未有的发展。金属表面修复技术是指将纳米材料的胶粘剂涂敷于待修复金属零件表面，以修复金属或赋予金属表面特殊功能，科技含量高。
在金属零件修复的过程中，都是通过普通的过滤装置对空气进行过滤的。普通的过滤装置虽然使用方便，但是由于过滤量比较大，过滤网很容易积满，严重影响过滤质量。因此市场上需要一种喷涂车间用自清洁式过滤装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种喷涂车间用自清洁式过滤装置。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种喷涂车间用自清洁式过滤装置，包括定位板，所述定位板的左、右两部对称安装有定位管，所述定位管的前端均安装有旋转架，所述旋转架的外壁上均设有驱动齿，所述旋转架之间相互啮合，所述定位板的上部安装有电机，所述电机的轴上安装有齿轮，所述齿轮与定位板左部的旋转架相啮合，所述旋转架的前侧均设有清洁滚轮，所述清洁滚轮均安装在定位管上，所述旋转架的前端均匀安装有过滤网。使用时，电机工作，带动齿轮旋转，齿轮带动旋转架旋转，旋转架带动过滤网旋转，过滤网利用清洁滚轮将表面的污物刷除，代替了人工清洁，降低了操作人员的维护强度，节省了人力物力。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明具有结构设计简单、维护方便等优点，通过旋转架与清洁滚轮的配合，实现了过滤网的自动清洁，代替了人工清洁，自动化程度高，降低了操作人员的维护强度，节省了人力物力。

如图1至图2所示，一种喷涂车间用自清洁式过滤装置，包括定位板1，所述定位板1的左、右两部对称安装有定位管2，所述定位管2的前端均安装有旋转架3，所述旋转架3的外壁上均设有驱动齿3a，所述旋转架3之间相互啮合，所述定位板1的上部安装有电机4，所述电机4的轴上安装有齿轮5，所述齿轮5与定位板1左部的旋转架3相啮合，所述旋转架3的前侧均设有清洁滚轮6，所述清洁滚轮6均安装在定位管2上，所述旋转架3的前端均匀安装有过滤网7。使用时，过滤网7通过清洁滚轮6将表面的污物刷除。
使用时，电机4工作，带动齿轮5旋转，齿轮5带动旋转架3旋转，旋转架3带动过滤网7旋转，过滤网7利用清洁滚轮6将表面的污物刷除。
