背景技术
麦片常指以小麦等谷物为原料加工而成的食品,麦片制作过程简单,而且省时,适合各年龄阶段的人群。麦片中富含中富含高纤维、维生素和矿物质等成分,作为早餐尤其有益人体健康。研究表明,麦片可降低得高胰岛素血症的男性体内胰岛素的产生,并且能降低血糖,以麦片作为早餐的女性体重超重几率比不吃早饭的人低30%,早餐吃麦片有很好的美体效果。目前,麦片的成分比较单一,要想有多种营养和口味,需要在食用时自行加入需要的成分,比较繁琐。

针对上述现有技术不足,本发明提供一种营养麦片,其营养均衡,口感好。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种营养麦片,其特征在于,由以下各组分的原料组成:燕麦片8-45份、南瓜粉4-20份、山药粉3-29份、核桃粉6-15份、红豆粉2-15份、水5-34份、葡萄干粉5-20份。
本发明的一种营养麦片,其营养均衡,口感好,比传统麦片营养更加全面,口感更佳,并且根据各成分的搭配,配方更科学,更能满足人体需求。
