Abstract

本发明涉及一种透气渗水花盆及其生产工艺。花盆本体为一次浇铸成型体,其生产工艺步骤是:将筛分成的3~6mm的米状颗粒物清洗、去污,滤干水分备用;主料中加入双组份溶剂聚氨酯,加入量为主料重量的6%;将主料与双组份溶剂聚氨酯混合搅拌均匀,静置30~90分钟进行物理反应,至不粘手即为成品浇铸料;将成品浇铸料注入花盆模具内并压实;注入在花盆模具内的坯体预养1~2小时,预养完成后,利用人工用工具轻敲坯体底部进行脱模,自然条件下8小时即为透气渗水花盆成品。本发明原料来源广泛,生产成本低,盆体不存在人工开孔的情况下具有透气、渗水功能,能防虫钻入便于植物根系健康生长,盆体美观、强度高,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及花盆的生产方法,具体是一种透气渗水花盆及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有花盆,多由陶、瓷、树脂、木、铁、塑料材质制成,为使花盆透气、渗水,一般是在花盆盆体上开透气孔,在盆体底部开渗水孔。透气孔、渗水孔的设置使生产工序相对繁琐、复杂,且开孔易使害虫钻入花盆内,影响花的生长。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有花盆存在的上述问题,而提供一种无需开透气孔、渗水孔,盆体本身具有透气、渗水功能,小虫无孔可钻的透气渗水花盆及其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种透气渗水花盆,花盆本体为一次浇铸成型体,浇铸料主料为砂、石料筛分成的3~6mm的米状颗粒物,胶凝材料为双组份溶剂聚氨酯。
上述透气渗水花盆的生产工艺,按如下步骤进行:
(1)制备主料:将筛分成的3~6mm的米状颗粒物清洗、去污,滤干水分备用;
(2)配胶:主料中加入双组份溶剂聚氨酯,加入量为主料重量的6%;
(3)搅拌、物理反应:将主料与双组份溶剂聚氨酯混合搅拌均匀,静置30~90分钟进行物理反应,至不粘手即为成品浇铸料;
(4)注模压实:将成品浇铸料注入花盆模具内并压实;
(5)预养、脱模:注入在花盆模具内的坯体预养1~2小时,预养完成后,利用人工用工具轻敲坯体底部进行脱模,自然条件下8小时即为透气渗水花盆成品。
进一步的,砂、石料是河砂、山砂、麦饭石、绿石、玉石下脚料其中的一种或两种以上的混合料。
进一步的,双组份溶剂聚氨酯是市售德国进口环保无异味的双组份溶剂聚氨酯,分为A、B两组,其中,A组加入量为主料重量的3.6%,B组加入量为主料重量的2.4%。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
本发明以河砂、碎石或废料为主要原料生产,原料来源广泛,易于推广应用,且生产成本低,工艺简单,节能环保;通过砂、石料与双组份溶剂聚氨酯混合后的物理反应,使盆体不存在人工开孔的情况下产生透气、渗水功能,且产品性能较其他原料生产的透气花盆相比,自身有其诸多优良特性:自然透气渗水,防虫钻入更便于植物根系健康生长,原料本身的天然色彩提高美感,盆体强度高,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但实施例不对本发明构成任何限制。
一种透气渗水花盆的生产工艺,按如下步骤进行:
(1)制备主料:选用河砂、山砂、麦饭石、绿石、玉石下脚料其中的一种或两种以上的混合料为原料,通过筛分(必要时进行)破碎,得到3~6mm的米状颗粒物;再通过清洗、去污、滤干水分,即为浇铸料主料备用。
(2)配胶:以市售德国进口环保无异味的双组份溶剂聚氨酯为胶凝材料,将其加入到主料中,加入量为主料重量的6%;其中,A组加入量为主料重量的3.6%,B组加入量为主料重量的2.4%。
(3)搅拌、物理反应:将主料与胶凝材料混合、搅拌均匀,静置30~90分钟,通过主料与胶凝材料之间的物理反应,形成不粘手的成品浇铸料。
(4)注模压实:将成品浇铸料注入到花盆模具内,并压实形成坯体。
(5)预养、脱模:待坯体预养1~2小时后,利用人工用工具轻敲坯体底部进行脱模,自然条件下放置8小时即为透气渗水花盆成品。

Claims (4)

1.一种透气渗水花盆,其特征在于:花盆本体为一次浇铸成型体,浇铸料主料为砂、石料筛分成的3~6mm的米状颗粒物,胶凝材料为双组份溶剂聚氨酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气渗水花盆,其特征在于:砂、石料是河砂、山砂、麦饭石、绿石、玉石下脚料其中的一种或两种以上的混合料。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的透气渗水花盆的生产工艺,其特征在于,按如下步骤进行:
(1)制备主料:将筛分成的3~6mm的米状颗粒物清洗、去污,滤干水分备用;
(2)配胶:主料中加入双组份溶剂聚氨酯,加入量为主料重量的6%;
(3)搅拌、物理反应:将主料与双组份溶剂聚氨酯混合搅拌均匀,静置30~90分钟进行物理反应,至不粘手即为成品浇铸料;
(4)注模压实:将成品浇铸料注入花盆模具内并压实;
(5)预养、脱模:注入在花盆模具内的坯体预养1~2小时,预养完成后,利用人工用工具轻敲坯体底部进行脱模,自然条件下8小时即为透气渗水花盆成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透气渗水花盆的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的双组份溶剂聚氨酯是市售德国进口环保无异味的双组份溶剂聚氨酯,分为A、B两组,其中,A组加入量为主料重量的3.6%,B组加入量为主料重量的2.4%。
