本发明涉及一种低频低噪声测量放大器,其特征在于:包括噪声匹配变压器、前置级放大电路、带通滤波器和后级放大电路四部分;本发明噪声测量放大器的噪声系数和共模抑制比远大于市场上大部分低频低噪声放大器的数值,并且设计电路满足0.90Hz‑80.20kHz范围内对低频噪声测量的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于测量技术领域,具体涉及一种低频低噪声测量放大器。
背景技术
低频噪声是表征半导体器件质量和可靠性的一个重要敏感参数,然而,常温下电子器件低频噪声极其微弱,其噪声电压往往集中于nV级别,这给噪声的测量带来了很大的困难。
GaAsFET(砷化镓场效应晶体管)具有超低噪声系数,被广泛用来设计前置低噪声放大器,但是GaAsFET适用于在高频、超高频以及微波无线电频放大器电路,无法满足对低频放大器的设计要求,因此迫切需要设计出能应用于低频超低噪声放大同时具有类似于GaAsFET超低噪声系数的放大器。
发明内容
技术问题:针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种低频低噪声测量放大器。
技术方案:一种低频低噪声测量放大器,其特征在于:包括噪声匹配变压器、前置级放大电路、带通滤波器和后级放大电路四部分。
所述前置级放大电路包括与信号源阻抗能匹配的变压器及低噪声前置放大器。
所述带通滤波器由二阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器与四阶巴特沃斯高通滤波器组成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明噪声测量放大器的噪声系数和共模抑制比远大于市场上大部分低频低噪声放大器的数值,并且设计电路满足0.90Hz~80.20kHz范围内对低频噪声测量的要求。
2、本发明选用了由分立器件SSM2220组成差放,消除电路共模信号,运用超低噪声运放ADA4898,组建二级放大电路。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,一种低频低噪声测量放大器,包括噪声匹配变压器、前置级放大电路、带通滤波器和后级放大电路四部分;
如图2所示,前置放大器整体设计包括两个部分:设计一个与信号源阻抗能匹配的变压器;设计一个低噪声前置放大器。设计这两个部分的作用:一是提高电路的抗干扰能力;二是能够很好的抑制零点漂移,降低本底噪声,提高输入端的噪声性能。
如图3所示,后级放大电路设计的目是进一步提高放大器的增益,使总增益达到100000倍;通过调节电阻R5,可获得后级放大倍数为800倍的增益。
如图4所示,所述带通滤波器由二阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器与四阶巴特沃斯高通滤波器组成;其除了能够达到降低噪声的目的,加快无用信号的衰减速度,同时又能够进一步抑制电压的零点漂移,使电路能够稳定的工作。

所述前置级放大电路包括与信号源阻抗能匹配的变压器及低噪声前置放大器;
所述带通滤波器由二阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器与四阶巴特沃斯高通滤波器组成。
