Abstract
一种道闸用驱动机构,包括电动机及其控制器,电动机的输出经减速传动机构传动输出轴,该输出轴用来驱动道闸的栏杆在一大致直角的范围内起杆和落杆,其特征在于:所述电动机在其控制器的控制下,为可正反转电动机和变速电动机。该设计的道闸用驱动机构可达到其输出轴驱动起杆时电动机为正向高速旋转,在落杆时电动机为反向低速旋转,从而满足了道闸起杆快和落杆慢的输出速度要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种道闸用驱动机构,在国际专利分类表中,分类可属于E01F13/06。
背景技术
现在市面上的道闸用驱动机构起杆和落杆的输出速度相同,但实际是要求起杆快和落杆慢,前者有利于快速通过,后者有利于安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提出一种道闸用驱动机构,可以满足起杆快和落杆慢的输出速度要求,且结构比较简单可靠、效率高、寿命较长和成本较低。
本发明解决所述技术问题的技术方案是,一种道闸用驱动机构,包括电动机及其控制器,电动机的输出经减速传动机构传动输出轴,该输出轴用来驱动道闸的栏杆在一大致直角的范围内起杆和落杆,其特征在于:所述电动机在其控制器的控制下,为可正反转电动机和变速电动机。
该设计的道闸用驱动机构可达到其输出轴驱动起杆时电动机为正向高速旋转,在落杆时电动机为反向低速旋转,从而满足了道闸起杆快和落杆慢的输出速度要求。
其典型设计是:所述电动机为双速双绕组单相电容电动机,包括一套按正向旋转嵌线及连接的少极数绕组和一套按反向旋转嵌线及连接的多极数绕组,所述控制器在所述输出轴驱动起杆时使少极数绕组接通电源和按正向旋转连接而在落杆时使多极数绕组接通电源和按反向旋转连接。该设计使电动机按变极调速可逆运转,且二套绕组可按各自旋转方向调整至较高的效率,因而可降低成本是比较简单可靠、效率高、寿命较长和成本较低的控制方法。
其进一步的设计是:所述少极数绕组和多极数绕组分别具有二个电源输入端,且二者各一电源输入端连接为公共输入端;所述控制器包括具有一公共回路和二个可选回路的转换开关,单相电源的二极分别接往所述公共输入端和所述公共回路,二个可选回路分别接往所述少极数绕组和多极数绕组的另一输入端。此为成本最低的电路控制连接。
所述少极数绕组和多极数绕组的极数比可选择为6/12或8/12或8/16或4/12或4/16或2/12,可根据不同速度要求选择。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例道闸用驱动机构整体由一电动机、一齿轮箱、一蜗轮蜗杆箱和一四连杆机构联接为一整体的机械装置总成以及外附的连接所述电动机和外部电源的控制器。其中的齿轮箱、蜗轮蜗杆箱和四连杆机构联合为减速传动机构。当然,也可以是其它形式减速传动机构,如不包括四连杆机构。可参见本发明设计人的在先申请cn201520919378.1和机械工程手册等。
所述电动机为按照图2嵌线的双速双绕组单相电容运转电动机,其包括一48槽的定子,首先按反向旋转嵌线一套12极的主相绕组v1-v2和副相绕组u1-u2及引出接线端子:
——v2和u1连接为该主、副相绕组将接往单相电源N极的公共端子n;
——v1经电容器C2连接将接往单相电源L极的输入端子u,u2也接往该输入端子u。
然后,按正向旋转嵌线一套6极的主相绕组V1-V2和副相绕组U1-U2及引出接线端子:
——V2和U1连接为该主、副相绕组将接往单相电源N极的公共端子n;
——U2经电容器C1连接将接往单相电源L极的输入端子U,V1也接往该输入端子U。
本发明实施例道闸用驱动机构的控制电路如图1所示。图中,选择开关K为一手动具有中间位置的单刀双掷开关,其公共回路即动触头C接往单相电源的L极,其二个选择回路即静触头分别连接所述电动机输入端子u和U,电动机的公共端子n接往单相电源N极。当操纵该开关K使其动触头C接通连接电动机输入端子U的选择回路即静触头时,按正向旋转嵌线6极那套主相绕组V1-V2和副相绕组U1-U2通电,电动机正向旋转,驱动机构的输出轴带动道闸的栏杆自水平位置起杆至垂直位置;当操纵该开关K使其动触头C接通连接电动机输入端子u的选择回路即静触头时,按反向旋转嵌线12极那套主相绕组v1-v2和副相绕组u1-u2通电,电动机反向旋转,驱动机构的输出轴带动道闸的栏杆自垂直位置落杆至水平位置。
可以有以下设计变动:
——选择开关K也可以由按钮操作的起杆继电器和落杆继电器各1动合触点组合代替,还可以由单片机的2个IO口控制的双向晶闸管代替该2组动合触点;
——当启动力矩要求较大时,也可以使用电容起动与运转电动机,即在图1、2所示电路的电容器并联一由离心开关动断触点串联的启动电容器回路。
——图示为L形接线的二相绕组电容运转电动机,也可以改为Y接线3相绕组的单相电容运转电动机(可参考有关教科书),对于多极数的极相组线圈较少的电动机,可以减少谐波力矩的影响,改善启动性能。
——本发明实施例二套绕组的极数比为6/12,使落杆速度为起杆速度的1/2;极数比也可改为8/12或8/16或4/12或4/16或2/12,以获得其它落杆速度和起杆速度。
二套绕组共槽嵌线但交替通电,槽满率较高,需选较细的线,因二套绕组交替通电发热,故电流密度允许适当提高。
Claims (3)
1.一种道闸用驱动机构,包括电动机及其控制器,电动机的输出经减速传动机构传动输出轴,该输出轴用来驱动道闸的栏杆在一大致直角的范围起杆和落杆,其特征在于:所述电动机在其控制器的控制下,为可正反转电动机和变速电动机。
2.根据权利要求1所述道闸用驱动机构,其特征在于:所述电动机为双速双绕组单相电容运转电动机,包括一套按正向旋转嵌线及连接的少极数绕组和一套按反向旋转嵌线及连接的多极数绕组,所述控制器在所述输出轴驱动起杆时使少极数绕组接通电源和按正向旋转连接而在落杆时使多极数绕组接通电源和按反向旋转连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述道闸用驱动机构,其特征在于:所述少极数绕组和多极数绕组分别具有二个电源输入端,且二者各一电源输入端连接为公共输入端;所述控制器包括具有一公共回路和二个可选回路的转换开关,单相电源的二极分别接往所述公共输入端和所述公共回路,二个可选回路分别接往所述少极数绕组和多极数绕组的另一输入端。
