Abstract
The invention provides an anti-falling screen structure which comprises a front shell and an anti-falling screen component, wherein the anti-falling screen component is embedded in the front shell, and the anti-falling screen structure is characterized in that an anti-seismic buffer layer is arranged between the anti-falling screen component and an installation joint part embedded in the front shell. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the stacking mode of the structure of the touch screen mobile phone is changed on the basis of keeping the touch screen function of the original touch screen mobile phone, an acrylic plate is used as a first layer, and touch control is kept on the lower two layers of glass to form an anti-falling screen. The two stress points are added, the external force born by the screen is dispersed and released, in addition, the contact area between the acrylic plate and the front shell is increased by cutting the C angle of the acrylic plate, so that the front shell is prevented from being deformed easily under the condition of external force, and meanwhile, the front shell is attached with an anti-vibration buffer layer at the corners of the acrylic plate and glass, so that the broken screen caused by corner collision due to falling of the front shell is prevented. The anti-falling capability of the automobile is enhanced through the three-layer structure and the design of the angle C, and the anti-falling characteristic of the automobile is realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mobile communication equipment, in particular to an anti-falling screen structure suitable for mobile communication equipment.
Background
The mobile communication equipment with the three-proofing function is usually provided with the functions of slight dust prevention, shock prevention and water prevention, so that the mobile communication equipment is popular with young users who are deeply subjected to outdoor exercises, and can be used in extremely severe weather conditions and special occasions due to the professional water prevention, dust prevention, excellent anti-falling and rolling performance.
The three-proofing mobile communication equipment on the market with different three-proofing coefficients is mainly divided into the following two main categories: the mobile communication equipment is common three-proofing mobile communication equipment which has been pushed by brands of all large mobile communication equipment, but the three-proofing function is only an auxiliary function and only slight three-proofing can be realized, and the mobile communication equipment is fashionable in general modeling and has no obvious difference with common mobile communication equipment on the market. As shown in fig. 1, which is a structural diagram of a screen structure in the prior art, a touch screen structure of a traditional mobile phone structure adopts GFF (i.e. two layers of compensation films are adhered below a layer of glass), and the glass is connected with a cover plate through back glue. The structure is still relatively fragile, can not bear soaking in water and rolling of an automobile in a certain time, and can not meet the requirement of three-proofing of a higher layer.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-falling screen structure, which includes a front shell and an anti-falling screen component, wherein the anti-falling screen component is mounted and embedded in the front shell, and an anti-seismic buffer layer is disposed between the anti-falling screen component and a mounting and combining portion embedded in the front shell.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the anti-falling screen assembly is formed by installing a first screen assembly, a second screen assembly and a third screen assembly in sequence, wherein the first screen assembly is an acrylic plate, the second screen assembly is formed by a first optical adhesive layer, a first toughened glass layer, a second optical adhesive layer and a second toughened glass layer, and the third screen assembly is formed by a third optical adhesive layer and a display module.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the optical adhesive is an OCA optical layer.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the display module is an LCD display module.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an upper surface area of the first screen assembly is larger than that of the second screen assembly, and an upper surface area of the second screen assembly is larger than that of the third screen assembly.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a cross-section is provided between the front housing and the first screen assembly.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the front housing is provided with a trapezoidal table for fixing the second screen assembly.
According to the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the structure stacking mode is changed on the basis of retaining the touch function of the original touch screen mobile phone, and the touch control layer is retained on the lower two layers of glass (the touch control layer is still subjected to the exposure-development-etching process flow). The principle of the structure is acrylic; glass is a relatively rigid material and the structure is applied to a touch screen to form an anti-drop screen.
2. The external force dispersion that increase two atress points and receive the screen releases, and another point is through cutting the C angle of ya keli panel, increases its area of contact with preceding shell, prevents that it from easily taking place deformation under the circumstances that receives external force, attaches the antidetonation buffer layer at ya keli panel and glass corner on the preceding shell simultaneously, prevents that it from falling and is the garrulous screen that the corner collision that brings caused. The anti-falling capability of the automobile is enhanced through the three-layer structure and the design of the angle C, and the anti-falling characteristic of the automobile is realized.
