Abstract

可调式管卡装置，卡座2焊接到车体1上,卡板3通过螺栓4固定到卡座2上,管卡5通过螺母6将管路7固定在卡板3上。螺栓4所穿过的卡板3上的孔为沿Y轴方向长条孔。管卡5所穿过的卡板3上的孔为沿X轴方向长条孔。管卡5装置在这两个方向上设置一定的调整量，就可以实现提前预焊，达到无火组装的目的。在机车车间管路组装时，调整卡座装置在Y轴方向上的位置至合适位置，调整管卡在X轴方向上的位置至合适位置，扭紧螺栓和螺母固定住卡座和管卡，达到对管路的固定和支撑。本发明的可调式管卡装置可实现无火组装，可拆卸，安全环保。在我公司机车上已广泛采用，应用效果良好。

可调式管卡装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可调式管卡装置，尤其涉及一种内燃机车用可调式管卡装置。
背景技术
内燃机车管卡装置对管路起着固定和支撑的作用。现有的管卡装置都是在管路组装完后现场组焊，施工不便又污染环境，达不到无火组装的需求。可调式管卡装置就是为了解决这个问题而设计的。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可调式管卡装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是卡座焊接到车体上,卡板通过螺栓固定到卡座上,管卡通过螺母将管路固定在卡板上。螺栓所穿过的卡板上的孔为沿Y轴方向长条孔。管卡所穿过的卡板上的孔为沿X轴方向长条孔。管卡装置在这两个方向上设置一定的调整量，就可以实现提前预焊，达到无火组装的目的。
在机车车间管路组装时，调整卡座装置在Y轴方向上的位置至合适位置，调整管卡在X轴方向上的位置至合适位置，扭紧螺栓和螺母固定住卡座和管卡，达到对管路的固定和支撑。
本发明的有益效果是可实现无火组装，可拆卸，安全环保。在我公司机车上已广泛采用，应用效果良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。如图1所示，可调式管卡装置，卡座2焊接到车体1上,卡板3通过螺栓4固定到卡座2上,管卡5通过螺母6将管路7固定在卡板3上。螺栓4所穿过的卡板3上的孔为沿Y轴方向长条孔(如图2所示)。管卡5所穿过的卡板3上的孔为沿X轴方向长条孔(如图3所示)。管卡5装置在这两个方向上设置一定的调整量，就可以实现提前预焊，达到无火组装的目的。
在机车车间管路组装时，调整卡座装置在Y轴方向上的位置至合适位置，调整管卡在X轴方向上的位置至合适位置，扭紧螺栓和螺母固定住卡座和管卡，达到对管路的固定和支撑。
本发明的可调式管卡装置可实现无火组装，可拆卸，安全环保。在我公司机车上已广泛采用，应用效果良好。

1.可调式管卡装置,其特征在于:卡座(2)焊接到车体(1)上,卡板(3)通过螺栓(4)固定到卡座(2)上,管卡(5)通过螺母(6)将管路(7)固定在卡板(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调式管卡装置,其特征在于:螺栓(4)所穿过的卡板(3)上的孔为沿Y轴方向长条孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调式管卡装置,其特征在于:管卡(5)所穿过的卡板(3)上的孔为沿X轴方向长条孔。
