Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于计量泵的安全阀,其包括活塞组件、弹簧和压紧组件,其中,所述活塞组件安装于开设于计量泵泵体上的容置腔内,所述容置腔与计量泵泵体内的液压腔相连通,且所述活塞组件包括活塞杆和活塞,所述容置腔的内径配合所述活塞的外径设置,所述弹簧通过压紧组件压紧套于所述活塞杆上。上述用于计量泵的安全阀不仅结构简单,易于实现;而且当计量泵在低温环境(环境温度<‑11℃)下,长时间不工作时,计量泵泵体的液压腔内的车用尿素溶液会由于凝固结冰,体积膨胀,产生足够大的压力,迫使活塞向外移动,释放体积,从而保护计量泵泵体内的压力开关、压力传感器等器件,保证尿素泵的正常稳定工作。

一种用于计量泵的安全阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全阀,尤其是涉及一种用于柴油机选择性催化转化系统的计量泵的安全阀。
背景技术
用于柴油机选择性催化转化系统SCR(SelectiveCatalystReduction)是指安装在柴油汽车排气系统中,将柴油机排放中的NOx催化还原成N2和O2的催化还原装置,选择尿素水溶液作为还原剂。尿素水溶液喷射到催化剂上游的排气管中,在废气温度和气流的作用下水解产生为CO2和氨气,氨气作为还原剂将NOx还原成无污染的氮气和水。
尿素溶液供给泵是SCR系统中必不可少的重要部件,目前,现有的用于SCR系统的计量泵,工作温度在-40℃~85℃。然而在具体的应用过程中往往会出现部分计量泵在低温环境(低于-11℃)工作时,尿素溶液供给泵会出现故障,原因是由于泵液压腔内尿素结冰,体积膨胀(膨胀率约9%),使计量泵内部的电子元器件、测量仪表损坏,严重的会导致计量泵泵体以及管路的胀裂,导致计量泵出现故障。
上述问题严重影响尿素泵的稳定性。成为本领域技术人员急待解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于计量泵的安全阀,以解决现有技术中计量泵在低温环境下因尿素结冰引起压力开关损坏的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于计量泵的安全阀,其包括活塞组件、弹簧和压紧组件,其中,所述活塞组件安装于开设于计量泵泵体上的容置腔内,所述容置腔与计量泵泵体内的液压腔相连通,且所述活塞组件包括活塞杆和活塞,所述容置腔的内径配合所述活塞的外径设置,所述弹簧通过压紧组件压紧套于所述活塞杆上。
特别地,所述容置腔与所述液压腔之间设置连通孔,所述活塞的底部延伸有伸进连通孔内的凸台。
特别地,所述压紧组件包括压环、压盖和锁紧螺钉,所述压环套于所述弹簧上方的活塞杆上,所述压盖的两端安装有锁紧螺钉,所述锁紧螺钉将所述压盖固定于计量泵泵体外将压环压紧于所述容置腔内。
特别地,所述活塞上开设有密封槽,所述密封槽内安装有O形密封圈,以使活塞与所述容置腔内壁密封。
特别地,所述锁紧螺钉采用十字槽盘头组合螺钉。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述用于计量泵的安全阀不仅结构简单,易于实现;而且计量泵在正常工作的时候,弹簧的预紧力能平衡计量泵泵体内液压腔中液体的压力,使活塞稳定在液压腔内,所以此时不会影响其计量泵的性能(如泵的喷射一致性、喷射精度等);当计量泵在低温环境(环境温度<-11℃)下,长时间不工作时,计量泵泵体的液压腔内的车用尿素溶液会由于凝固结冰,体积膨胀,产生足够大的压力,迫使活塞向外移动,释放体积,从而保护计量泵泵体内的压力开关、压力传感器等器件,保证尿素泵的正常稳定工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图1至图3所示,本实施例中,一种用于计量泵的安全阀包括活塞组件、弹簧1和压紧组件,所述活塞组件安装于开设于计量泵泵体2上的容置腔3内,所述容置腔3与计量泵泵体2内的液压腔4之间设置有连通孔5,且所述活塞组件包括活塞杆6和活塞7,所述容置腔3的内径配合所述活塞7的外径设置,所述活塞7上开设有密封槽,所述密封槽内安装有O形密封圈8,以使活塞7与所述容置腔4的内壁密封。所述活塞7的底部延伸有伸进连通孔5内的凸台9。所述弹簧1套于所述活塞杆6上,且其上设置压紧组件。
所述压紧组件包括压环10、压盖11和十字槽盘头组合螺钉12,所述压环10套于所述弹簧1上方的活塞杆6上,所述压盖11的两端均安装有十字槽盘头组合螺钉12,所述十字槽盘头组合螺钉12将所述压盖11固定于计量泵泵体2外,通过压盖11将压环10压紧于所述容置腔3内。所述压环10压缩弹簧1使其产生一定的预紧力。
计量泵在正常工作的时候,弹簧1的预紧力能平衡计量泵泵体2的液压腔3内液体的压力,使活塞7稳定在液压腔3内,所以此时安全阀并不会影响其计量泵的性能(如泵的喷射一致性、喷射精度等);当计量泵在低温环境(环境温度<-11℃)下,长时间不工作时,计量泵泵体2的液压腔3内的车用尿素溶液会由于凝固结冰,体积膨胀,产生足够大的压力,迫使活塞7向外移动,释放体积,从而保护计量泵泵体2内的压力开关13、压力传感器14等器件。

1.一种用于计量泵的安全阀,其包括活塞组件、弹簧和压紧组件,其特征在于,所述活塞组件安装于开设于计量泵泵体上的容置腔内,所述容置腔与计量泵泵体内的液压腔相连通,且所述活塞组件包括活塞杆和活塞,所述容置腔的内径配合所述活塞的外径设置,所述弹簧通过压紧组件压紧套于所述活塞杆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于计量泵的安全阀,其特征在于,所述容置腔与所述液压腔之间设置连通孔,所述活塞的底部延伸有伸进连通孔内的凸台。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于计量泵的安全阀,其特征在于,所述压紧组件包括压环、压盖和锁紧螺钉,所述压环套于所述弹簧上方的活塞杆上,所述压盖的两端安装有锁紧螺钉,所述锁紧螺钉将所述压盖固定于计量泵泵体外将压环压紧于所述容置腔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于计量泵的安全阀,其特征在于,所述活塞上开设有密封槽,所述密封槽内安装有O形密封圈,以使活塞与所述容置腔内壁密封。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于计量泵的安全阀,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺钉采用十字槽盘头组合螺钉。
