本发明公开了一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器,其特征在于包括芯管、刮片组和浮桶,芯管为空心竖管,刮片周向等距分布在芯管周围构成刮片组,刮片由上螺旋片和下螺旋片构成,上螺旋片和下螺旋片螺旋方向相反上下对称分布,上螺旋片和下螺旋片连接处通过圆角过渡连接,上螺旋片和下螺旋片的内缘分别通过支臂与芯管外壁连接,刮片组上视内缘和外缘为同心圆,浮桶为带底的具有上开口的容器,浮桶上开口与芯管下开口通过螺纹相连,芯管上开口通过螺纹连接有封堵;本发明可以减少浪费和污染,清洁开支减少,可有效防止钻具水眼冻凝,螺旋状刮片更易于通过钻杆接头处,不会卡住。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油钻井用的清理钻杆内壁的工具,特别是涉及一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器。
背景技术
在石油开采工程中,钻井是一项必不可少的环节,在技术进步的推动下,钻井深度不断增加,随之而来的起下钻次数也是越来越频繁,比如说更换钻头、更换井下工具、倒换钻具、短程起下钻等。在起钻过程中,钻杆内外壁总会或多或少的粘连出不少的钻井液,这不仅造成钻井液的浪费,还污染环境,清理设备工作量大,冬季钻井液冻结还容易施工人滑倒受伤,钻具内壁残存的钻井液容易造成钻具水眼冻凝,这些技术问题仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器,其特征在于包括芯管、刮片组和浮桶,芯管为空心竖管,刮片周向等距分布在芯管周围构成刮片组,刮片由上螺旋片和下螺旋片构成,上螺旋片和下螺旋片螺旋方向相反上下对称分布,上螺旋片和下螺旋片连接处通过圆角过渡连接,上螺旋片和下螺旋片的内缘分别通过支臂与芯管外壁连接,刮片组上视内缘和外缘为同心圆,浮桶为带底的具有上开口的容器,浮桶上开口与芯管下开口通过螺纹相连,芯管上开口通过螺纹连接有封堵。
进一步的,所述封堵上设有穿绳孔,穿绳孔内穿有吊绳。
进一步的,所述封堵上设有卡帽。
本发明使用时,在浮桶内灌注配重,然后浮桶朝下将本装置缓慢放入钻具水眼,使浮桶浮在钻井液上,刮片组位置高于钻井液液面,进行起钻作业时,相对钻杆钻井液液面相对下降,本装置也在其自重作用下相对下移,始终保持悬浮在钻井液液面,刮片刮下钻杆内壁的钻井液并向下回流,减少浪费和污染,清洁开支减少,可有效防止钻具水眼冻凝,螺旋状刮片更易于通过钻杆接头处,不会卡住,上下螺旋抵消旋转力,进入下螺旋片间隙的钻井液由上螺旋片刮下,清理彻底,刮下的钻井液沿刮片和支臂附近通道下流。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器包括芯管1、刮片组和浮桶2,芯管为空心竖管,刮片周向等距分布在芯管周围构成刮片组,刮片由上螺旋片3和下螺旋片4构成,上螺旋片和下螺旋片螺旋方向相反上下对称分布,产生的旋转力相互抵消,上螺旋片和下螺旋片连接处通过圆角5过渡连接,刮片可由金属薄片制作,也可以采用柔性材料制作,如橡胶,可带骨,外角可倒圆角,遇到接缝处可以更好的下滑,不会卡住,上螺旋片和下螺旋片的内缘分别通过支臂6与芯管外壁连接,刮片组上视相邻刮片交错且内缘和外缘为同心圆,呈无断空环形,外缘与钻杆内壁适配,浮桶为带底的具有上开口的容器,浮桶上开口与芯管下开口通过螺纹相连,芯管上开口通过螺纹连接有封堵7,封堵上设有穿绳孔8,穿绳孔内穿有吊绳,可以用于提拉放送。

实施时,还可在封堵上设有卡帽,使用时用卡扣卡住顶部卡帽缓慢放入钻具水眼,直至刮泥器完全浮在钻具内,这时卡扣脱落,收回悬吊绳与卡扣,即可进行起钻作业。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳实施例,凡依本申请所做的等效修饰和现有技术添加均视为本发明技术范畴。

1.一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器,其特征在于包括芯管、刮片组和浮桶,芯管为空心竖管,刮片周向等距分布在芯管周围构成刮片组,刮片由上螺旋片和下螺旋片构成,上螺旋片和下螺旋片螺旋方向相反上下对称分布,上螺旋片和下螺旋片连接处通过圆角过渡连接,刮片为金属片或橡胶片,上螺旋片和下螺旋片的内缘分别通过支臂与芯管外壁连接,刮片组上视内缘和外缘为同心圆,外缘与钻杆内壁适配,浮桶为带底的具有上开口的容器,浮桶上开口与芯管下开口通过螺纹相连,芯管上开口通过螺纹连接有封堵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种对称螺旋片式钻杆内壁刮泥器,其特征在于所述封堵上设有穿绳孔,穿绳孔内穿有吊绳。
