(1)将所述质量份数的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚、蒽油、核桃油、橘子油、玫瑰花精油、柠檬油、乌洛托品、抗菌肽、二溴甲烷、柠檬烯、磷酸二氢钠、酞菁铜、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二茂铁、沸石粉、硼酸铝晶须、硝酸钡粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的锑酸钠粉末、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、硬脂酸铝、羟基锡酸锌、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的枸橼酸钠、对叔丁基苯甲酸、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、巯基乙酸异辛酯、对氨基苯酚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
该发明的有益效果在于:本发明中的多功能润滑油添加剂,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚、蒽油、核桃油、橘子油、玫瑰花精油、柠檬油、乌洛托品、抗菌肽、二溴甲烷、柠檬烯、磷酸二氢钠、酞菁铜、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二茂铁、沸石粉、硼酸铝晶须、硝酸钡粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂、锑酸钠粉末、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、硬脂酸铝、羟基锡酸锌、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、枸橼酸钠、对叔丁基苯甲酸、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、巯基乙酸异辛酯、对氨基苯酚。本发明产品具有较为优越的阻燃、耐酸碱、防霉变抗菌性能,改善了产品性能。

实施例1
本实施例中的多功能润滑油添加剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂28份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶26份、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚26份、蒽油24份、核桃油26份、橘子油26份、玫瑰花精油24份、柠檬油26份、乌洛托品26份、抗菌肽24份、二溴甲烷24份、柠檬烯24份、磷酸二氢钠26份、酞菁铜24份、二盐基亚磷酸铅22份、二茂铁26份、沸石粉24份、硼酸铝晶须22份、硝酸钡粉末24份、苯基含氢硅树脂22份、锑酸钠粉末22份、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯24份、硬脂酸铝24份、羟基锡酸锌24份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯24份、枸橼酸钠24份、对叔丁基苯甲酸24份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯24份、巯基乙酸异辛酯24份、对氨基苯酚22份。
上述多功能润滑油添加剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚、蒽油、核桃油、橘子油、玫瑰花精油、柠檬油、乌洛托品、抗菌肽、二溴甲烷、柠檬烯、磷酸二氢钠、酞菁铜、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二茂铁、沸石粉、硼酸铝晶须、硝酸钡粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的锑酸钠粉末、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、硬脂酸铝、羟基锡酸锌、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的枸橼酸钠、对叔丁基苯甲酸、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、巯基乙酸异辛酯、对氨基苯酚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的多功能润滑油添加剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂30份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶28份、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚28份、蒽油26份、核桃油28份、橘子油28份、玫瑰花精油26份、柠檬油28份、乌洛托品28份、抗菌肽26份、二溴甲烷26份、柠檬烯26份、磷酸二氢钠28份、酞菁铜26份、二盐基亚磷酸铅24份、二茂铁28份、沸石粉26份、硼酸铝晶须24份、硝酸钡粉末26份、苯基含氢硅树脂24份、锑酸钠粉末24份、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯26份、硬脂酸铝26份、羟基锡酸锌26份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯26份、枸橼酸钠26份、对叔丁基苯甲酸26份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯26份、巯基乙酸异辛酯26份、对氨基苯酚24份。
上述多功能润滑油添加剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚、蒽油、核桃油、橘子油、玫瑰花精油、柠檬油、乌洛托品、抗菌肽、二溴甲烷、柠檬烯、磷酸二氢钠、酞菁铜、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二茂铁、沸石粉、硼酸铝晶须、硝酸钡粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的锑酸钠粉末、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、硬脂酸铝、羟基锡酸锌、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的枸橼酸钠、对叔丁基苯甲酸、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、巯基乙酸异辛酯、对氨基苯酚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的多功能润滑油添加剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂32份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶30份、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚30份、蒽油28份、核桃油30份、橘子油30份、玫瑰花精油28份、柠檬油30份、乌洛托品30份、抗菌肽28份、二溴甲烷28份、柠檬烯28份、磷酸二氢钠30份、酞菁铜28份、二盐基亚磷酸铅26份、二茂铁30份、沸石粉28份、硼酸铝晶须26份、硝酸钡粉末28份、苯基含氢硅树脂26份、锑酸钠粉末26份、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯28份、硬脂酸铝28份、羟基锡酸锌28份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯28份、枸橼酸钠28份、对叔丁基苯甲酸28份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯28份、巯基乙酸异辛酯28份、对氨基苯酚26份。
上述多功能润滑油添加剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚、蒽油、核桃油、橘子油、玫瑰花精油、柠檬油、乌洛托品、抗菌肽、二溴甲烷、柠檬烯、磷酸二氢钠、酞菁铜、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二茂铁、沸石粉、硼酸铝晶须、硝酸钡粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的锑酸钠粉末、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、硬脂酸铝、羟基锡酸锌、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的枸橼酸钠、对叔丁基苯甲酸、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、巯基乙酸异辛酯、对氨基苯酚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

1.一种多功能润滑油添加剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂28~32份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶26~30份、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚26~30份、蒽油24~28份、核桃油26~30份、橘子油26~30份、玫瑰花精油24~28份、柠檬油26~30份、乌洛托品26~30份、抗菌肽24~28份、二溴甲烷24~28份、柠檬烯24~28份、磷酸二氢钠26~30份、酞菁铜24~28份、二盐基亚磷酸铅22~26份、二茂铁26~30份、沸石粉24~28份、硼酸铝晶须22~26份、硝酸钡粉末24~28份、苯基含氢硅树脂22~26份、锑酸钠粉末22~26份、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯24~28份、硬脂酸铝24~28份、羟基锡酸锌24~28份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯24~28份、枸橼酸钠24~28份、对叔丁基苯甲酸24~28份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯24~28份、巯基乙酸异辛酯24~28份、对氨基苯酚22~26份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能润滑油添加剂,其特征在于:所述多功能润滑油添加剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂28份、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶26份、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚26份、蒽油24份、核桃油26份、橘子油26份、玫瑰花精油24份、柠檬油26份、乌洛托品26份、抗菌肽24份、二溴甲烷24份、柠檬烯24份、磷酸二氢钠26份、酞菁铜24份、二盐基亚磷酸铅22份、二茂铁26份、沸石粉24份、硼酸铝晶须22份、硝酸钡粉末24份、苯基含氢硅树脂22份、锑酸钠粉末22份、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯24份、硬脂酸铝24份、羟基锡酸锌24份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯24份、枸橼酸钠24份、对叔丁基苯甲酸24份、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯24份、巯基乙酸异辛酯24份、对氨基苯酚22份。

(1)将所述质量份数的丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂、聚丙烯酸酯橡胶、聚四亚甲基乙二醇醚、蒽油、核桃油、橘子油、玫瑰花精油、柠檬油、乌洛托品、抗菌肽、二溴甲烷、柠檬烯、磷酸二氢钠、酞菁铜、二盐基亚磷酸铅、二茂铁、沸石粉、硼酸铝晶须、硝酸钡粉末、苯基含氢硅树脂予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的锑酸钠粉末、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯、硬脂酸铝、羟基锡酸锌、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的枸橼酸钠、对叔丁基苯甲酸、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、巯基乙酸异辛酯、对氨基苯酚,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
