一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明提供一种抗盐碱组合物及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
在盐碱地中,土壤有机质含量、速效氮含量、速效磷含量较低,土壤板结程度、pH较高,透气率低,因此给农作物的种植带来较多的问题。因此,在盐碱地中种植大蒜,就会出现种植的大蒜产量不高,质量差,种植的大蒜中营养成份缺失,维生素C含量、胡萝卜素含量、尼克酸含量等较低,且种植的大蒜发生锈病、紫斑病、菌核的发病率较高等问题。
针对现有的问题,很多人选择在盐碱地中大量使用化学肥料和农药进行大蒜种植,但是现有技术中的化学肥料不能改良盐碱地土壤的成份和结构,不能提高种植大蒜的质量和营养成份含量,同时为了防治病虫害,造成农药残留过大,造成土壤质量下降的状况日益严重。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物及其制备方法,以实现以下发明目的:
1、本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物与盐碱地混耕后,可使土壤有效硫含量提高;可使土壤有效锌含量提高;可使土壤速效磷含量提高;
2、利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物,在盐碱地种植大蒜,可使大蒜中维生素C提高;可使大蒜中胡萝卜素含量提高;可使大蒜中尼克酸含量提高;
3、本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物与盐碱地进行混耕后,盐碱地有机质含量提高;盐碱地土壤容重下降;盐碱地土壤孔隙度提高;
4、利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物在盐碱地种植大蒜,可使锈病的发病率下降;可使大蒜紫斑病的发病率下降;可使大蒜菌核病的发病率下降。

由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明达到的技术效果如下:
1、本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物与盐碱地混耕后,可使有效硫含量提高到41-52 mg/kg;可使土壤有效锌含量提高到19-23 mg/kg;可使土壤速效磷含量提高到62-74 mg/kg;
2、利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物,在盐碱地种植大蒜,可使100g大蒜中维生素C提高到16-20毫克;可使100g大蒜中胡萝卜素含量提高到42-46毫克;可使100g大蒜中尼克酸含量提高到1.2-1.5毫克;
3、本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物,乙酸浓度是10-16mg/kg;C/N比为0.41-0.52;病毒噬菌斑数量为0.1-0.4个/g;
4、本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物与盐碱地进行混耕后,盐碱地有机质含量提高到25.2-26.3%;盐碱地土壤容重下降到0.77-0.86 g/cm3;盐碱地土壤孔隙度提高到22-27%;
5、利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物在盐碱地种植大蒜,可使锈病的发病率下降到5.2-3.5;可使大蒜紫斑病的发病率下降到0;可使大蒜菌核病的发病率下降到0.2-1.1%。
具体实施方式
实施例1 一种含山药提取物的抗盐组合物,按重量份数计,原料包括:
石花菜7.8份、海萝5.6份、玉米粉12.5份、大豆粉13.5份、椰子汁15.6份、乳糖溶液33份、2-氯乙基膦酸0.35份、当归8份、山药提取物12份、三七参6份、浙贝母3份、瓜蒌2份、竹茹5份、柠檬酸3.5份、水杨酸4.5份、醋酸乙烯1.5份、腐殖酸钙5份、糠醛渣2.5份、蚕沙5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.23份、牛粪40份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.2份。

实施例3 一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,采用实施例 1所述原料,只改变原料的配比,改变为:
石花菜9.2份、海萝6.2份、玉米粉13.6份、大豆粉14.2份、椰子汁17份、乳糖溶液35份、2-氯乙基膦酸0.56份、当归10份、山药提取物15份、三七参7.5份、浙贝母5份、瓜蒌3份、竹茹7份、柠檬酸4份、水杨酸5份、醋酸乙烯2份、腐殖酸钙6.5份、糠醛渣3份、蚕沙6.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.27份、牛粪42份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.5份。
实施例4 一种含山药提取物的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:发酵浆制备
将组合物原料石花菜、海萝、玉米粉、大豆粉、椰子汁、乳糖溶液按照份数比例进行混合制备成浆料,搅拌均匀后,放入容器中进行密封保存处理,密封保存温度为32-34℃,密封保存时间25-27天后,将混合物料进行紫外线照射处理;所述紫外线照射时间为80-85min,紫外线波长为260-280nm;
紫外线处理完成后,32-34℃发酵11-13天,制得发酵浆。
步骤2:混合
将组合物剩余原料混合均匀,将混合物料分13-15层打入密封发酵器中,发酵器长度2.4-2.8m,宽1.9-2.1m;每层原料厚度为8-10cm;将步骤1制备的发酵浆,均匀泼洒到每层混合物料中。
步骤3:发酵
混合完成后,将发酵器密封,通入氧气,使发酵器内压力保持0.12-0.14MPa,氧气含量为9.3-9.5%,每隔42-45h放气一次,当密封发酵器内温度达到66-67℃后,保持此温度60-62h;上述工艺重复2-3次,即可制得含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物。
采用实施例4的方法,分别检测实施例1、2、3制备的组合物的相关指标,具体检测结果见表1:

由上表可以看出,本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物,乙酸浓度是10-16mg/kg;C/N比为0.41-0.52;病毒噬菌斑数量为0.1-0.4个/g。
实施例5 利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物在盐碱地种植大蒜的应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:混合深耕
选取盐碱地,pH值为8.2-8.5,盐碱地有机质含量1.1-1.4%,土壤容重2.5-2.7g/cm3,孔隙度7-11%;有效硫含量5-8mg/kg、有效锌含量为0.15-0.19mg/kg,速效磷含量为6-8mg/kg。
将本发明实施例1、2、3制备的组合物与盐碱地耕地土壤混合均匀,每亩混合本发明制备的组合物1250-1360kg;混合完成后,对耕地进行深耕,耕地深度为25-30cm,深耕次数为两次。
步骤2:灌溉扩散
混耕结束后,9月12-13日对耕地进行灌溉,浇地完成后,将耕地自然晾干,起垄。
步骤3:大蒜种植
播种前用冷水浸种7-9h,在垄上开沟,按行距17-19cm、株距8-10cm,亩密度23000-23500株,播种深度为5—5.5cm,播种完成后覆土1-1.2cm。
播种前,检测土壤pH,盐碱地有机质含量,土壤容重、孔隙度检测数据见表2;有效硫含量、有效锌含量,速效磷含量检测数据见表3:

由上表可以看出,本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物与盐碱地进行混耕后,盐碱地有机质含量提高到25.2-26.3%;盐碱地土壤容重下降到0.77-0.86 g/cm3;盐碱地土壤孔隙度提高到22-27%。

由上表可以看出,本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物与盐碱地混耕后,可使有效硫含量提高到41-52 mg/kg;可使土壤有效锌含量提高到19-23 mg/kg;可使土壤速效磷含量提高到62-74 mg/kg。
利用本发明制备的抗盐碱的组合物在盐碱地种植大蒜,可以达到以下技术效果:
设空白对照组:通过盐碱地原土种植,不使用本发明制备的组合物,其它步骤采用实施例5的步骤,种植10亩大蒜;
实施例1、2、3组:在盐碱地采用本发明实施例1、2、3制备组合物分别种植10亩大蒜;
完成空白对照组与实施例1、2、3组的设置后,完成以下实验,并检测数据。
(1)利用本发明制备的组合物在盐碱地中种植大蒜,具有增加大蒜的维生素C含量、胡萝卜素含量、尼克酸含量的作用,具体检测数据见表4:

由上表可以看出,利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物,在盐碱地种植大蒜,可使100g大蒜中维生素C提高到16-20毫克;可使100g大蒜中胡萝卜素含量提高到42-46毫克;可使100g大蒜中尼克酸含量提高到1.2-1.5毫克。
(2)利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物在盐碱地中种植大蒜,具有降低大蒜锈病、紫斑病、菌核病的发病率的作用,具体检测数据见表5:
由上表可以看出,利用本发明制备的抗盐碱组合物在盐碱地种植大蒜,可使锈病的发病率下降到5.2-3.5;可使大蒜紫斑病的发病率下降到0;可使大蒜菌核病的发病率下降到0.2-1.1%。
综合以上试验得出,实施例3是本发明的最优实施例。
除非另有说明和本领域技术常规单位,本发明中所采用的百分数均为重量百分数,本发明所述的比例,均为质量比例。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物,原料包括:山药提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述原料,还包括:石花菜、海萝、玉米粉、大豆粉、椰子汁、乳糖溶液、2-氯乙基膦酸、当归、三七参、浙贝母、瓜蒌、竹茹、柠檬酸、水杨酸、醋酸乙烯、腐殖酸钙、糠醛渣、蚕沙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、牛粪、十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述原料,按重量份数计,包括:石花菜7.8-9.2份、海萝5.6-6.2份、玉米粉12.5-13.6份、大豆粉13.5-14.2份、椰子汁15.6-17份、乳糖溶液33-35份、2-氯乙基膦酸0.35-0.56份、当归8-10份、山药提取物12-15份、三七参6-7.5份、浙贝母3-5份、瓜蒌2-3份、竹茹5-7份、柠檬酸3.5-4份、水杨酸4.5-5份、醋酸乙烯1.5-2份、腐殖酸钙5-6.5份、糠醛渣2.5-3份、蚕沙5-6.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.23-0.27份、牛粪40-42份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.2-1.5份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述椰子汁,是将椰子原汁稀释6-8倍,煮沸冷却后使用。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述乳糖溶液的浓度为16-18wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述山药提取物,薯蓣皂素含量35%-37%,薯蓣皂甙含量8-9.5%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述腐殖酸钙,钙含量25-28%,镁含量23-26%,腐殖酸含量30-35%。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述糠醛渣,有机质含量65-69%%,水分含量12-14%。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物,其特征在于:所述蚕沙,有机物含量88-91%,灰分含量8.5-9.5%,总氮量5.2-5.7%。
10.一种含山药提取物的抗盐碱组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括发酵浆制备步骤;所述发酵浆制备步骤包括:将组合物原料石花菜、海萝、玉米粉、大豆粉、椰子汁、乳糖溶液按照份数比例进行混合制备成浆料,搅拌均匀后,放入容器中进行密封保存处理,密封保存温度为32-34℃,密封保存时间25-27天后,将混合物料进行紫外线照射处理;所述紫外线照射时间为80-85min,紫外线波长为260-280nm。
