技术领域
本发明涉及石油领域,具体的说是一种耐磨石油钻杆。
背景技术
钻杆是尾部带有缧纹的钢管,用于连接钻机地表设备和位于钻井底端钻磨设备或底孔装置。钻杆的用途是将钻探泥浆运送到钻头,并与钻头一起提高、降低或旋转底孔装置。钻杆必须能够承受巨大的内外压、扭曲、弯曲和振动。在油气的开采和提炼过程中,钻杆可以多次使用。石油钻杆的工作环境恶劣,其内表面需要凃覆防护漆。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐磨石油钻杆,其内表面凃覆有防护漆,按重量份计,所述防护漆由以下组分组成:1~2份乙酸乙酯,1.5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,0.9份氯化石蜡,0.9份丁苯胶,0.7份云母氧化铁,0.6份炭黑,2份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,8份酚醛树脂,15份甲醇。
